*slips into the Square* Mortereve all! :) I didn't get a chance to get on yesterday because my mom and my little brother went to the doctor's. The doctor gave them both medicine, so hopefully they'll be feeling better soon. All the snow in our yard has melted now. :( I hope we get some by Christmas.

364 days till VDT comes out! A year from yesterday. :p Yesterday I said to my family, "You know what today is?" and they said, "No," and I said, "Exactly one year till VDT comes out!!" and they were like, "Oh, Narnia again?" :p

Ketchup:

Benjamin you're so lucky that you keep getting off school, first your mom's birthday then your grandma's! ;))

*waves enthusiastically back to Betsie* Howdy! You haven't been in the Square in ages!! It's great to see you again! :D How are you?

EP, what's your family doing for Christmas? Anything exciting? :D

Jojo!!! Hey! Great to see you around again. :D Yes, our vacation was quite fun! We had a fantastic time! Have you gotten any snow? What are you doing for Christmas?

*still laughing over a friendly challenge to write a geography-essay for someone ELSE's College homework, Jojo sidles toward her bench and dusts the snow from it* Oh I say, it's cold here isn't it? Gloves and scarves are my newest best friends, since our state is now under an 11-inch thick blanket of powdered sugar. ;) About that essay that I wrote for someone else's homework: it was SO FUN! I stayed up 'til 1 last night writing it, and they were pretty impressed with it when I sent it to them. :))

How is everyone doing today? I'm doing pretty swell. (Although "swell" is one of those "Trouble, we got trouble, right here in River City, right HERE!" words...) Today is my last day of babysitting. I am both rejoicing and sorrowing. I'll miss the kid's "D'yana, tum det me!" (Ki's version of my name, lol), and also the paycheck, but having more time to do school and writing is more important to me. *sorts out her feelings on the subject into a bottle and labels them "Canned Mixed Feelings".*

NG, that's awesome that you had such a good vacation! Yes, we have snow! Our first "real" snow was last Sunday, and it continued all day Monday and Tuesday, so everywhere around had two snow-days which made all of the students/teachers in town very happy. ^_^ Of course, we didn't get snow-days at our school. We had DOUBLE Teachers!!! ;) (and the Principal at home too!) Anyhows, my brother's been enjoying the snow, and I might too if it weren't -3 degrees outside.

Some things on our Christmas agenda are, 1) Living Nativity in the churchyard on the street-corner next week, 2) Helping to coordinate the Christmas Eve service on...Christmas Eve, 3) Christmas Day spent at my Aunt's "way out west" where we'll also spend the night (yessss!), and 4) Christmas celebration later in the week with my Dad's side of the family. My Aunt from Texas may be coming up, which would be grand! :D What are your family's plans for Christmas??

I am going to be the piano-accompanist for our Guest Violinist (our neighbor and good friend, actually) for the Christmas Eve service, so I've been practicing the piano a lot. And, since NaNoWriMo inspired me right out of writer's block (!!), I've been grabbing at every opportunity I have to write as well.

I finished the 7th book of "The Zion Covenant" series yesterday!! (sitting by Mom while she was at the Dr.) It was terrific, and now I'm going to bug my friend forever until he lets me borrow the 8th book. Can't hang onto this cliff...much...longer!!!

*listens to Phantom of the Opera and decides to leave the Square for a bit now* "But think of me, think of me fondly, when we've said goodbye! Remember me, once in a while, please promise me you'll try!"

Good mortereve all!! :D

Firstly, I'd like to wish Nutty a VERY happy birthday!!!!!! :D :D I truly hope that you are having a truly great day...truly!! B-) (did I use "truly" too much?)

Now to my ketchup...
Princess!!! :D

Djaq, talking about SMs, did I put my real name in one of them a long time ago? *doesn't remember*

No, I meant that when you posted pictures of yourself (looong time ago), one of the pictures was titled with your name. :) Does that make sense now? (I'm really bad at describing things. )

Djaq, your sister had twins!!!! When? How did I miss such an important piece of news!? How are they doing? Boys? girls? one of each? Congratulations!

She hasn't had them yet, so don't worry about missing it. ;) It's a boy and a girl (Jackson and Julia!)! :D I am reeeaaally excited! :D She could have them anytime, so we're just waiting now.

lol. I dunnae ken. What kind of names do you like to give stuffed animals? Practical ones? Long pompous ones? Sugary ones? It all just depends.

Well, I have a 48" stuffed dog that had seven different names (one for each day of the week :P)... I also had a cute little snowman named "Hugsly" (I really have no idea how to spell that), so it could be any name... I could just name him Ditto in honor of where I got him. (?) ;)

Indeed! You're the only person I know of that has that name... er, username. It took me a long time to figure out how to pronounce "Djaq", BTW... ;))

Yeah, it's not my real name, Bennett. ;) Haha, yes, it's a different spelling, so it's hard to figure out how to pronounce it. (I already knew how to say it before I saw how it was spelled though ;)) )

Yep and for the last few days it's been rainy and cold. :p We got snow in 1993 and last year some counties below us got snow, but we never get any. Some flurries maybe, but it never sticks. :(

It's been the in 20's for the last couple of days and there were snowflakes falling on Wednesday morning, but it didn't stick. Oh, well.

I'm glad to hear that you don't eat cats, Vern. ;) ;))

Djaq, one of my favorite Riley lines is when Ben walks out with the Declaration right after the gala, and Abigail is coming out of the building behind him, and Riley is like, "Hey...Ben, the uh, the mean Declaration lady is behind you." Lol! :p ;))

Lol! That part is great! ;)) :P

Djaq back to Alpha-Bets: Welcome back!!!

Alpha-Bets to Djaq: How have you come on the great alphabetization project? Gotten past M yet?

*sigh* It's going slowly, but I'm trying to keep from getting discouraged about it. I've started alphabetizing them according to their color, but it's still slow. I'm at blue right now.

(By the way, I love the new name!)

:D #:-s ;)

You will be sad to hear that I'm not humming (or singing) Nickel Creek much anymore. :-o Now it's mostly Enya and Tenth Avenue North. And the song from Miss Potter. And...

*sniff* :( That's okay. ;) Tenth Avenue North is great! (And Enya has some pretty songs!)

You finished Persuasion? That's the one Austen book I haven't read yet. I heard it's really good, so I saved it for last. ;) I just finished Northanger Abbey. And I really liked the 95 (I think?) version of Persuasion.

Yep! I really enjoyed it. :D I read Northanger Abbey recently and liked it too. :) I've heard from basically everyone who has seen the '95 Persuasion that it's the best. ;))

It's hard not to ;) . Well, I got over it! I finished up my last chapter and I'm getting ready to start the next! Hopefully I'll have the book finished by...February 1st :D . When do you have Christmas break?

Yes, it is. ;)) Yay! I'm very glad to hear it. :D
I'm not sure when my Christmas break is. It sort of depends on a lot of different events and...I really don't know. ;))

Djaq, my dear! Long time no see, eh? ;) Thank you so much for praying for my brother. He and his team returned from their trip safely on Sunday night. Just in time before airports closed due to snow, too! #:-s

Jojo! Yes, it has been sooo long! ;)
Praise the Lord that your brother returned safely! :D

Woohoo on your Dad's new wheels! LOL, I love pickups...

Thanks! :D Lol, I think that I've heard that somewhere before. ;)

"But think of me, think of me fondly, when we've said goodbye! Remember me, once in a while, please promise me you'll try!"

(skipping a bit) "If you ever find a moment, spare a thought for me..." ;) That is a beautiful part. :)

*waves to everyone*

Have a lovely mortereve all!

What's this? It's Nutty's birthday? Well, by all means, Nutty, my friend, do forgive my previous ignorance to this fact and allow me to wish you a very happy day now! May it be HAPPIFIED to the max, and may your cake be deliciously non-chocolate. (if that is possible...) It's been great to know you. You're a pal!

Djaq! (I like these emoticons better than the odd blue ones, don't you?) Yes indeed, we are so thankful that all their team's travel went well too.

LOL, oh dear, am I a broken record? ;)

Yes, such a beautiful song. It gives me chills and tears almost every time I hear it. :)

Now again I must disappear! Just had to wish SOMEONE a very happy birthday!!

I like these MUCH better! I always feel like I look really cold when I use the little blue ones! :( ;)

LOL, oh dear, am I a broken record? ;)

Not at all, m'dear! It was just such a great fact though, that I wanted to hear it twice anyway. ;)

Yes, such a beautiful song. It gives me chills and tears almost every time I hear it. :)

I just listened to it again. Mm, yes, it's beautiful! :)

*slides back in, boots swishing on the ice, feet skittering ahead of her head, hands flailing for a stronghold* (New color! If no one has guessed it yet, I'm trying to find a color that compliments my avatar. ;) )

Yes, the yellow smiles are so much warmer and friendly, somehow inviting a jovial conversation to take place, in my opinion. I think the blue ones look cold, sickly, and/or rather frightful. But that's just me.

Yeah!! How about a third time?? I love pickups! Also, I really want one. There was a really snazzy navy Silverado in the parking lot of the car-wash where we worked fireworks last summer, and it sat across the yard from me, shining and glistening in the sun, inviting me to take a look, get inside...check the price. And that is when I dejectedly went away with the resignation on my lips that I couldn't afford such super-delightfulness. :((

You know what's another really good song? "End of the Beginning" by David Phelps, as well as "You Are Loved" by Josh Groban. =] AND "Day Three" by Lordsong is purely wonderful.

I don't think it's too light at all. In fact, it's very peaceful looking. Sometimes I just need to see something peaceful like that and my hyper-thoughts settle a bit. Thanks! :)

BTW, guys, congratulate me and be happy for me because: I ordered a hoodie the other day!! It's my first hoodie; I've never found a cute one that I liked and that fit me, or my budget. So yes, this has been random.

*unsteadily, due to the bumps under the ice of the Square's cobbles, Jojo retreats again from the scene*

P.S. It's SO cute how the little girl I babysit just fell in love with Max Lucado's "Alabaster's Song". She comes to me and says, "My want to watch Alabaster! Alabaster's my favorite!" D'aww!

*is wandering about the forum and happens to randomly stumble into a thread that seems vaguely familiar* Hmmm... what is this place? Is it from a dream... or a dream of a dream?
Oh, wait... I recognize this place now... yeah, and I haven't been in here in... *calculates the number of pages since her last ketchup post* Oh dear. I haven't done a ketchup since page 48... um, almost two months ago!!
I have just been really busy the last two months! The last part of October was spent researching for my NaNo story, and making graphics like crazy (because I wouldn't have much time for that during November), and then all of November was spent writing as much as possible! I just didn't have time for anything extra, like the Square...
Well, I shall attempt to remedy that now... be prepared for a long post, which will involve a lot of skimming!

*waves at malkah* Hello, hello! How are you doing?

*gasps* The Torch, two weeks since your last ketchup?! [-x ;) Wow.

Hehe, well, this one is even more late than that one was!

The Torch: I was looking up a word in the dictionary and I saw the word "flambeau" at the top of the page. I was so startled for a minute. ;)) I didn't know that the word "flambeau" was in the dictionary. :p

Lol! Yup, it's in there!

flambeau, I'm doing great. *tries to think of something else to say* Sorry, I'm not very conversational today... How are you doin?

Hello, Princess! I'm doing quite well, thank you!
Anything interesting happening with you lately?

I agree about the more quiet days, they are really nice. But I think everyone likes at least a little excitement now and then! :)

Very true, I suppose. Is it nice to have some excitement... I just prefer quiet. ;))

flam: #-o So--you're graduated. :p Wow. I don't know why I'm so dumb all the time. I usually assume people are in their teens unless--I know differently. Hopefully you'll take it as a compliment... or something. :p
And yep. School's going well here.

Hey, don't feel dumb! I don't think I'd ever really said if I was in school or not, so it wasn't your fault!
I never said I was out of my teens either, but I'll still take it as a complement.
;)
Glad to hear it! :D

Yeah, Civil War and WWII are two very interesting periods to study.

Yeah, I like those both!
Aaaand, I do believe that today is your birthday! Happy Birthday!! Hope you have a good one!

Ah, that's neat. Any you really like a lot?

Um... I can't really remember. It's been so long since I posted that, I can't remember what ones I was talking about! ;))

No, it's not!
Well, you shouldn't!
Yes, I did!
Yes, you did!
Fine.
:P
(lol!)

Says you!
No, you didn't!
No, I didn't!
Good!
:P

"Impressive", to quote Darth Vader. ;))

"I find your lack of faith disturbing." (to quote another Darth Vader line, which has nothing to do with what was being said, I just like the line.)

I know, I know, I saw it later but didn't take the time to fix it. Boy, you have point out everything, don't you?

Says the guy who pointed out my supposed typo of 'opossum'!!
:P

Your idea is brilliant!! I love it!

D'aww, thanks! Yours is pretty cool as well! Your MC is quite interesting!

"It's foreign on this side..." ;)

"But it feels like I'm home again..."

Where did I get it, big sis? ;) :P

I have no idea! :P

Be nice! ;))

What, is that a requirement, or something? ;) :P
*sighs* I'll try.

:D :D ... :D

I'm glad you approve! :D

@ Kat, *waves* How ya doing? Just to let you know, I love your new cover of Fireflies!! *thumbs up*

*waves to Malkah, CSLN, and Ti and flambeau and Winty and anyone I missed* how be thou doing?

*waves back* I'm doing quite well! Thank you! How are you doing these days?

*skims*

How have you been?
Random Question: Where does your username come from?

I've been doing great, thank you! You?
;)) Not as random as you might think, that's a common question for me. It comes from the Father Brown mystery series by G.K. Chesterton; Flambeau is the name of one of the characters, and he happened to be one of my favorites, so I chose it for my 'nickname'.

True. *HUGS How are you doing, flam?

*hugs back* I'm doing fabulous! How are things in your neck of the woods (or, town, depending on where you live)?
Nice double post with Winter, btw!

@ Flam. "A beautiful sentiment!" ~ The Quiet Man.

"That is such a good way to put it!" - Sue Thomas

You're dang right! And I actually thought it was 518 pages...it was actually 521 pages ;) .

;)) We were talking about Jane Eyre right?
It was kinda funny, last week I read through two books that totaled over 1,000 pages, and I think it embarrassed my brother that he was still reading through the same 350 page book he'd been reading through for a week and a half. ;))
Kinda random thought, but we were talking about long books, so... ;))

Flambeau! :D How is the honorable President of the Manalive Secret Society doing? And do we have any new members to report? :D *sighs* We were having a very interesting conversation when I left, but oh well. :P

The honorable President of the Manalive Secret Society is doing excellently! How is the Vice-President of the Manalive Secret Society?
*sighs* No, I'm afraid that we don't have any new members yet.
Um, what were we talking about before you left and before I was gone for two months? It's been so long that I can't remember. ;))

*does an insane amount of skimming*

*thanks everyone in general for their comments on her joint post with Djaq* I'll thank a few people individually...

*loves the flambeau/Djaq post* I agree with Ruby, maybe there should be some sort of fan club for that sort of thing. B-)

Ooh, great idea!

@ Flam and Djaq. Sounds like you had a great time at the concert! :D It was slightly difficult to tell who you liked more, but I finally figured it out. ;)

Oh, good! I'm glad you were able to figure it out! I should imagine it was a bit hard! :P

@ Kat, conga rats on Jon Foreman mentioning your cover of 'Your Love is a Song'! I absolutely love your cover of it! It's awesome!

flam! (or P.P., M., M.C.)

Betsie!!
BTW, I can't remember what that stands for. ;)) Do you mind refreshing my memory? ;))

Congwajewlashons on your novel! Tell me about it, if you please?

Thank you! Congratulations on yours as well! :D
Well, my book is about a young man who fights in the Civil War (a southern sympathizer, of course. :P ), and about his life before the war as well. He dies in the end, so that part was a bit sad to write. It was also a bit difficult, because the book is written from his point of view, I wasn't sure how to 'kill him off' and end the book at the same time. I finally decided to write the scene where he dies as the last chapter, and then include an epilogue where it sort of tells a little bit of what happens after he's dead.
What is your book about? I like the title, and what I've seen of your book cover ideas are neat!

Yes! We have our script of Manalive pretty much ready, now. It's a ten minute speech, so I couldn't include as much amazingness into it as I wanted. We're doing the Innocent-Smith-Shoots-Wilfred-or-James-Emerson-Eames scene. Our first tournament is in one month!

Ooh, fun! Aww, only ten minutes? That's a bummer. *sighs* How to include all of the awesomeness that is Innocent Smith into only ten minutes?!

The Innocent Smithish thing I did was paint a picture. In and of itself, it isn't, really, but for me it is, since I've never painted before.

Nice! That's a neat idea! I like the picture too! You did a good job!

Well, I do believe that I'm done!! :D :D :D I hope that I didn't miss anything/anyone! I did some major skimming, and so I may have. ;))

*waves to anyone she did not mention by name* Have a wonderful mortereve!

Good Mortereve, all! How is everyone this frightfully cold Saturday Eve? I'm doing great! I'll be even better after I have a hot drink ~o) ! Well, I uploaded my 'One Year to go' video today on YouTube. It's been a little while since I've done a new video and I think this one is pretty good . . . except for that one part where the subtitle shows up 13 seconds too early. . .oh, well ;) ! If you wish to view it, just follow this link.

Today has been fairly boring...sitting in front of the computer editing for 2 1/2 hours gets old fast. But I do enjoy it :) ! Oh! nearly forgot! My sister's friend is currently in New Zealand! So, he's getting to see, I'm sure, a lot of where Lord of the Rings and Narnia was filmed :D.

CATCHUP!

Firstly! allow me to send a very, very, happy birthday wish to NN95!

Edmund P!! (you have a VERY cool new avatar!!) Positively great to see you again! "It" (school, jobs, church, music, Christmas-prep, household stuff, etc ;) ) is all going very well. How goes it for you??

Thanks, JoJo :D ! It's great to see you again too ! Glad to hear it--sounds like you've been quite busy ;) . "It" (school, NarniaWeb, job, guitar, reading, WRITING, and Holiday decorating) goes well! Hallo, Christmas Break :D !

EP, what's your family doing for Christmas? Anything exciting? :D

Just staying at home, having Christmas with both sides of the family, and that's about it! I'm afraid we're not doing anything exciting. . .we'll probably go to the movies the day or two after Christmas though. . .I guess you could say that's kinda, sorta, not really exciting ;)) . Your family doing anything fun/exciting for Christmas?

Yes, it is. ;)) Yay! I'm very glad to hear it. :D
I'm not sure when my Christmas break is. It sort of depends on a lot of different events and...I really don't know. ;))

Yeah. . . you must be busy then?

Well, that was a short post! Oh, well, they can't all be long 8-| . Have a great Friday, all!

Good Mortereve all! :) I hope everyone has been having a good day- I have been so far. Especially now that it looks like our internet troubles are beginning to be corrected, thanks in part to my brother, dad, and uncle. ;)

Well! We have had a busy last few days- yesterday was my brother's birthday, so of course we celebrated that. He got the David Niven version of Around the World in 80 Days, which previously had been a family favourite, except we'd seen it only on VHS. So we bought it for him on DVD, and watched it over these past two evenings. It was smashing- of course, but even better with it being digitally remastered and whatnot.

So! Anyways. Now for some catch up.

Life is going really good right now. I'm playing the piano for my church every Sunday and that has me a bit more stressed than usual, but I'm getting used to it which is good. My sister is still doing good! She hasn't had the babies yet, but we're kind of expecting them this week sometime (no guarantee though).

Ah, good to hear it! :) I shall be praying for you as you play on Sundays- I'm glad you've got an opportunity to use your talents and stuff, that must be exciting! :) *gives a hug* :) I hope your sister is well, of course! Any updates? :)

@ Fanny. For some reason My Fair Lady is one of those films I really latched onto when I first saw it. Probably thanks to the songs and Rex Harrison.

Life's going well, busy as it usually is this time of year, but well. And how about you and yours?

The songs in My Fair Lady definitely were memorable- I remembered at least certain key parts in some of them for a long time after only seeing it once...and of course every now and then we'd sing a line or two or something....so yeah. ;))

Mmmm, yes. This time of year is indeed busy for many people! We've been good, thank you! :) Our uncle has been up for my older brother's birthday, which has been quite a bit of fun, but that has thrown some of our schedules off, but no matter. ;)

FF, we'll be visiting both sets of grandparents and lots of relatives for Christmas. As for any other Christmas-y events, hmm, well, none that I can think of the moment. How about you?
We got a little bit of freezing rain last night. Fortunately, it wasn't too bad, and I don't think we're going to have any more bad weather for the rest of the week.
Oh yes! Please send us some of your snow! Ours has mostly melted now.

Sounds fun! :) I hope the visits go well! :) Alas, we have very little planned for our year... there might be a get together at Christmas with some cousins that we may go to, but I'm not 100% sure. It depends on who's house it's at, I suppose, since if it's at one of their houses, it's a bit too far for us, especially due to the fact we usually get really bad weather around Christmas. >_> So we'll see, of course. :)

*sends along a lot of snow* Alright! I sent some out in the mail today! :D Do let me know when it arrives. ;)

Hey, Fanny!!! The title of your book floated around in my head for the whole month of November. I am intrigued.

Thanks! ;) And great to see you around too! :D

That is really the best quote I have ever met. I should memorize it, and chant it every morning as I lay in bed, too lazy to get up, looking at my bookshelf. (I have 190 books, now. ) But I couldn't really say that, because I want to keep lending out my books, and make everyone in the world read them, because they're so good!

*laughs* Haha, thank you! I'm extremely honoured! ;) Hmm....maybe I ought to let my inner goofiness be revealed more often. I mean, the really inner goofiness. Nah, better not. I must maintain some degree of dignity. *brushed imaginary fluff off of coat sleeve*

Your 1816 book sounds very... fun! What else have you been reading?

Hey, hey, you're Canadian? *proceeds to be an annoying and loud tourist* You know my family.... In reality, my parents were missionaries in BC for three years, and my older brother was born there.

Hah. thanks! Alas that I have not continued reading it. I was on page 68 or so, I believe when something or other came in the way and delayed it. Hmm. Must get back to that post haste and rather promptly. ;)

Hey hey, I am! :D *bows with a flourish* I am indeed Canadian, although I prefer to say that I'm three quarters British and one quarter Polish (the British part of me is much more interesting, we have ancestors that fought at the Battle of Hastings and as such were given land in recongition of their role, and in consquence over in England there's actually a town named after Us, being the ancestors. I have done nothing to merit having a whole town named after li'l ole me. ;) ), but Canadian I am. Very neat about your family/brother- did they like British Columbia? I hale from Ontario, myself. :)

*prods Fanny gently with a nudge to the ribs...HUG* How are you, Fanny? =]

JoJo! *hugs back* How are you? (I realize I could read how you are in your later posts, but due to the lateness of the hour at which I am typing this and the fact that I really ought to be dashing, er, walking- I never dash, it's most hazardous due to the fact that most people do not watch where they are going when they dash off and are most likely to trip into things or walk into walls or do something otherwise undignified- off to bed at some point, I'm not sure I should, er, spend too long on this post). I'm pretty good myself, thank you! :) Alive and kicking, that's for sure! Well, more alive than kicking, of course. ;)

Very true, I suppose. Is it nice to have some excitement... I just prefer quiet.

Hear hear! *says the not so inner introvert* ;) How is life for you? :)

And, last, but in no means the least, Happy Birthday Aiden!! :)

And now I shall depart. Cheerio all! :) Fuzzy dreams and cosy slippers!

Dear days of old, with the faces in the firelight,
Kind folks of old, you come again no more.

*The Prince and Royal Dragon enter the Square discussing what to buy certain peoples for Christmas....*

Hmm, I guess we could get Lady A a box of chocolate.... KingLune another riding horse.... not too sure what to get the grandparents...

*I vote for the easy route, give the grandparents money.*

Easy enough.... *marks off his list of gifts to get*

*And what will you be getting for me? Hmm??*

I'm not telling. Especially since you won't tell me what you bought me for Christmas. ;)

**Sigh* Very well.*

Mortereve all! I thought I would go ahead and make a catch-up post for the weekend. Believe it or not, 2 posts in a week! :-o ;)

------------------------------

@ Lucy. Fortunately for me, Mom doesn't go for any of that stuff.

Ha, ha! Nope, no snow. In South we get rain, maybe some snow flurries but that's it. We haven't actually had a real "snow" since 1993 (in the part of the South I live in). :p

@ the long lost, but newly found Betsie. *bows and tips his fedora to the lady* Hmm, we'll have to discuss bestowing a new nickname on me then. Many pardons for embarrassing you at all.....

Quite welcomed, Miss Betsie! (Ah, alright. Well, I don't think she has noticed yet either..... BTW, be careful about making comments about 17 year olds, you're speaking to one right now. ;) )

*Hello Miss Betsie! I trust all is well with you and yours?*

@ Jojo. That voice! That hair! Those eyes! Could it be? Why yes, yes it is! It's Jojo!!!! :D ;) Thank you for the complement on my long post. Of course, aren't most of my posts long nowadays?

Going to a Ball, eh? What sort of Ball? :)

@ Djaq. *Psst! It's "Bennett". Two t's. ;) * Yeah, I kept wanting to say "D-jack" instead of "Jack". ;))

All day today it's been in the low 40's and is suppose to stay this way over the weekend.

*Not anymore..... ;) ;)) *

@ Flam. Ah, you finally decided to stop by again. :D

"Fascinating...." Spock, Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.

@ Fanny. The ones that always stuck with me were: I'm just an Ordinary Man, I Could Have Danced All Night, On the Street Where you Live and The Rain in Spain. :)

Glad to hear you have been doing well. Ah well, at least you got to see your uncle.... that is a good thing, right?

And before I forget........... HAPPY BIRTHDAY NN!!!!!!! :D :-h (*) May you have many more and the hair on your toes never fall out! (Hobbit line there. Not meant to infer that you have hairy feet....)

----------------------------------

O.K, I guess I should head off now. Goodnight to all!

*Cor and Vern exit the Square as the Prince hums pieces from the Once Upon a Time in the West soundtrack.*

Avvie by the great Djaq!
