Unfortunately I just came in, so what are we talking about?
Proud ballet dancer!
4/23/12 - First triple pirouette en pointe!
Various teas gave Lion's Emblem tea overload, therefore I wanted to discuss pets, which must go into quarantine, if their owners relocate them to another country.
What's your favorite pet?

Xenarthras, which are sloths and armadillos, might be reasonably safe exotic pets, but wouldn't it be far kinder to stick to my favourite, but fairly ordinary, two cats?
Yellow canaries and cats probably should be kept apart from one another.

Aardvarks, anteating armadillos, and Australian echidnas might be useful neighbours to keep ants and termites at bay, however.
Budgies and canaries were the favourites of an old man whose funeral I attended this week, and he hated cats to the point of getting an air rifle to deal with cats attacking birds in his garden, before he felt guilty and gave the gun away!

Each person has a different set of needs, so their choice of pet will reflect that.

Gerbils seem to be popular children's pets but I don't know what they are supposed to be?
Hmm, aren't gerbils some sort of hamster, mouse, or guinea pig?
