Perhaps he went on a tour we don't know about!

But all night, Aslan and the Moon gazed upon each other with joyful and unblinking eyes.

Quentin Roosevelt was not mentioned in the episode where the Lone Ranger went east into the Dakotas and encouraged Theodore Roosevelt in his dream of creating national park system.

Rhode Island is more associated with Pilgrim Fathers than cowboys, isn't it?

Surely it is! Roger Williams, founder of Rhode Island, is an ancestor of mine, or so the story goes.

That's really interesting, ramagut--I'm told I have ancestors from Salem, Massachusets, but who and how escapes me at the moment.

Unless I am mistaken, none of my ancestors ever went to USA, except for my maternal grandfather's 1920's visit to San Francisco.

Very few of my recent ancestors, it seems, made it as far west as California.

But all night, Aslan and the Moon gazed upon each other with joyful and unblinking eyes.

Wyoming might be more fun to visit, depending on one's vacation tastes.

Xylophones and other percussion instruments would be valuable in Californian places like Beverley Hills and Hollywood.

Yosemite, another popular California destination, has had some fires in the vicinity recently.

Zion in Illinois, Zebulon in several states and Zapata in Texas are among the few places in USA starting with Z.

Brutal prisons like Alcatraz can be found in many places, not only California.

Castle prisons were not fun places to be interned either.

Poetry in the moonlight was a dangerous thing.
