I also forgot where I put the manual, so I couldn't look at it to figure out how to turn it down or turn it off. I found the manual just now, and turned it off. I didn't get to sleep either, so I wasn't very happy about it either. Now, just for me to take a nap to make up for the fact that I couldn't sleep...
