Never. It's bad for those who take ballet. Running, and even jogging develop the wrong muscles and cause bulk in areas that are not good for serious dancers..... (Too much?)

Sometimes, but not often. Even in the summer, we don't tend to go swimming very often, but even then it tends to be an indoor pool anyways.
ASN: When you have hard boiled eggs, eat them while they're still hot?
