Saving Tavionelia
Since there are two other RPs coming soon, and no one has yet expressed interest, I am going to be pushing the date of this RP back a bit. Soon I hope to put up more info concerning the plot and if/when others join, I will set another date.

Crisis in the Snow
...Jedi Knight and dragon rider Cameron dies defeating Legion. And with that final blow, EricNovak is officially bowing out of Ditto Town RPing for the time being. Technically, there was supposed to be a funeral, so if anyone wants to take a stab at writing it, they're more than welcome to. I'll be talking to Eric about finishing up the fight on his own, since I only knew some of his plans.
My Ditto Story characters (Erik and Abby) encountered Cameron a while back in an old RP. They'd certainly be moved by news of his death, and would be interested in attending a funeral service should one be written. (I'm not ready to write a funeral segment, but Erik might have a few words to offer in the event the funeral is written).
(I'd be interested in contributing to/helping cowrite any funeral segment(s) should other writers wish to.)
No worries, though, should this not fit in with Eric's plans (or those of others) or if the funeral occurs 'off camera' rather than as an event people write about.
Edit: Supernova
This sounds like an excellent idea, and lots of fun. I've gotten more info from Rose and look forward to joining this one.
But all night, Aslan and the Moon gazed upon each other with joyful and unblinking eyes.
Shade of the Poplar Trees
It will take me quite some time to resolve certain affairs and projects in real life, and so all writers or potential writers of this RP still have a lot of time to think over their characters, plot, and and also do some plotting with one another.
Right now I'm choosing late July/early August as my probable start date. But later circumstances may cause that date to be moved sooner or later, depending on the situation.
Looking forward to RPing with you all then!

Supernova
If anyone is interested in playing an malevolent mad scientist employed by the Azureman government and involved with a quarantined superhumans subplot, send me a pm! This character would not need to appear at the very start of the RP.
If there are no takers, I can probably do it myself—I just wish I'd read/watched more Sci-Fi stuff growing up.
Edit: Position is now filled. That was quick.
Beyond that, very soon I'll be posting subplot information (so people will have a better idea of where to place their character in the RP) as well as some general location information about the various areas on planet Telluri, so be on the lookout for that.
Supernova
Great, this is exciting, Rose!
*is kinda disappointed the scientist role is filled* If you (or anyone else, for that matter) ever need any other crazy parts, just let me know! Those type are fun!!

Crisis
I'd be interested in contributing to/helping cowrite any funeral segment(s) should other writers wish to.
There probably will be one eventually. I'll keep you posted on it.
Supernova
Okay, I'm officially in. Now, I just need to finish creating those characters....eeep!

Supernova Subplots
Hey again guys! I'm here to talk about the subplots we'll have going at the beginning of Supernova. You're welcome to do your own thing or come up with your own plot, or build onto existing ones; these just gives you something to work from, and gives you an idea of who's involved with what.
If you're interested in joining a particular subplot, or have questions or ideas, PM the subcaptains. I'm also going to try to get some location information up soon for the regions/cities/towns on Telluri, so be on the lookout for that.
Hopeful/Hunted
Begins in Parksville, Erbaine Province
Subcaptains: The Rose-Tree Dryad and Chloë Máiréad
A group of superhumans from a small mountain town on the edge of the Palisades band together after the supernova. They're on the run from the military, and pick up other fugitives along the way. If you want to survive in the wilderness, they're good people to hang out with. A varied group, but they all want to use their powers for good, and eventually come to realize the only way they'll be able to help suffering, distrustful humans is by assuming alternate identities.
Their other objective is to find a new place to call home and be safe from the bounty hunters and military, and eventually their odyssey ends with establishment of a hidden refuge for good superhumans and humans alike. (See Terra Langley's "short history" for a few hints on that. )
It's not too difficult to join this group if your character is anywhere near eastern Erbaine, because they're always on the move and it's easy to run into them. Some of the Nomads will likely be captured by the military at some point, so going to Quadrant 9 is an option if you so choose. And Judicia is a few days' walk as well.
Characters initially involved: Terra Langley (The Rose-Tree Dryad), Luisana Wolfe (Chloë Máiréad), Loretta Vang (lover of narnia.)
The Tacit Takeover
Based in Judicia, Erbaine Province
Subcaptains: sweeetlilgurlie and Rising_Star
Dr. Lewis Dreyman was one of the few people who actually believed that a supernova in a neighboring solar system would affect planet Telluri. . . and he made plans. He stocked up on provisions. He tried to warn the government, tried to make Azureman officials realize that they needed to prepare, but no one believed him. And then the day of the supernova came, and the doctor was vindicated, and Azurema laid to waste. A professor nobody had heard of from a small college in the Capitol suddenly had a lot of street cred.
With the government failing everyone, the Judicites began to turn to him instead. People do tend to flock to those who have food and water. And the fact that he was remarkably good at persuading people to see his viewpoint didn't hurt one iota.
Meet the Doctor, your friendly neighborhood supervillain.
Characters initially involved: Dr. Lewis Dreyman (sweeetlilgurlie), Connor Dreyman (Rising_Star), Leon Silverlake (Shastafan), Laramie Tyler (malkah), Liam Styre (MountainFireflower.)
Quadrant 9
Location Unknown
Subcaptains: lover of narnia and Lady Courage
Quadrant 9 is a highly secret, state-of-the-art laboratory hidden somewhere in a desert, completely isolated. The days are blazing hot, the nights are icy cold, and if you manage to escape the jail-like facility, it is unlikely you will make it out of the desert alive.
It is here that the Azureman government pours its last power resources and sends (willingly or not) its best scientists. While they operate under the guise of protecting the "pure" humans from those with "radiation poisoning" by quarantining the superhumans, the truth is they know that supers have power. . . and the corrupted government wants to control that power.
Quadrant 9's purpose is to study, manipulate, and brainwash the superhumans into being loyal to the government. Once you're there, it's unlikely you'll leave unless you do the impossible and escape, or unless someone has a need for your superpower and "rents" you.
Rest assured, there are good folks working on the inside at Quadrant 9, so there will eventually be a jailbreak, and characters won't be stuck there forever.
If you have trouble finding a plot to get involved with, this is a great one to fall back on; we'll just send the military 'round to pick you up. Also, if you need to take a break from the RP, you can get captured and put in a coma at the Quadrant 9.
Characters initially involved: Doctor and nurse (lover of narnia), mad scientist (Lady Courage), teenaged assistant.
Depravation in Diabolis
Based in Diabolis, Arenico Province
Subcaptains: Warrior Of Narnia and Silver the Wanderer
This is one of our more undeveloped plotlines. It takes place in Diabolis, a sparkling city made rich and sprawling by gambling and entertainment, and is quickly abandoned after the apocalypse because it's in the middle of the desert and food/water runs out fast. It becomes a hotbed for crime, and the perfect place for a supervillain with a little vision to take over. Private message Warrior Of Narnia and/or Silver the Wanderer if you have ideas for this plotline and/or would like to be part of it.
Characters initially involved: Gideon Lock and the Hopeless (Silver the Wanderer), Doran Fleet and Reaper (Warrior Of Narnia.)
Blackout in Burg
Based in Burg, Boriel Province
Subcaptains: PrinceCor004 and Shastafan
Another less developed plotline. It takes place in Burg, the smoggy, industrial metropolis of Azurema, which quickly shuts down and its skyscraper canyons and seas of factories become a place of desperation and darkness after the apocalypse. Private message PrinceCor004 and/or Shastafan if you have ideas for this plotline and/or would like to be part of it.
Characters initially involved: Malcolm Lawrence (PrinceCor004), Topaz Jaydis (Shastafan), Clarissa Cache and Zach Hart (georgiefan1.)
Supernova
Thanks for the the awesome subplot summary, Rose! They all look so good! I can't wait to start reading all about your characters and their adventures.
Just to elaborate a little on the Diabolis subplot - Warrrior of Narnia and I have a general idea of where we'd like the story to go, but we've left plenty of room for it to take unexpected twists and turns (which, I have no doubt it will ). Diabolis is a rather shady city to begin with, even before the supernova. Afterwards, you can expect mass chaos to ensue - not to mention an multitude of supervillians (or a single supervillian with a multitude of minions) banding together to take control of the city.
If you have a character that has yet to be placed in a plot, and you wish to join us, just shoot me and/or WON a PM, and we should have no problem fitting you in.

So, Rosie and I were talking, and I ended up writing a new subplot. if you are interested, let me know. I will have at least my supervillian down there.
Aridia Subplot
A popular vacation and entertainment center, home to over a million people, Aridia is hit pretty hard by the Supernova. Without modern technology, leaving is pretty hard, and the area gangs quickly grow in size as anarchy descends on the area. A perfect area for small-time heroes and villains, especially those who may take a while to discover their powers. As the anarchy grows worse, expeditions will break away to travel to other locales, so Aridia can easily serve as an incubator for not yet fully defined characters to discover their powers.

Lady A and I were talking, and I'm going to be helping plot the Arida subplot as well. My character is currently in the stages of being developed. She's college-aged and has an interest in marine biology. She'll live in Arida but has potential to travel elsewhere, particularly Diabolis. I'm open to anything at this point, so if you would like to plot character interactions, just PM me.
Other than that, I look forward to seeing where this RP goes! (It's going to be explosive if nothing else. ) Ah, who am I kidding? I'm super, super excited about it starting tomorrow! (Pun intended. )

Supernova
Just a quick note, guys. The posts in Supernova have been absolutely awesome so far, but I wanted to let y'all know that the supernova causes more of an effect with the people and the power than the earth itself. There isn't a major physical reaction in terms of mass destruction. Don't worry about editing your posts, because it's OK for there to be areas that had such intense radiation, vegetation was affected, or cases of unusually high wind or pressure, or places where there were isolated earthquakes. Every area, down to each square mile, can have a different reaction to the supernova. (This is a very, VERY random event. )
Just keep in mind that overall Telluri is still the same planet. . . the main cause of the apocalypse is not physical destruction, but that the power infrastructure is damaged beyond repair. Basically, it's not the kind of apocalypse where 75% of the population dies off in a very sudden, violent end, and those that are left are living out of tents.
Thanks, guys! This has been so much fun so far.
Supernova
I would like to note that, all characters who died in a sudden, violent, end on my part where shot to death. (EDIT: Except for the one that got cut up from Speedy rolling the car. He didn't get shot to death. Nope.)
TWBTS
Ryan, you wouldn't happen to have a map of Donovon's compound, would you? Or should I just make it up as I go?

Hey guys! I just wanted to let y'all know I've been recording all of Supernova so far. Another words, copying all posts and pasting them into Word Documents for future reminiscing and so on. I hope you all don't mind, and if you ever want the Docs. just shoot me a PM.

That's a great idea, lover of narnia! (I compose my segments in Word, so I automatically have copies of those, but it's nice to have a copy of the entire story available if needed).
Just a note that I'll be out of town much of next week, helping my parents move. I will have internet access so I should be able to keep up with the story's current pace. If your characters do encounter the Baxters on their travels, please allow me a little extra time to post a reply. Thanks!

SOL
None of us has posted, so what should we do? I think I'm gonna move it to summer. Justin's amnesia is gone, he's recovered and his hair has grown back. Maybe a storyline where somethign has infected the pool and they want ot find out what it is or something?
