This is Queen Elizabeth II on 2/6/1953 (2nd June 1953). I was an awestruck five year old child lining cutouts of the coronation procession around a school hospital dayroom at the time, and I never really changed my mind. The crown is St Edward's Crown which is only worn at coronations, unlike the Imperial State Crown, which is also worn at the opening of the UK Parliament.
