Milk, white or dark chocolate is fine with me, but what about centres, like Turkish delight or caramel?
Nougat or truffle centres are my favorites.

Unbelievably perhaps, I tried chocolate covered bacon at the State Fair a few years ago, and it was good.
But all night, Aslan and the Moon gazed upon each other with joyful and unblinking eyes.

Whilst bacon and chocolate is an interesting combination, like salty pretzels and chocolate dip, too much chocolate on too many things can be a bit offputting.
Xylography (the art of engraving on wood) would be an interesting change in topic.
