Nooo, I didn't notice... :D

;)) That's prefectly fine--I usually just read the parts of posts that have to do with me too. 😉

Queen Susan, the History Festival sounds like so much fun! And that pic of Duke is adorable. :) I love square dancing! :D Have you done it before?

Yes, it was a ton of fun! :p ;) I've square-danced once before--at a wedding about 5 years ago. And it was a lot of fun then! :)

Mortereve all! :)

NN95: Wow, really? Your grandpa has seen bears in his own yard? That's really cool!

Well, EP, yesterday at the library I checked out The Ruins of Gorlan, which is the first book in the Ranger's Apprentice series by John Flanagan. :D It's really good so far.

Quinlin! Hello! So yesterday was really windy for you, too? Same with us! We went to Red Lobster for lunch, and when we were walking into the restaurant from the parking lot, the wind was whipping my hair around like crazy...it was really strong!

Great, thanks, CS! What have you been doing lately?

Hi Emmy! Of course you can join us! Welcome to the Square! :)

Lol, yeah, malkah. When you get your ears pinched, it's just a little pinch, and not painful at all. That's what I'm trying to convince my sister...she's a year and a half younger than me and she won't get her ears pierced...
I've read Ella Enchanted twice. Yes, it is a funny, sweet story, isn't it? Have you read any other books by the author, Gail Carson Levine? She's a great writer. :D
Yeah, kinda like the Narnian equivalent of Genesis! Wouldn't that be totally cool?!

Hmm, looks like someone beat me to the first morning post. Lol, oh well. :p

Anyway. Yesterday we went to Red Lobster for lunch with some friends, and we had a great time. And it was SO windy outside yesterday! Seriously! The leaves in our yard were constantly flying all across our yard 'cause of the wind, and when I was outside, the wind was just whipping my hair in my face...

And the game we played during Wednesday Night Teen Church was so much fun. It was a race with two teams. You had to run up to a table in the hallway, where there was a cup of soda for each person, and a pile of Twizzlers. You had to use a Twizzler as a straw to drink the soda, then you had to eat the Twizzler, then run back so the next person in line could go. Of course, I was the last person in line, and the other person beat me because I took forever to chew my Twizzler... 8-| It was fun though. :p

Mortereve all!

Congrats on getting your braces off (right?) by the way!! :D
That is GREAT, NN95! :D/
NN95, that's awesome you got your braces off! :)

Thank you all!!!

Me alegro de que usted se sienta mejor. Supongo que realmente no es malo usar a un traductor después de todo. ¡Me alegro de que usted haya estado haciendo bien!

He sido alright.

Yes, the Lady of the Green Kirtle. I call her the Emerald Witch though. I have saw that fantasia_kitty said that the LotGK has been cut from the movie completely though! The 'unfathomable fate' has not really worried me all that much...I'm just not sure right now :-s .

Oh, ok, I figured that's whom you were referring to. the LotGK has been cut from what movie? Yeah, at first I didn't pay much attention to it, but it is kinda scaring me now.

Well, yesterday I worked on a new introduction for my videos. And that alone took me 2 hours #:-s . But, perhaps a new video blog will be up sometime next week! :)

Oh, wow, that's long time. Alrighty!

*waves to Quinlin*

*waves to NN* How are you?

Quite well, thank you. And you?

Welcome to the Square, emmy!

Hullo, Kk! Conga-rats on the drivers license and the good grades in school! :D

It seems like there's a team like that each year. ;)) I do feel sorry for their fans.

Yep, this year it's the Titans: 0-4. Yeah, so do I.

*nods at NN's explanation of BJU* Ah, I see! :) BJU is definitely a good curriculum. What's your favorite subject with them?

:) Yes, their curriculum is great. Well, I love Spanish, like I've said before. But, other than that, it's hard to choose which I like best. They're all really good.

*backs away guiltily* It's Ruby's fault; she started it! :p ;) (kidding) Seriously though, cannot one be both a SquareOnion and a SquarePea? ;;)

Aha, so Ruby started it, eh? :-? That's a stretch....

NN95: Wow, really? Your grandpa has seen bears in his own yard? That's really cool!

Oh sure, he's seen all sorts of stuff in his yard. He's a nature person, so he wouln't mind at all. He's also been face-to-face with a bear here in there throughout his treks through the wilderness.

Well, I'm off. Mortereve all!

*enters square, listening to the sound of the rain drumming on the roof* Such a beautiful sound! It is pouring outside!! :-o :)

I had the pleasure of dancing at an Irish Dinner last night. It was a lot of fun and we did pretty well. The performance would have been perfect, had they not accidentally stopped the music halfway through one of our dances. :( And we were doing so well too... Oh, well! It's not the first time that's happened. :P

How is everyone doing today? I trust that you're all in good health?

Yeah, you're probably right. What do you think, NN95?

Did you hear that, Dani? He said I was right! ;) And I don't care if you call me Ruby or Dani. Either one works! :)

*waves back to Prince Cor* I like your avatar, by the way. :)

Wow, hope you get some rest soon, Ruby! But that's great that you did pretty good on the Biology and Geometry exams. :D

Thanks, NG!!! What have you been up to lately? Has everything been going well, for you?

Wait. What were we talking about again? :- ( ;)) ) Ohhh! Piano lessons right?! ;) :D

*laughing* ;) For a moment, I had forgotten what I had been talking about too..until I read the rest of what you said. :P

By the way, Ed, what does your signature mean? :-

Quinlin, I'm having a stormy day here as well. Autumn is starting to show its colors and everything's slowly turning red and brown. I love stormy weather!

By the way, I don't believe we've met. I'm Ruby or Dani. I'm still pretty new around here...

Greetings, Emmy!! Welcome to the Square! I'm pretty sure everyone would love it if you stuck around. :)

KingsKid!! Congrats on getting all A's! ;) :)

*sends a back to Ruby*

Thank you, malkah!!! How have you been lately? I hope everything's going well. :)

*backs away guiltily* It's Ruby's fault; she started it! :p ;) (kidding) Seriously though, cannot one be both a SquareOnion and a SquarePea? ;;)

What's wrong with a mushroom??? :( *feels guilty*

Aha, so Ruby started it, eh? :-? That's a stretch....

*goes and hides in corner* :P

Well, that's about it for now! Time to return to homework...and life.

God bless, all you NarniaWebbers!!! :) :)

Mortereve all!

QS, you didn't see any licence plates with "QS"? :P Looks like PHF was fun!

Congrats to you, NN. Glad you got your braces off. I've been doing great. Got my licence (a restricted one) on Monday, and did a little bit of driving. On Tuesday, I got a facebook. So I'm still fiddling around with things on there, trying to figure out how everything works. Yesterday, I wrote a film short that hopefully will be filmed over Christmas vaction. So yeah, things are busy. What do you have going on this week?

*jaw drops at Djaq's epic post* I've missed your ketchup posts.

My dear brother Prince Cor, even being a junior is scary. Have you decided what you're going to do after your senior year? Sorry can't place that quote. Was I supposed to? :P
Neal was not based on Westley's character? Yeah, right. He even has the same nickname-- "The Man in Black." /:)
If even I have trouble writing one of my black hat characters, I'll know who to turn to. :P

NG, another thing that will help you a lot when your writing a book, is a backstory. It's somewhat like the character profiles we use in Ditto Town, but much more in depth. I believe hummy sent you an extremely in depth character profile. You could use that outline to make your backstory, or if you want i could send you my outline. It always helps to know the personality of your character, so that if you get him into a situation that your not sure how he will react you can go through some analysis to come to a conclusion.
Aww, I was kinda hoping you lived in the Blue Ridge, because that the most beautifulest (yes, I know I'm using improper grammer) place to live. :D But a wooded area is nice too. Do you ever have a chance to vacation in the mountians?

*waves at Quinny* It's been a long time! Have fun in that wind. :P

*received a major start when she saw an Emmy appear in the Square* That was my sister's, Emylla, nickname. To bad she never comes on anymore... Welcome to the Square, Emmy.

Anyway, I must be off. Got a ton to write on my book! Mortereve!

;)) Sadly, no. :p And yes, PHF was awesome.
Out of curiosity, are you going to the SAICFF next year? :) We're probably not actually--I thought it'd be fun if I could meet some N-webbers if we went... but since they split up the academy and the festival, I think just my older brothers are going to the Academy, and I won't be there for either thing. I know of 2-3 N-webbers who went last year...

Anyways.

Less then an hour ago, I found out what NaNoWriMo was.
Now I'm signed up, and nervous already. ;)) Looking forward to it though!
I'm excited that Destined is part of it. :)

Hello everyone! *waves* I hope everyone has had a good day. :) I have for the most part- while my computer is not yet fixed, my dad's laptop is, so that mean I get, for now, the computer that he was using, which is much better than the one I was using. (Which still worked). :) So.... :) Now for some catchup.

*waves to Djaq* I have been pretty good, thanks! Learning quite a bit, and enjoying the autumn weather. How are you? :) How are things with your Dad and his job/etc?

Ruby: I'll admit I was a bit , er, surprised at the mention of the college application you talked about, but was rather relieved when you mentioned it wasn't a real one. ;))

Yay! :) I'm glad you'll be able to start them soon- do tell us how they go! :) :)

Aiden wrote:
Thanks! Wait, is "yay" something to say "thanks" to? /:)

Very good question. I think it's something along the lines such as when people tell you you've grown so much since you last saw them. Do you say "Thank you", "I know", or what? >_>

Ah good, I'm glad it's all clear! :) Neat! What type of role did you play? And, do you do these plays with other homeschoolers, or is a local theatre group?

Two days late, but Happy Birthday Lady A! :) I do hope you had a good one! :)

Cor: Right! *sweeps morbidness out the door* I've been pretty good, thanks! :) And you? Anything exciting and/or new happening with you?

*waves to JoJo* :)

Ella: Glad to hear the piano moving went well! :) Which reminds me...if we ever have to move we'll have to leave the piano behind. Oh well. [/random] (You see, the way we got it in was rather hard, due to the somewhat strangeness of our house and the way it was designed, so I doubt we'll actually want to get it out again, or pay to have it moved). But, if anyone here wants a free piano, speak up! :D ;)

Narnia Girl: Ah, okay, thanks! :)

So...anything new with you? :)

Queen Susan: Aye, I can understand that. When something like that is gone it leaves a little sad hole behind in schedules, does it not?

Edmund P: That is interesting weather you've been having, I'd guess. Ours has sounds like it's somewhat been like yours- rain/sun/rain/clouds/sun, etc, all in one day. Today was rather mild and sunny though. :)

I think I have detected a slight improvement in my cough, thanks! :) How are things for you? :)

*waves to Quinlin* :)

Welcome to the Town Square Emmy! :) Join us often! I'm ForeverFan, but most people here call me either FF, F2 or Fanny. You may call me whichever you like best. :)

Welllll, I should be off. Cheers everyone! Fuzzy dreams and good slippers! :) (Although it's not quite bed time yet! ;) )

Mortereve, all!

I do miss coming by the Square more often! :( I'll try my best now, and I think I might have some time but 2 hour catchup posts are too much right now. ;)) I'll try catch up on what I'm able, though! :)

School has been quite exhausting recently. This week has been really hectic so far, but we're making it through!

So, eh, how's everyone getting their Username, Post count etc in the middle? It looks so cool that way!
Catching up:

Firstly, HAPPY (slightly belated) BIRTHDAY LADY A! I hope you had a blessed, wonderful day! :)

What Bella has stated is entirely true; we four (first just Bella and me, then C.S. and me, and then C.S., Bella, and me, and then C.S., Bella, me, and Lissa) spoke upon the telephone this evening. I know that I enjoyed it immensely! B-)

A hearty ditto to that! With so much heartiness, I'll throw in some Artichoke hearts. ;)
Hee! I think it was You and me, then C.S. and you, and then C.S., me, and you, then C.S., you, and Lissa, then Me, you, and Lissa, then all us four! :P
And hurrah for the Fedora's arriving! :D C.S. and I still need to take our pics with them... It got delayed by my undecisiveness, but I finally returned the one I had and got a gray one which I like better! :D

D'aw! *returns a hug to NG* Thanks, I'm doing much better! And, yes, talking to Jojo and Lissa has been the highlight of this month! :D How are you doing, m'dear?

Thanks, Fanny! :) Yes, I'm feeling better, thank God! The sickness was short lived, and didn't trouble me much so that's something to be glad about. :D
What have you been doing lately? :)

*waves to Poggy* Upside down words? 😮 Wow! *tries to turn her head all the way around and tumbles down*

*waves to Princess Brains* :D It's wonderful to see you, it really is! How have you been faring of late? =]

*waves to FaunstaticSyd* ;] That long post took you only 45 minutes?! 😮 !

You know, if you used Firefox, you'd have Lazarus, and you'd never need to worry about losing your posts.

:-@ There he goes again! *sighs deeply* (just kiiiiding.)
I keep telling myself I need to get Firefox and Lazarus soon, I'll get around to doing it sometime. (But, if it helps in the way of pleasure if my distress without Firefox, I can't do any decent graphics without it, because I need it for my fonts. :P ) I'll download it tomorrow, if I get time. =]

Yes, well, I've somewhat gotten over it. Whaaaaat? The SquarePotato is a step above the SquareOnions? Hmph!!!!

Good, I was getting worried!
Oh, dear! No, no not like that. I only meant to defend my Potato self! The Square Onion and the Square Potato are the same! Both roots and cuz's. ;;) :D

Ahaha, 'tis true. ;))

*gasps* The truth... *claps hands twice, then wonders why she did so, then proceeds* has been revealed.

(Of course, last time I did that, I believe Bella almost ran me over with a golf cart. I wouldn't know, I slept through the whole thing and only read about it later. :)) )

Oy, I remember that. ;)) Rest away, Melly. I posess no golf cart, so my bad driving skills shan't be peformed! :D :P

Well, now, I'm afraid I must stop now and conclude this catchup post. :( But a big hello to all the Square Onions! I will try pass by more often.
I'll be around for some time!

Bedtime now though, for me! Goodnight my N-web friends! ;)

Edit: *waves to Bella*

For once, I don't have pages and pages to catchup on! :D

I've square-danced once before--at a wedding about 5 years ago. And it was a lot of fun then! :)

I never thought of it before, but what a great idea to have square-dancing at a wedding! :)

That's what I'm trying to convince my sister...she's a year and a half younger than me and she won't get her ears pierced...

Is it that she doesn't want to get them pierced or does want to but is nervous?

No, I haven't read any other of Gail Carson Levine's books. Fairest has been on my reading list for some time, but I've just never gotten around to it. Which ones have you read?

Yeah, kinda like the Narnian equivalent of Genesis! Wouldn't that be totally cool?!

It really would. We should come up with Narnian equivalents for other classic books as well! ;)

Yesterday we went to Red Lobster for lunch

Yum! They have the best biscuits. ;)

That's a stretch....

That it's Ruby's fault or that someone could have a dual Onion/Pea identity? :p ;)

Ruby, that sounds frustrating with the music stopping. :(

I'm doing pretty well; unfortunately, my whole family has come down with the H1N1 virus (which is overly exaggerated, but still not fun. ) How's everything going for you? :)

What's wrong with a mushroom??? :( *feels guilty*

Nothing at all! Although some people *glares in NN's direction* :p seem to think differently. ;) (kidding!)

Less then an hour ago, I found out what NaNoWriMo was.
Now I'm signed up, and nervous already. ;)) Looking forward to it though!

It's my first year too! :) It is pretty intimidating, but I'm excited to start.

*waves to Fanny* :)

Hi Aitb! How are you? :)

So, eh, how's everyone getting their Username, Post count etc in the middle? It looks so cool that way!

Hmm, I don't think that's showing up for me. :- /:) Is everyone's username and such in the middle of their posts?

Haha! I know the feeling. I've been really excited to start NaNo, and I just need to get Microsoft Word on this computer then I'm all set. Then I have to find out more about my plotlines, and get a few history books to make my historical fiction's accurate. ;)) So, yeah, I can relate! :D

Hiya, Malkah! :D I'm sure I've asked twice, but do you have a nickname?

Hm, I'm not sure. I think it is in the middle for nearly everyone. Mine, Your's, Queen S's, and a few don't have it in the middle but most do. :)

Hey, I just saw that my post up there was post #3000! Coolio! ^^
