Xenia, the ancient Greek concept of showing hospitality to strangers, might be an interesting diversion for our discussion.

Yes, that would be a change of pace.

Zabaglione, a simple Italian custard, might be a nice dessert to pace home to, if I only could master the knack of making it.

Chocolate of almost any form is a winner in my book.

Eggs Benedict, that is to say, poached eggs, made with ham speck, chives and hollandaise sauce, is a popular breakfast dish, though I have never tried it.

Fried eggs is a somewhat simpler breakfast dish - and one that I've had many, many times.

Getting fried eggs ready does seem simpler than Eggs Benedict, but lets go back to talking about chocolate. :P

Have you decided which sort of chocolate you prefer, and in which context?

I happen to prefer any kind of dark chocolate because milk chocolate tends to turn my stomach. :(

Just wondering, am I the only one who can't stand white chocolate? [-(
