Never. For one thing, my main creative endeavor is writing, and I already have the software I need for that. 
I also always second-guess myself about when I'd have enough time to get the most of it.

Always, until the drought began. Unfortunately that was in Spring 2017, & now I wouldn't have any idea where my umbrellas have all got to.

Sometimes. I usually try to relax, but if nothing much is planned, I usually catch up on laundry or other housework.

Sometimes. I used to read on the bus when I went on trips, but I've never read in the train because every time I've ridden a train, I was either sleeping or looking out the window. With the exception of the 1880 train, all the trains I've ever ridden were overseas.
