*strolls into the Square*

'Ello everyone! How's is going?
I decided it was time for a new set of graphics. Whadda think? :)

Looks like I only have 2 pages to ketchup on! Awesome!

That's good! I've never read those. (Or heard of most of them for that matter.) Who are they by?

They're all really good! The Killer Angels was written by Michael Shaara. Gods and Generals, The Last Full Measure, and Gone For Soldiers were all written by Jeff Shaara (Michael Shaara's son).

*waves at Princess* Nice new avatar! ;)

That's most likely because real history is boring, but historical fiction is actually interesting. ;))

To some extent, yes. Although, I'd probably use the word 'dry' instead of boring. ;))

Yup.
Oh.
Yup.

So, umm, have we exhausted that, yet? ;)

Is it possible to exhaust a discussion about soundtracks?

Oh, I can take it... but you don't have to give it in the first place. (And... what on earth were we talking about. /:) )

Well, you did ask for it you know. After all, I don't recall asking for your opinion on my spelling/grammar... you offered that on your own. :p (this is the discussion about how I manage to frustrate all of the grammar freaks, remember?)

Oh, for any of the TAN fans on this forum, Mike's baby girl Eisley was born today! Go to his twitter for pictures. :P

Aww, how cute! That's awesome!

@ Bella, that's awesome that you got to talk to Jojo and Lissa on the phone!

Hello Tiana!

Yes, I am going to continue reading the dictionary, flambeau, though I'm being very lazy about it. What have you been doing lately?

Aww, don't be embarrassed! I'm lazy about reading books too sometimes.
I have just been hanging out at home mostly (reading, graphics making, ect). It probably sounds boring, but I'm enjoying it!

Hey Narnia_Fan12! It's good to see you about the Square!

Really? Yes, indeed, it is very good! Cool! It is going to be a little while before I get to Mere Christianity. Jane Eyre is taking up a lot of my reading time. And it is a fairly long book :) . How have you been lately :) ?

Yes, it is a long book!
I've been doing well! Thank you! :)

*waves back to Flambeau* Glad to hear it! I'm doing pretty good myself, thanks! :) Anything new with you?

Glad to hear it!
Not really... I lead a pretty boring life. ;)) ;)

@ Flam. Hmm, you think? ;) ;)) Alright.... *thinks* Should we start quoting movies like Djaq and NN?

Brilliant suggestion! :) What type of quoting? Should we try doing a quoting conversation, or try to quote a movie scene from memory? (I'd personally be better at the first one, rather than the second one)

Flam, me lady! *curtsies, while making certain not to spill her cocoa while doing so, because that would result in such utter embarrassment that Jojo probably couldn't handle it. While keeping her head up to keep from spilling the cocoa, however, the whipped cream on-top somehow (not too mysteriously either) gets folded into the shoulder-length curl of the girl who is trying her hardest not to make any sort of fool out of herself and just say to Flam a nice greeting and inquire as to her health. The fluffy and white addition to the honey-colored hair brings instant distraction from the curtsy, which I'm saddened to say ended with more sloshing of the steaming drink and a few shrieks of mirthful laughter as Jojo tries to stand straight, keep the cup titled upward, clean out her hair, and carry on meaningful conversation all at once!* Beards and bedsteads, where are my manners?! Now that this dreadful occurrence has...occurred, may I still be allowed to speak with you? Guessing that your gracious Excellence will permit this, how do you do? *continues to mop out her hair with a wringer-washing-machine. Or something*

*giggles whilst reading that description* Of course you may be allowed to speak! I am fairing quite well, thank you! Yourself?
Oh, there's still a little bit of whipped cream in your hair.

Good, good, you were performed of my predicament. #:-s Anyway, I'll do better next year, and remember your birthday like a friend should. :)

Yes, Djaq does a very good job of performing me of things like that. ;))
Aww, don't worry about it! :)

Hello flambeau, thank you for the welcome! You can call me Syd 8D How are you?

I am doing just excellently! Thank you!
Wow, it sounds like you've been quite busy lately!
Ooh, how cool about getting an iPod Touch! :)

*waves to flam* Sorry I don't have more to say. :(

*waves back... and then realizes that she doesn't have anything to say either* This is awkward (to say the least)!

I'm all caught up! Hooray! I'm now going to let Djaq on the computer, as it's her turn. :)

Good mortereve all!

I learned to type upside down!

I wish I'd known how to do that last April Fool's Day...

.spɹɐʍkɔɐb sʇsod ʎɯ guıkɐɯ nɐɥʇ ɹǝısɐǝ ɥɔnɯ os nǝǝb ǝvɐɥ plnoʍ ʇı ;)) (Though I have to admit creating that sentence wasn't easy either. ymwhisle

Ah, yes, that makes sense, Jojo! I know I'll be helping my friend make the bridesmaid dresses, so that will be fun. :)

syd, yes, sleep is good. I think I'm behind on mine at the moment, so don't mind me if I fall asleep here in the Square. (Of course, last time I did that, I believe Bella almost ran me over with a golf cart. I wouldn't know, I slept through the whole thing and only read about it later. :)) )

the first was was "...... Farewell", the full title escapes me, though I'd like to think it was "Ashiken."

Ashokan Farewell? I used to be able to play that... ;))

I guess the audience liked it, because we received the Audience Choice Award for Best Drama

That's great! And congratulations to your brother too! Will the dramas and speeches be available to watch like the ones you linked to awhile back?

Hello all! *Waves*

Wow, Winter, that's probably the longest post you've ever made! :-o

Probably, but only because I put it off for a week and a half... :p

Good, good, just keep telling yourself that you're not angry. You're off to a good start. Now, don't yell so much. :P

Fine! *Stops yelling* Aw, you take all the fun out of life! ;)

Not too crazy, at least. :P No, no, I do believe you. ;)
Yep, that's me, alright! :D ;))

Thanks, Aiden, you really know how to make a person feel crazy. I mean seriously, not too crazy? That implies that I am some what crazy! You have no faith in my sanity! And probably for good reason...See, I can't even decide whose side I'm on!!! ;)

Aha, we may have just solved the problem. Well, see, when you download the new version, it doesn't just install on its own. You have to run the file you downloaded. Did you do that?

Um... I can't run it. I tried. We poked around and it thinks it's an archived document. Not too sure what that means, but I do know the extent of it's capabilites are "copy" "delete" and "rename" Not terribly helpful, is it?

I guess so.

What's that supposed to mean? That it was large, or wasn't? :-

Guess what!!! I got Winter into Tenth Avenue North music!!! Sh! Don't tell her I said that!

You lie! I'm not into Tenth Avenue North. i just like three of there songs and listen to it occasionally. VERY occasionally. I don't see how that qualifies...

...and just the other day she was talking about how she didn't like them.. wow CONGRATS! And that's awesome.. ;))

I'm sorry (for your sake, anyway) that you were *ahem* misinformed. I am not into Tenth Avenue North, I am not a fan, and do not appreciated being labeled as such. Thank you.

I'm doing great, thanks, Winter! Sounds like you had fun at your riding lessons. :D

That's good! Yes, lessons have been most fun. :)

Good! I'm glad you're doing well :) ! Uh-oh, did I accidentally call you WL? I must have been thinking of WinterLife ;) . Sorry.

Yes you did. I figured as much. :) You might want to think winterlife as winter with a lowercase w and me as Winter with a capital W. Apparently Ruby does this. :)

WinterStar: That is fantastic!! :) :) And it sounds like lots of fun, I hope you enjoy it! (Which I'm sure you will....) Yay for new riding helmets! :)

Yup, I agree. Most of the time it's the horse, although it doesn't help matters if the person is feeling unconfident too, because I've learned that horses can read us like books, so they'd see that hesitancy and respond however.

*sigh with WinterStar* I know how that feels, but don't give up hope! We never thought we'd have horses either, and I think it was after my sister got involved with some friends and their horses that we thought of the possibility of owning one, so maybe that will happen for you too! :)

I know, I keep peaking into the box just to look at it...I've never had a riding helmet before. (And for good reason, I haven't done lessons in wuite some time.)

Yeah, my mom always says I should be more confident around the horses 'cause they can tell I'm scared of them. Seriously, I'm terrified of horses, yet I love 'em! How weird is that?

*Sigh* Maybe, but what it keeps coming down to is what happens if the horse gets sick, the general vet/ferrier bills, and feeding bills. That really adds up, not to mention we really haven't got a whole lot of time, and no matter what my little sister says she'd grow weary of mucking out and stuff.

@ Winter. Yes, I realize I use "quite" quite alot, though it's a good word that deserves to be used quite often. ;)

Quite! ;)

Winter, my friend, I'm doing great, and yourself? What's new with you? Any new hobbies keeping you busy? :)

Well, I'm doing horse-back riding lessons, which are really fun. :) I've also been trying to work on my minis, but that's not happening as much, because I haven't gota specific time to do it. There's also school, but that's not really a hobby. :p You?

That would prevent you from going to them. 😉
Hehe. As you may have assumed, my location shows my dislike for Suspain. :p ;))

It might just. ;)
Actually, it doesn't. Who's Suspain, again? ;)

Aw, I'm sorry. :( :( My mom has that trouble a lot--she usually wakes up around 4 or 5 in the morning and can't fall back asleep. Sometimes even 2 o' clock, but I think it's getting better. :)

That's too bad, I do hope your mother is able to wake up at a more normal hour, soon. My problem is really falling asleep when I go to bed, I could go to bed at nine and still not be asleep by 12-midnight. Sometimes I got sleep around midight and wake up around half-three and tosss and turn and get fifteen minute chunks of sleep till I get up. Not fun. :p
I'm glad you're mom's sleeping better, it's really nice to get a good night's sleep, especially after getting so little.

;)) Yeah. Sadly, I don't think we got any pictures of me in my Dutch costume... *sigh* Ah well. I know one girl did... I may have to ask her to email it to me. 😀 I may try to include some pics later... we'll see. ;))

I hope you do post pics, I'd love to see them! :)

They're all really good! The Killer Angels was written by Michael Shaara. Gods and Generals, The Last Full Measure, and Gone For Soldiers were all written by Jeff Shaara (Michael Shaara's son).

That's interesting. I'm glad you enjoyed them! Nice avy/sig set, by the way! :)

See y'all!

Well guys, I think its time for the weather report from Syd! Last week we were in the 100s, but somehow this week its all mid-80s! So, thats right, most folks in Arizona are dusting off their jackets and sweatshirts! (especially me). How pathetic is that, that I am wearing a jacket when the high is 86?? xD

Sisters...

lol tell me about it! You gotta love 'em, even if they know just the thing that drives you insane!

Butting into NN and Edmund P's convo here, but

Either way, wouldn't we have heard about a casting announcement for said Witch?

That's what I thought too! I liked the suggestion that maybe a Calormen invasion or something, I could see that working much easier than LOTGK

NN95, boys pockets are like, huuuuuge though. And it's much easier to get a pack of gum out of a pocket than dig in a purse.
And a Dinosaur Vitamin? You don't know what that is? It's one of those chewable kiddie vitamins, but they are shaped like DINOSAURS!!
And I'm ALWAYS cold in the orthodontist! I'm always cold, actually...some kids have started calling me "goosebumps" in my cooking class, thanks to my omnipresent goosebumps!

learning is fun but not all ways of learning it are

Yes, the teachers torture us in order to teach us lessons D8 Just kidding, but I've read stories where back in the ol' days teachers would spank the children as punishment for cheating or stealing!

QS, oh oh! My bad! ;)) How cute! My neighbors have a border collie that is almost sixteen years old. He's brilliant and such a good dog! When they go out of town I get to dogsit him and their other three dogs. :D I myself have a yellow lab named Sandi (:

Thanks flam! I have been pretty busy, but luckily this week is the end of the quarter so all I really have is tests and early releases and breaks off! I'm hoping to break in my new iPod with all my spare time!

Hm...well I badly need to study for my chemistry test tomorrow, so that's all for me!

I enjoyed reading your weather report! We've had cool but much-needed rain here the last few days...and right now next weekend's forecast includes snow! :) So I may need to dust off a coat as well.

I should comment more on the other posts, but it's approaching midnight here and my bed is calling pretty loudly. So here's to a tall ship and a star to steer her by...and to all, a good mortereve!

But all night, Aslan and the Moon gazed upon each other with joyful and unblinking eyes.

Mortereve all!

All right this is going to be a very very very quick ketchup. I don't have much time.

Yes, the bear was just three houses away from our own house, NN95.

Ah, I see, FF. Btw, some of the Redwall series was checked out when we went to the library yesterday, but hopefully some of them will be returned by Wednesday, when we next go to the library, and I'll check some out then. :D

Thanks, flambeau! :)
Oh, that doesn't sound boring! Reading is tons of fun, and I love to make graphics. :D

That's great, Winter! Though I must say that I'm a bit scared of horses, myself.

Yup...you got that right, Syd! :p Wow! Sounds like it's been really hot where you are!

7 minute ketchup...not bad. Anyway, guess what? Yesterday at Costco we were looking at iPods, since I've been begging my mom for ages to let me get one for Christmas. That was cool...and then we had volleyball. That went well, I think (at least, I hope) I'm improving! And I watched part of a Star Wars movie last night. Other than that...it's been pretty quiet lately. :)

Ok, and now a pic of Duke. 😀

Very fine looking dog, that Duke. :D

I should comment more on the other posts, but it's approaching midnight here and my bed is calling pretty loudly.

I skimmed, ensuring I did not miss anything critical. My pillow summoned early last night - about 7 p.m. Slept a better part of nine hours. Fire Station is ahead of me for the next 48 hours. I shall stop by the grocery before I head out of town. Usual stuff I get? Egg whites, one quart of milk, frozen broccoli, frozen spinach, fresh squash or yam, two cans of Progresso soup, and fruit to snack on during the day. Exciting, aint it?

Mortereve all!

I've started writing a book the same way you are, NG. It was very unorganized, and subsequently, I only wrote 5 chapters of it. I learned that you have to outline your book and what is supposed to happen in each chapter. That way, if you take a long break from your book, you can still remember how the plot was supposed to develope. It helps a whole lot, and I would recomend writing and outline and summary of each chapter before you begin a hugh project like writing a novel.
Wow, do they have a lot of bears where you live? You must live in the hills or mountians...

Ahhh, nevermind, NN, it was just a Princess Bride quote. *can't remember herself which quote it was*

*laughs at QS's story of the "PON" licence plate* That happens to me quite often. I see some combination of letters that reminds me of a certian NWebber. It's actually somewhat embarassing, the way my mind works...:P

flambeau, glad you noticed my new avvy. Guess you would seeing as your sister made it. :P *waves back at her*

Can someone let me in on the secret way of creating backward sentences?

Ooh, yes, fun! 😀 What color? :p

(Of course, last time I did that, I believe Bella almost ran me over with a golf cart. I wouldn't know, I slept through the whole thing and only read about it later. :)) )

;)) I must have been either gone or oblivious to that one. :p

Ashokan Farewell? I used to be able to play that... ;))

That's the one! I had no clue how to spell it, I just heard it. ;)) Anyways, that is the right one--though I heard it slower and... more soft and gentle I think. More of a lament I guess.

That's great! And congratulations to your brother too! Will the dramas and speeches be available to watch like the ones you linked to awhile back?

Thank you! :) I hope they'll all be available again, but I'm not sure. I checked the site, and I know that they don't have them on yet at least. ;))

Actually, it doesn't. Who's Suspain, again? ;)

It doesn't? I thought it did. ;) And Suspain. You know? Su-san. Ca-spian. Though instead of Suspian, I write Suspain. Because it's painful.

My problem is really falling asleep when I go to bed, I could go to bed at nine and still not be asleep by 12-midnight. Sometimes I got sleep around midight and wake up around half-three and tosss and turn and get fifteen minute chunks of sleep till I get up. Not fun. :p

That's really no fun. :( :( I'm extremely blessed--I normally fall asleep within 15 minutes of trying to... And sleep soundly until my alarm beeps... It's a rare occasion that I don't sleep well. Indeed, I'm blessed. :p I guess I take it for granted--way too much.
I really hope that you're able to sleep better as well!! :)

I hope you do post pics, I'd love to see them! :)

I'll try to at the end of the post... 😀

I myself have a yellow lab named Sandi (:

Neat! :) Out of curiosity, is there a shorter name I can call you? Fauntastic is rather long. ;))

Hoooooray! I have survived braces! :D/ I have a temporary retainer for now, but I'll have a regular one in a couple of weeks. That'll only be temporary too, though, so eventually I won't have to wear it any more. :D

Aiden: Ah, I see! That should be fun, is it a recent play? (Or, was it the Anne of Green Gables play- I think- that you've mentioned before?)

You have a good memory, I have mentioned that before. But, no, that was two years ago. Last years' was one called In Due Season set in Colonial Williamsburg about a young man who thinks he's everything and can tell everyone what to do and then goes off to war, has his life saved by another young man he absolutely hates, and finally comes to the Lord.

*groan* Oh yes, Fido and Spot would be much, much worse. ;)) Especially since this dog isn't really... spotted. :p

Lol, you're right, Spot would be an awkward name for a dog that wasn't spotted. Anyway, I was just trying to think of really common names.

*enjoys reading the account of the PHF*!!!!

To some extent, yes. Although, I'd probably use the word 'dry' instead of boring. ;))

Yes, yes, that's a better word. And, for the sake of the history fans around here, there are some interesting things.

Is it possible to exhaust a discussion about soundtracks?

No. *sits.... thinks for a while........ * Yes. :P ;)) Just kidding. So, uh, any new soundtracks come your way?

Well, you did ask for it you know. After all, I don't recall asking for your opinion on my spelling/grammar... you offered that on your own. :p (this is the discussion about how I manage to frustrate all of the grammar freaks, remember?)

Phhht, so it's my fault now, eh? Trying to pass the blame off on me, huh? [-( Well! All I did was offer my humble opinion as to how you could offer a better impression of yourself when people read your writing simply by correcting a few mistakes, and then you get mad and take the whole thing out on me! Humph! (Hehe, joking. ;)) ) (Oh, yes, I remember now. I may be good at grammar, but I have a terrible—umm........ a... uh..... Memory! ;) )

Tiana, at the ortho's today, someone at the birthday list had the name Tiana. Thought that was interesting.

Brilliant suggestion! :) What type of quoting? Should we try doing a quoting conversation, or try to quote a movie scene from memory? (I'd personally be better at the first one, rather than the second one)

I am much, much better at the second. But Djaq and I do both. That's neat that you two'll be doing that now, too. ;))

flam, tell Djaq she needs to post! :P

I wish I'd known how to [write upside down] last April Fool's Day...

Yeah, same here! Except... I still don't know now! How do you guys do that?!

Probably, but only because I put it off for a week and a half... :p

Yeah, you brought it on yourself, eh? Wow, there's another long one!

Fine! *Stops yelling* Aw, you take all the fun out of life! ;)

Lol! Well, there are many other ways to have fun other than yelling. For example, blowing things up or smashing old, useless things. You get the idea.

Thanks, Aiden, you really know how to make a person feel crazy. I mean seriously, not too crazy? That implies that I am some what crazy! You have no faith in my sanity! And probably for good reason...See, I can't even decide whose side I'm on!!! ;)

How weird is that?

Very weird. Oh, that was a rhetorical question.....

So, thats right, most folks in Arizona are dusting off their jackets and sweatshirts! (especially me). How pathetic is that, that I am wearing a jacket when the high is 86?? xD

Wow, that is rather crazy! Most people here have been wearing jackets, but it's up into the low 60s! I think that's warm!

Butting into NN and Edmund P's convo here, but

Either way, wouldn't we have heard about a casting announcement for said Witch?

That's what I thought too! I liked the suggestion that maybe a Calormen invasion or something, I could see that working much easier than LOTGK

A Calormen invasion? Ehh, perhaps. I wouldn't call that "unfathomable". Hopefully that was an exaggeration.

NN95, boys pockets are like, huuuuuge though. And it's much easier to get a pack of gum out of a pocket than dig in a purse.

Oh no they're not! At least, mine aren't. I can barely fit anything in them. Though, I remember back when I switched from boys' to men's pants thinking how big the pockets are, but they're not really. Lol, I find it quite funny seeing people dig around in their purses. ;))
Oh, yes, of course. I wasn't sure if that's what it was, or if that was a brand or something.
Oh, wow, so you're cold pretty often, huh? Well, and you live in Arizona! :-o It's kinda funny... I'm often really hot and I live up North where it's cold. ;))

Good Mortereve everyone! *enters and waves* I hope everyone has had a good day, I for the most part have. :) We're getting some answers as to why my computer isn't working, and hopefully we should be able to get everything back up and running for a low amount of money, which is something I'm happy for. :)

So! Onwards to catch up!

Queen Susan: Thank you for the pictures- all the costumes look really nice! :) I'm so glad everything went well, a production that has gone of successfully and without a hitch leaves such a nice feeling, doesn't it?

Flam: Awww! I hope you have some excitement (of the good sort) soon. ;)

WinterStar: I know the feeling! :) When I get something new- mainly a new book or something, I can't stop looking at it for a few seconds over and over either, although I know it's not exactly going to go away if I don't look at it...

Mmmm, yeah, it can be confusing/weird at times, eh? It's almost as if the love of horses and the wanting to be around them overcomes (most of the time) the scared feelings, I think. :)

Ah, yes, I do understand those. For us it's mainly the hay that adds up. If it's any help (or you can store this for future information), horses will do perfectly fine if you leave them in a large-ish fenced in pasture area with room to run and a run in shelter for them in place of a barn and stalls. That's what we do- we have a smaller corral where we give them the hay with a run in shelter, and then have fenced in forest and a small pasture for them to run in and go about as they like. It cuts down on the mucking out for sure (for the most part. We need a tractor to come in and clear out the mud/muck in the corral, it's hard to stay on top of that). But if you dry land/grass area, they'll do well on that. :) :) But, I can understand, the thought of vet bills, farriers and the like can be something. I guess we've been fortunate to not have needed them (well, we have a farrier, although my sister is learning how to trim the horses feet in a natural way so they can go without shoes) as much, but we might need them some day, and then what? >_>

Fauntastic: Ah, glad to hear your teachers aren't that bad. ;) Hmm, yeah. That would have been tough to have a over and above strict teacher back then, although cheating and stealing are rather serious. But yeah. :)

How is life for you? I hope all is well!

Narnia Girl: Okay! :D Do you know how many your library has?

Aiden: Yay! :) (for the surviving of braces)

Ah, okay! The story line for the play sounds like a good one (good doesn't sound right, although it does sound good, but the story sounds like one with a good message in it, or something like that), were you in it?

Well, I had best be off. Cheers all! :)

Dear days of old, with the faces in the firelight,
Kind folks of old, you come again no more.

Good mortereve everyone!

Sorry for being gone so long, I don't even have a good excuse for it. I've been a little busy and just put it off for too long. ;))

*deep breath* I have a lot to ketchup on...

Great! I've been doing quite well for the most part! School and reading keep me busy. The end of October and beginning of November is going to be really busy. :-s Other than that, I've been great! :)

What have you had going on lately? Do you have your braces yet? Sorry, I can't remember. ;))

Is it really only THREE MONTHS, Djaq??? Oh my, I need to get started planning what gifts I'm going to give all the members of my family! The past few years I've done all my Christmas Shopping totally last minute, but I hate when I do that because I feel like my presents aren't as heart felt as they should...and giving the best gifts I can is the best part about Christmas!! :D

Yup! I don't know what I'm going to get everyone in my family yet either. ;)) Last year flambeau and I split the gifts that we got everyone so that they were from both of us. It worked well. :) Less shopping. ;)

Yay! I love looking at pretty cakes! The Food Network has become one of my favorite channels recently, because I love seeing how people do these amazing different dishes...its fascinating!

Mmm hmm, my sister used to watch The Food Network a LOT, and there were some really neat cakes on there!
Here's a picture of the cake that I cut at the wedding. :)

I guess I'll continue, Djaq. I keep reminding myself that it's for a GVB CD! :p (Oh, btw, I've been meaning to ask you, do you have a nickname?)

You must really want the CD. ;)) How far are you now?
Well, some people call me "Jack" or "DJ", you can call me one of those, or come up with another if you'd like. ;)

Oh, you're right, yesterday was three months till Christmas. *squeal* I can't wait.

Yep, it's exciting! Decorating is one of my favorite things to do for Christmas! So fun!

Ah! Good to know you're not dying or anything like that. ;) :)

Yes, I try to avoid that as much as possible. ;) How have you been?

It's a beautiful picture! I love the editing you did on it. :)

Thanks! The sunset was really pretty that night--there were no clouds. :)

RinterSamgee???? Where did that come from??? *laughing*

RubyGamgee and WinterStar. :P

How have you been lately?

Triplet!!! I've been doing alright. :) I'm sick right now, but I'll probably be over it in a couple days. :)

Thanks for the link for the screencaps! :) Actually, I had meant that I have The Princess Bride book on hold. ;)) And, if I really like it, I will make quote graphics and perhaps screencaps ones for it. :D

Ah, I thought that was probably what you were going to do, but I decided to post the link anyway. ;))

*waves to poggy* :D

Lady L!!! Thanks for updating us on college! :D I hope that things are going well for you!

I definitely do! What are some of your favorite characters (other than Djaq, of course ;) )?

Well, I love Marian and Will! Robin is okay most of the time, but he's not one of my favorites. ;)) What about you? :D

The equine therapy sounds like a really neat program! That's awesome you get to impact the kids' lives in that special way. :)

It is! The kids are sooo cute too!

Hey, I think you're right! Conspiracy alert! :p

Definitely! :P

I totally agree with your spoiler! It's very sad. :(

Djaq, the weather has been very nice! It's still warm, but there is a hint of winter in the air, which excites me! I cannot wait until winter! :D How is the weather for you?

The weather has been really nice here! Well, it's actually been really rainy (it's supposed to be sunny tomorrow though!), but the temperature is dropping, so I'm happy! Oh, and the trees are starting to turn! :D

So...., you think Bella is a bit weird? I admit, most everyone in this world is weird. But some are very weird, in which case, I can put neither you, Bella, or myself in that category. ;))

I think that we're all a little weird, but I concur, we're not really weird. ;)

How have you been lately, Fanny? :D

Congrats on winning the wallpaper contest, Djaq! You sure it has nothing to do with the fact that your sister judged it? ;) :P ;))

Thank you! :D Wow, I didn't think that you looked in Fan Art. :)
Of course it had nothing to do with flam being a judge! What, do you think my wallpaper couldn't have won any other way? [-( :P It was actually suchwascharn who first mentioned it as his favorite anyway. ;)

Then you had better look out! :P

Oh, really? For what? :P ;)

Yeah, thanks! ;))
'Course! Kidding... :P Yeah, well, I was being nice. :P ;)
"Move! Get out!"

You're welcome. :P
Oh, you were just being nice? How chivalrous. 8-| :P You get to pick next time. ;)
"Follow me."

No, I don't reckon you can! :P (We're so mean to each other! ;)) )

Wow! :-o [-( I could just start ignoring you. (Yes, we are. ;)) At least we know we're kidding...aren't we? ;) )

"Yes. No. I don't know!" Anne of Green Gables play I was in. Not sure if that same line is in the movie/book.

"Don't you think you're old enough to make up your own mind, Anne?" Anne of Green Gables. :P What character were you? :)

I most certainly am! ;)
Yeah, true. The second part is a comfort. But gP could be right in assuming that he just added that for the fans' sake... Let's hope he slipped up on his words, eh? ;)) It's funny, it took him less than 2 seconds to say that sentence, about which he likely wasn't thinking too much, and yet three people get together to discuss that one sentence for about ten minutes. I suppose Ben could have meant anything!
I think it'll be the opposite with me: Ben's beard looks kinda weird now, but I'm sure it'll look great in the movie.
Yeah, so do I. By the newest video, even though Edmund doesn't say anything, I get the impression that he's thinking, "Well, we knew they'd have to leave eventually, but it's a shame to see them go." Something along those lines. What do you think?

Aw, thanks! ;)
I'm not sure that Ben would add it just for the fans' sake. I never heard him say it though, so I'm not sure how he said it. We'll find out what he meant on December 10th 2010 (if not before). ;))
Ditto! Didn't we get some reports about scenes being filmed of Lucy and Gael talking? If they got to know each other well, that could explain Lucy looking sad. Thoughts?

Ah, that's neat! I'm glad you logged in, or you might never have noticed it. (Ooh, I didn't know Jojo played the piano!)

I'm glad too. I had no idea that she would send me one on there. Yes, she does! :D You should ask her if she'll show you the video. ;)

I know, I put a terrible light on the name Aiden. :P

No, you don't. ;)

I'm sorry you lost a whole half of a post.

A "whole half"? ;))

Princess!!! Great to have you back again! :D

Djaq. I'm still humming Nickel Creek songs.

I'm glad to hear it! ;))
Fabulous to have you back in the Square, by the way!!!

Nothing is predictabkle, you know.

Especially in situations like what you described! :( ;)

Jojo!! I haven't posted since I saw the news about your brother, but I have been praying. I'm happy to hear that it went well and he's recovering! *sends a wave back Jojo's direction*
Congrats on getting your ears pierced! :D How do they feel now?

Valia!!! It's lovely to see you! *sends a *

*waves to Cor* :)

Djaq, my dearie! Of course, I want to thank you for your PM and let you know that I will reply as soon as I everly possibly can. It was a lovely note to receive; made my day!

I got your reply! :D Thank you very much for it! 'Twas a joy to receive and read!

Jo March, in this particular avatar picture, certainly is happy and fun! Aw, well thank you! I wish I had her hair, "Jo! Your one beauty!" :))

Indeed, she is! What part is it from, pray tell? I'm not sure. ;)) I've seen your hair, and I think that it's quite lovely!! ;) Haha, that's one of my very favoritist lines in the movie! ;))

Hmmmm...*Thinks and ponders, muses and wonders, chews on and thinks some more* I've got it!! I DO remember our first meeting. By George, I was wearin' a flat-brimmed hat, off to the side of course, and skateboarding to music wasn't I? That was my not-so-graceful entrance...It reflected nothing on my feelings for welcoming a new Onion to the Square, bear in mind. ;) :D

You were indeed! It was quite amusing, to say the least! :D ;) I was actually too surprised at being welcomed so warmly to notice the un-gracefulness of it! ;)

"They can't carry a map in their heads."

"That's because our heads have something in them." (so true! ;) )

LOL! *Struggles to stand upright after falling over laughing over Djaq's comment about Aiden not totally ruining the name for her* Good 'un.

*bows* Thank you! *checks to make sure that Jojo didn't hit her head on anything whilst laughing* ;)

Hey, lys! It's good to have you stop by. :)

Aww, Duke is so cute, QS!! :D Neat Dutch costume too! Fun!

Hi, Jo!!!

Hooray!! I inspired someone to listen to This Side!! ;))

"If anyone could, you could, my darling..." :D :P

It's overrated really.
;)

Jokes are? No way. ;)

True, how silly of me! Of course you'd rather be Sara! How could I forget? ;) Unfortunately, she doesn't have a singing part in this song, so perhaps next we can do something more like Reasons Why.
"...entrance is crucial and it's not without pain..."

/:) Wow...

I have seen season 3 and it did get kinda weird.

I've seen episodes 2 and 3... /:)

Oh, for any of the TAN fans on this forum, Mike's baby girl Eisley was born today! Go to his twitter for pictures. :P

Aww, so cute!! :D

Aw yeah I know! I'll try to be on yahoo chat more... I haven't been getting on very often, I'm not really sure why even ;))

Okie dokie! :D Mine's always open if I'm online (usually). ;)

Jojo, Lissa, CS and Bella, that's great that y'all got to talk on the phone!! It sounds like it was fun!! :D

Hey there, 12ster! Nice to see you around!

Wow, Syd, it sounds like you were busy! Ooh, did you get an iPod touch? That's awesome! :D

*wonders where Djaq's off to....* There's a new podcast out to discuss. Now you're two behind! [-x ;))

I'm here now. :P
Not so, my dear boy, I've listened to them both! ;) :P You can give your thoughts first, and then I'll reply. :)

It sounds like you had a good time at the PHF, QS!! :D Thanks for letting us know how it went! Cute pictures too!!

Love the new graphics set, flam!! :D

Yes, Djaq does a very good job of performing me of things like that. ;))

Yep, I'm quite the performer! ;)

Hoooooray! I have survived braces! :D/ I have a temporary retainer for now, but I'll have a regular one in a couple of weeks. That'll only be temporary too, though, so eventually I won't have to wear it any more. :D

Congratulations!!! It's great to hear that they're off!! I'm so happy for you! :D :D

flam, tell Djaq she needs to post! :P

Haha, I'm here, I'm here. :P I was already working on a post when I saw that you said that. ;)

I'm done!! This took me waaaay too long, and I skimmed far too much, but I'm done, and that's what matters! ;)

Oh, and from Princess Anna: "tell [everyone in the Square] that I love and miss them, and hope everything is well. and that maybe i'll try and stop by at some point...but I don't know."
:D

Mort'reve all! (*sigh* It's good to be back)

Hello everyone!!! Sorry for disappearing (again) for several pages. But here I am once again with a catch-up post!!!

As probably a lot of you here, I am swamped with homework. I mean I am swimming up to my neck in it. After I finish this post I am going to run back to my desk and write up five more notecards and a college application essay. It's not a real college application essay, so don't worry. No, I'm not planning on applying for college soon...in fact I don't think I'll even start thinking about college until...another three? four years? :P

DANI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*tries to think of something more original than a hug...* Nope. Not working. :P

I'm having the same problem... :-

Oh no! I'm so sorry! :(

Haha, you even put it in your sig. :P

Hey, if you want to stand out, you might as well, really stand out. A mushroom in the midst of onions... *glances at malkah Oh! And one pea. ;)

Ah, Dani, Ruby, and Erubadhriel, eh? Sounds like fun. Hey, maybe the six of us could get together. 8-} ;))

That just sounds like trouble, Aiden... :P

That's what TPS does to us :P

You can say that again!! I'm swimming in a sea of Latin exercises and research paper notecards... :(

...and just the other day she was talking about how she didn't like them.. wow CONGRATS! And that's awesome.. ;))

I was looking at her status a few days ago and it said something to the affect of "is enjoying Tenth Avenue North more than she thought she would *can't stop cracking up every time I watch their videos! They are so dorky!*" :P

*leaves square listening to Relient K's new album*

Amazing, isn't it? :) Sadly, I haven't been able to hear all of it. Yet. Just a few of their singles. :(

That's great that you've progressed some on your own, Ruby! :D And good luck on your Biology exam. ;)

Thanks, NG!!! :) The Biology exam wasn't as bad as I thought, though I didn't do as well on it as I could have. I was having a really bad day and was extremely tired...

Speaking of which, I just finished up my Geometry test!! I think I did pretty good, for someone who had less than six hours of sleep and missed lunch... :(

*is so tired...about to fall over*

That's AWESOME, Ruby! I hope that you enjoy it :) .

Thanks, Ed!!! I'm sure I will. :)

Ruby: Yay for Piano Lessons!! :) How exciting! I hope you enjoy them!

I know!! I am sooo excited!! :) I don't think I can help enjoying piano. ;)

If all goes well, piano lessons should start in a week... :)

I'm praying! Do try to get a good nights sleep, m'dear. We don't want a worn out Ruby! :(

Thank you for your prayers, poggi!!! :) I'm afraid I'm going to be worn out for the rest of this school semester... :(

Ruby! *returns Ruby's hug* I hope your homework doesn't overwhelm you too much. That's sad; it takes away the joy of learning.

Jojo!! :) I really hate being tired in school. I can't concentrate. :( :( Things are getting a little better though. :)

Yay! I love love love piano! My mom is a piano teacher, but I actually don't take from her. Let's just say...I wasn't the best of students when she was teaching me. But in my defense, I was in my attitude/talking-back stage of life...But my new piano teacher is wonderful, I've actually managed to scrape up some trophies at competitions. ;D

*laughing* :) faun, that so sounds like me when I took violin from my mom!! I was a lot younger than, though and I didn't really like being the youngest student in the class or the one that was the farthest behind. And I had some attitude issues. I enjoy music a lot more now!! :D And I really regret giving up violin. I wish I had stuck at it. :(

Yes, I try to avoid that as much as possible. ;) How have you been?

I fear that these last words I type on Narnia Web may be my last...especially if I don't get that college application essay turned int. :-s I'm doing pretty good. Dead tired. But life's good. :) :) You?

Thanks! The sunset was really pretty that night--there were no clouds. :)

Sunsets are one of the most beautiful blessings of life!!! :)

RubyGamgee and WinterStar. :P

I'll have to remember the RinterSamgee for our next post. ;)

Well, that's all for now!!! At last I can fall onto my desk and...die. Just kidding. :P

I need to say hi to one last person....

WINTER!!! How are you, dearie? Ok, so I have come to the conclusion that Merlin is an inspiring show. I've taken up FanFiction writing again!! :) And when I'm writing FanFiction...you know I've been inspired....or I'm just crazy...

Alas! It is time to leave...Am I procrastinating? Yes, I am definitely procrastinating. :P

to everyone!!
God bless!

Mortereve all! :D

Aiden: Yay! :) (for the surviving of braces)

Ah, okay! The story line for the play sounds like a good one (good doesn't sound right, although it does sound good, but the story sounds like one with a good message in it, or something like that), were you in it?

Thanks! Wait, is "yay" something to say "thanks" to? /:)

Yeah, it was a good one. And, I know exactly what you mean about "good" not quite being the right word... Yep, I was in it. :)

Finally, Djaq has arrived! *remembers having a lot of trouble type Djaq* But, now it's easy. [/random]

Thank you! :D Wow, I didn't think that you looked in Fan Art. :)
Of course it had nothing to do with flam being a judge! What, do you think my wallpaper couldn't have won any other way? [-( :P It was actually suchwascharn who first mentioned it as his favorite anyway. ;)

Quite welcome! Yeah, I poke my head in every once in a while. I especially love following the contests.
Alright, alright. So, how much did you pay flam? Kidding. ;)) You know, I feel bad for her because, being a judge, she couldn't post any art herself. :(

Oh, really? For what? :P ;)

"I'm working on it!" ;)

Oh, you were just being nice? How chivalrous. 8-| :P You get to pick next time. ;)
"Follow me."

Of course I was. :-? Whee!
*Riley's sleeve catches on fire. The fire gets closer to the barrels of gunpowder. Ian and his men run toward their thingies. Ben and Riley run through and little passageway.* "Get down!" *Ben shuts the little door behind him. The the fire engulfs the barrels of gunpowder...*

Wow! :-o [-( I could just start ignoring you. (Yes, we are. ;)) At least we know we're kidding...aren't we? ;) )

Oh yeah, huh?! Well, I may just feel like ignoring you, too! [-( (Whew, it's a good thing we are.... uh I think we are... :- ;)) )

"Don't you think you're old enough to make up your own mind, Anne?" Anne of Green Gables. :P What character were you? :)

"Weeeeel, maybe I am and maybe I ain't." Andy Griffith. I was Mr. Phillips.

Aw, thanks!
Thoughts?

;))
Eh, I don't know. He wouldn't lie about it.... I don't know, I suppose you're right, we'll find out eventually. Likely when the first real trailer comes out.
Oh, I don't remember those reports. Hmm, that's interesting. I'm gonna quote you here and then pick up the podcast discussion again:

Not so, my dear boy, I've listened to them both! ;) :P You can give your thoughts first, and then I'll reply. :)

Wow, good for you! :D Well, I don't remember anything about the Spy Video Intelligence one :| but if you have any thoughts I'd love to hear them. About the newest one, and referring back to the MLG, I like Dr. Ransom's idea of the Face of Suffering. As to where she came from... I like the idea that she's possibly some freed slave from the Lone Islands. How she's connected with Rhince or how Rhince is connected with "momma" I don't know. Suppose we'll just have to find out. Like one of them said, it could be that this is so insignificant, nobody will even remember these discussions. ;)) However, it could be such a big change, we'll be groaning at it the rest of our lives. Only time will tell, I suppose.

As for the Narnians in Armor part of the episode... I really don't have a problem with Lucy just having a sword, like they said. It's just how they put that into effect that bugs me. Are they gonna have an all-out "pitched battle" after all? And is Lucy gonna fight? I do have to admit that I agree with... was it glumPuddle? that said it's not nearly as bad to see Lucy fighting as it was to see Susan. So I wouldn't have too much of a problem with that. I must say that a bit of a skirmish at the Lone Islands wouldn't be too bad *ducks rotten tomatoes* but if it's anything too much I won't be happy with it.

As always, I much need to re-read VDT, but I probably won't get a chance to concentrate on it till school gets out next year.

I'm glad too. I had no idea that she would send me one on there. Yes, she does! :D You should ask her if she'll show you the video. ;)

Yeah, I can imagine it was a surprise. Ah, that's neat. We have a lot of piano players about the Square, eh? We should have a concert some time. :P Anyway, yeah, I may just do that! :)

No, you don't. ;)

Hehe, thanks. ;))

A "whole half"? ;))

Yes. She could have just lost half of the half. Or a quarter of the half. But, no! She lost the whole half. ;))

Congratulations!!! It's great to hear that they're off!! I'm so happy for you! :D :D

Aw, thanks!!! :D 'Course, the retainer's annoying, like I knew it'd be. But, still, it's a step in having no dental wear to clutter my mouth any longer!

Haha, I'm here, I'm here. :P I was already working on a post when I saw that you said that. ;)

Well, finally! 8-| :P Haha, well good for you. ;))

That just sounds like trouble, Aiden... :P

Yeah, you're probably right. What do you think, NN95?

Whew! For only a few posts to catch up on, this sure took a long time to write. Well, I'll be off. Mort'reve all!
