Properly speaking, donkeys are still used for transportation in parts of the world.

Reliable in strength, but donkeys can be very stubborn.

Vanishing donkeys that are replaced by arrogant princes at the Autumn Feast in Tashbaan definitely are unreliable, I'd admit. :p
