Never, or not as a rule, as it never occurred to me to do it, but just now I did do it & found I could do something like that.

Sometimes. That's usually how I have become acquainted with some of the grossest things I've put in my mouth.

I daily alternate swimming lengths and brisk walking, and always do each shortly after I arise, so Always.

Never, mostly because when I'm working at work it'd distract my coworkers, and when I'm working at home I'm usually listening to music.

Sometimes, if it's catchy enough!

Never. I'm too paranoid to send an e-mail without proofreading.

ASN: Drink water at restaurants?

Sometimes. It's almost always, but every once in a rare while I will get something else as a special treat.
