Sometimes (but not overly much).

Sometimes, though it's usually to walk my dog. I rather prefer a walk in the evening when the sun is setting.

Sometimes. If I do a big batch of chili or spaghetti sauce, for example, I'll freeze some of it for a future meal(s).
