Always, and only because it is the least noxious cereal I can find. Breakfast isn't one of my favourite meals, especially because of family who insist on the importance of eating cereal.

Always, or almost always and it is a standing joke at the early morning service I attend regularly, I'm embarrassed to confess. I am so punctual with my lateness that it is almost as if I am the fat lady who avoids singing the first hymn. 
Especially as I can't sing any more. 
On those times when I have been on time, it has been suggested that I go back outside and come back in at my normal time of arrival.
