If you mean do it myself, never, I always bring it in to a mechanic. I don't even know how. 
Even bringing it in, I'm bad about doing it on time.

Sometimes. Although I would probably say a lot! I get startled easily, especially if I don't see or hear someone pass me. I also tend to scream when I'm startled.
