Hello and good mortereve!
What's it with square onions? Can I be a square mushroom??
If we're parceling out vegetables, I humbly request a Square Pea.
How's the day gone for you all? It was one of the first truly cool days we've had so far this fall, so we made our first batch of apple cider today! AND I found out tonight that we're going to a Casting Crowns concert in a few days!! I'm really excited--especially since I had thought tickets wouldn't work out. But They Did!! WOOt!
*waves to Queen Susan and Ruby* Queen Susan, the pics of your dog are really cute! That's too bad you didn't get to name him Remington or Ruger, although Duke isn't a terrible name for a dog. *can think of others that are worse* I can't tell from the pictures; what kind of dog is he?
Ruby, yay for piano lessons! That's really exciting that you might get to start!
I don't really feel like catching up right now, so that's probably it for tonight. Good night and bright stars to you all!

Hi all. I miss you. This time of year is particularly busy for me because of a bunch of editing I have to do, but things should calm down (a bit) in the next month or so. I have not forgotten all you dear SquareOnions, no way, no how! I have kept up with skimming the pages, but can't catch up at this point.
And now I'm away for a few days (until Tuesday night). I will have access to a laptop, so will try and stop by the Square, but can't guarantee it.
*warms her hands by the roaring fire ... that Vern lit, I think*
And a hearty welcome to the Square newcomers!
*slips off again for now, doing a little Square dance* Yeah. Kinda funky, hmm?
EDIT: *giggles at the Square Pea and Square Mushroom ideas* Now come, have you ever heard of a square pea or mushroom? I have heard tell of a square watermelon, though.

Mortereve all!
Lol, yeah, it's really good, Jojo! My sister and I have watched that Mark video over and over again, and we still crack up every time.
Um, well... *thinks for a moment* Mostly schoolwork, NN95. Oh, but something exciting did happen on Wednesday night. We were on our way home from church, and we saw a bear cub on the driveway of our neighbor's house! That was exciting!
That's great, pon! I love writing. Are you thinking about eventually seeing if you could get your book published when it's finished?
Me? Well, besides schoolwork, I've been doing piano lessons, volleyball, church activities, talking to my friend on the phone, reading, and, writing. For the past month or two, I've been working on writing a fantasy story. But now I have no idea what to put next in my story. *sigh* But, I started writing a Narnia fanfic yesterday instead.
Okay, thanks for letting me know, FF! I'll pick up some of the books when we go to the library on Monday.
Ruby, that's awesome that you might get your first piano lesson soon!! Playing the piano is so much fun! I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
johobbit!!! I'm so glad you're back in the Square again! Ha, that picture of the square watermelon is funny! Lol.
Well, nothing else much to say. There was a little bunny in our yard yesterday evening. It was so cute! And besides going out for pizza for dinner, we were at home all day yesterday, working on schoolwork.

As you can see, I'm trying my best.
Ah, so you like playing football but not watching it?
Since I decided not to take another year of Spanish, if I attempted a conversation with you, I'm afraid I could not get past "hola." jk, but I have forgotten a lot of my vocab. Sure, I was okay, but I never could get the hang of the codes for the special letters...
Good for you!
Nope, that's not it either. I love watching professional football, but I've never gotten into college football. Not really sure why. (I do love playing football, too. )
Haha, I'm sure you'd do a lot better than that. Yeah, vocab goes the fastest. Oh, the accented letters weren't a big deal.
*sigh* Yeah...
Awww, that's a shame.
Whoa, that took me awhile to figure out... You're pretty witty when your on pain meds.
Haha, you should see me on pain meds at midnight drinking soda.
all the codes and colors is a headache!
Or, you could just be lazy like me and color the whole post the same color.
Mel, speaking of frying things at fairs, have you (or anyone else) had fried pickles? Mmmmm, delicious! Most people say that sounds gross, and I thought it did at first, too, but they're really great.
*waves back to NN* It's a very delayed reaction, but better late than never.
That was quite delayed!
Aiden: I've never heard of that movie before, but it sounds...interesting. Oh no- I hope that message didn't come across in our film, in general I don't think logging is that bad, especially when the trees are dead and going to fall down/rot anyways. I suppose I, in a minor way, don't like when the trees are cut down with no thought of replanting or the area is left in a mess. Then it's rather un-usable. But most of the time I have much more important things to be thinking about than saving trees.
Oh, ok, good. You kinda had me scared initially, because the premise of your movie sounded similar to this other movie, in which trees have feelings, and then the evil men are going to cut them down. Oh no! Save the trees! And it's an animated kids movie. For crying out loud. [/rant] Anyway, I'm glad yours wasn't like that. I have to agree with you in that if there's no purpose in cutting them down, then it shouldn't be done. But, there was this big ordeal a while back about saving a forest from being turned into a developed area because of one bird that was rare. Saving one bird and putting hundreds of men out of work! [/2nd rant] Anyway, I suppose that might be spilling over to politics, which aren't suppose to be discussed here.
Wow! That's neat- I didn't know some TV stations offered that! It must of been nice to have the professional equipment and what not. (Although, even better then just having the equipment is also having the knowledge to use it, of course! )
I believe, if there's cable in an area, then there's required to be a local access television station which lends out cameras. Unfortunately, whatever you film has to be aired, so you can't use it for your own personal use. Yeah, it was really awesome. Yeah, well, their pro-sumer cameras, control-wise, were actually quite similar to our consumer camera, so it was actually quite easy to use them. And then, one of our men at our church used to work at a TV station, so we always ask him to film whenever we do a play, and he does a great job.
I've used it a couple times actually. 😀 Probably 5? Or something.
Wow, that's a lot. A long time ago I had this reeaaally old computer that would like to shut down when it pleased. So, I would lose tons and tons of posts. At least a couple per day. And Oh! I was always so upset. Wish I had Lazarus then. Now, I almost never lose a post, but I have this cool add-on that I don't get to use. I wish I lost more posts nowadays so that I could use Lazarus more often.
I opened iTunes, but then opened the internet and--iTunes disappeared... (Wow! Magic!)
That's an Apple product, for ya.
Aww, what a cute dog! Duke and Prince, huh? Hehe.
Yay! You know you're the first person I've actually heard say that on the forum? So happy! I'm actually really used to it too. The only thing I had a little difficulty with at first was the new BBCodes.
I really am? Wow. Anyway, yeah, I get used to new stuff pretty quickly, I guess. So, yeah, this has definitely become NarniaWeb to me. The old NW looks strange now.
*is laughing at Aiden's three-way-conversation with himself*
That was... rather odd. (No it wasn't, NN95, I thought it was fun!) Be quiet, Aiden!
At least it's not Rex and Rover. *laugh*
Or Fido, or Spot... there are worse names than Duke!
Aunty Jo!!!!!!! Please, do come by much, much more often!
Um, well... *thinks for a moment* Mostly schoolwork, NN95. Oh, but something exciting did happen on Wednesday night. We were on our way home from church, and we saw a bear cub on the driveway of our neighbor's house! That was exciting!
Yep, same here.
Oh yeah, I read about that when you first mentioned it! That's pretty cool!
All done! And it looks like I'm the second post of the day.

Hello all!! *waves*
I wasn't planning on making a post this morning, but I just had to drop in and say hi to Auntie Jo!!!! It has been waaaay too long since you were on here. But then again, I probably shouldn't say anything because I'm famous for disappearing from the forum for several pages and then popping in again.
Life's just crazy that way.
Hi Narnia Girl!!! Yes, I'm very, very excited about getting piano lessons. For so many years I've loved to play the piano and my mom says that I've actually progressed (some) on my own. I can't wait until I get actual lessons...
Queen Susan! It only took me about a month to get over the name with the kitty. But it didn't really matter in the end, because he left us within like four months. And Duke isn't such a bad name for a dog...I did like your choices a bit better though.
Aiden! You know, I'm thinking about having a three-way conversation with myself as well. *needs a third person* How about Erubadhriel! That's my elvish name.
Well, I must be off now! Homework awaits, as usual and I have a Biology exam today.
God bless, all! Happy Friday!

I'm going to attempt a very quick ketchup right now....
*waves to flambeau * Very well thank you, and You?
*waves back* I'm doing quite well! Thank you!
flambeau!!!!!
DANI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@ Flam. Welcome! Yes, it does. Kind of a mysterious quality to it.
True.
I think we need a new topic, I think we've exhausted this one.
Flambeau! Your cake looks delicious! And this is way late, but happy birthday.
Thanks! It was very good!
How are you doing?
Sure! I'm working on one GVB song on the piano called "Glorious Impossible," flambeau. Here's a YouTube link to them singing the song if you'd like to hear it.
Thanks, flambeau...though I'm not doing very good at reading the dictionary so far. It's difficult!
How cool! I haven't heard that one yet, but I'll try to listen to it soon!
Aww, I'm sorry to hear about that! Are you planning to continue reading it?
That is true... So, on that happy note have you read any good books lately?
A very happy note! I have been reading some good books! I've read Gods and Generals, The Killer Angels, The Last Full Measure, and Gone For Soldiers. They are all really good!
Neat!
Oh yeah!
Oh yeah!! It's really pretty! It's has sort of a more melancholy feeling about it compared with This Side. I liked both of the songs, but I picked This Side since she told me it was your #1 favorite.
Ah, I'm glad that you liked it! Yes, true. Very good choice!
*waves to Flambeau* I'm great, thanks! And you?
*waves* Doing well! You?
Yes, I'm feeling almost 100% now ! Well, my video blog take a lot of time to edit/film. And you have to get all of your thoughts together before you start filming. Just in case you were wondering, I have started back with blogging. Here is the link. Ah, cool, Flam! I'm not much into Historical Novels. I have seen the film Gods and Generals though! It was very good! I've been reading Jane Eyre. I'm only to the 10th chapter though! I've only been able to read about two chapters a day right now. After I finish Jane Eyre, I'm going to start Mere Christianity.
That's great to hear!
Ah, good point, I hadn't thought about the time that it took. Thanks for the link! I'll try to keep up with it!
I like Historical Fiction because (this may sound odd) it has a personality (told you it'd sound odd!). I always had a hard time remembering people from history, and so historical fiction gives that person from history a personality which helps me to remember them by. The events may not be 100% accurate, but I always seem to remember who was involved.
I'm glad you liked the film! I love it! It's definitely one of my top 5 favorite films.
Ahh, Jane Eyre! I've read that one, it's pretty good! I've read Mere Christianity as well, it was good too!
Flambeau Its nice to be back
I'm sure it is! It's good to see your posts in here again!
'Vell, I do like This Side, which I listened to because Flam was talking about it.
Hooray!! I inspired someone to listen to This Side!!
Really? Now why would you think that?
Just call it a hunch.
I hope that book list didn't overwhelm you. But no, it didn't seem like that. I do hope you don't end up hating them all.
Nope, not at all (after all, I did ask for it )! I still haven't had a chance to get any of them, but I'll try to soon.
I'm very glad you liked Gone for Soldiers! Do you have a favorite of those books?
I think my favorite is Gods and Generals. It has the most about General Jackson (who is my favorite Civil War General), which pushes it to the top.
The Last Full Measure is good, but it's so sad!! There's much more personal death in it than in the other books. I cried when...
Hello Fauntastic!! Welcome to the Square! I'm flambeau, but you can call me whatever you want (I'm commonly referred to as flam or The Torch).
Congratulations on the new laptop MissA/Kat!!
Oh yes, Trevor Rabin's music is very recognizable. Have you ever seen Race to Witch Mountain? He did that music, and I knew it was he right from the start.
Aw, that stinks you can't get it.
Yeah it is!
No I have not.
Yes it is!
*chuckles at the three responses above*
How mean of you!
What, you can't take it?
"You need not always be grave. For jokes as well as justice come in with speech."
It's overrated really.
"Would I rather be Chris or Sean?"? Need you even ask?
"...and left you cursing the day..."
True, how silly of me! Of course you'd rather be Sara! How could I forget? Unfortunately, she doesn't have a singing part in this song, so perhaps next we can do something more like Reasons Why.
"...entrance is crucial and it's not without pain..."
JOJO!!!!!!!!!!!!! How art thou?? Faring well, I hope!
And also...please give Flam a hug for me and tell her I'm dreadfully apologetic about missing her birthday. I was thinking of her, however, but couldn't post because of technical difficulties. I hope it was happy and that this new year has started off in grand style!
Oh, don't worry about it! I was informed of your predicament and so it didn't bother me at all! I'm glad you got it all worked out now though!
*giggles at Winter and Dani's post here * You two are too funny!
*skims*
Looking forward to your ketchup, flambeau!
(to the tune of Love is Here)
It is here!
It is now!
*headdesk*
Heya Betsie!! Wonderful to see you about the Square again!
I still intend to catchup! But I won't today. Maybe on Saturday, or maybe on Monday or maybe on July 18th, 2087.
Flambeau: Thank you so much! I have very much enjoyed getting to know you as well- you and your sister are very sweet girls!
You are very welcome!
I'm glad to hear you had a good birthday!
Why was that going through your head? Was your sister singing it or something?
Eh, whatever would give you that idea?!! Hmm.... why was that going through my head....?
*waves back to flam* I've been doing pretty well, thanks. Keeping busy with school and of course, reading. And how about you?
I'm very glad to hear it!
I'm doing quite well! Thank you! I've been doing a lot of reading, graphic making, and stuff like that lately. Pretty fun!
*waves to flam* Why don't you like The Fox? I love that song!
The fox and his wife
Without any strife
Sat down to their meal
With a fork and a knife
And they never had such a meal in their life
And the little ones chewed on the bones-o!(Although it is a little sad that the little ones only got the bones. Maybe they'd already had their suppers and baths and brushed their teeth, and they just let them stay up a little longer...?)
I just don't care for it. (although, that part that you quoted above is my favorite part of the song. It's the best part singing wise)
Hmm, well, it is possible that the little ones did get to eat some of the goose, it's just not mentioned in the song though. Your suggestion works too though.
VALIA!!!!!!!!!! Hello!! I'm glad you got to stop by!
*waves to malkah, Cep, Mel, SPELC, starkat, Lissa, Tiana, Ata, QS, Poggin, PeterPevensie, King Lune, Lady L, PELS, princess, stargazer, lys, johobbit and anyone else not mentioned above* OWWW! Hand cramp!! *stops waving*
Well, I think I'm finally caught up! Yippeee!
I'm off! Gotta go make some BBQ for tonight. (Yum!)
Have a great mortereve everyone!

Hello all! *Waves*
Guess what I did today? I had riding lessons! And after riding lessons we got to brush some horses and give them hay, and even lead these three gorgeous foals in and put them in their stall! It was awesome!!! And our instructor said she would love for us to come out and brush and feed and generally deal with the horses more often! My friend does this and she loves it...I can't wait! AND then after biology class today, my mom, little sister, and I went to our local tractor/farm supply thingy and I got a riding helmet! It's so pretty and white... (I'm excited can you tell? )
Anyhow...
Caution! OVERSIZED POST! *Waves little orange flags and blink orange lights*
Oh, and pardon if I miss you or respond to you twice, this catch-up goes back to page 28...
I'll call you Winty, Winty. How have you been? (Have I already asked you that? )
Ok, then PELS! I don't know, probably...But I am doing well, and you?
Yeah, I always go to my brothers for advice. *laugh* The older ones are wiser then me!! 😉
And yeah, that tends to happen. "You look great!" Mm. Right.
And yep, babies are cute. "Terribly."
I never go to my brothers for advice. Probably because I haven't got any.
Yeah! and you're just like, now I know you're lying. I looked in the mirror and I lokked "OK" but definetly not "great".
LOL, terribly cute and terrible, maybe?
I just noticed your location.
*smacks head* I knew that! Late-night catchup apparently does things to me.
LOL, late night anything does that to me, too.
I probably lean toward Season 1, although some of my fave episodes are in Season 2.
Yeah, I think I agree. Season 2 was pretty good, but it did show tendencies towards the whole off-the-deep-end thing.
I think so. It's so close, almost within reach, and it's finally going to work this time...and then no.
Yeah, pretty much...
Now, now, resist the temptation. Try to control yourself!
No! I. Am. Not. Angry. See! SEE! *is yelling* SEE!!! ( )
Huh. That's is so weird. Image No, I assure you, the new forum is very animate. See? —>
Lol, I joke about that a lot, saying that Mozilla should pay me since I advertise their stuff so much. But, no, I don't officially work for them. Image
Oh, good, finally someone who believes me! Someone who doesn't think I'm crazy! At last!!!
lol, so you're just one of those people who finds something that makes them happy and then advertizes it so other people can be happy, too?
Did you try running the executable?
Uh...The what?
Lol, that's a good point! That and this one:
Yeah, that one, too...
Ditto to all of that! I haven't seen season 3 yet either, but I've heard about it, and it sounds weird. Oh, and...
I have seen season 3 and it did get kinda weird.
I don't remember them being particularly skinny, but my set is different than the set we got for a younger sibling. I think my pieces are smaller, except for the legs.
Yeah, the set I played with was my mom's wehn she was growing up, so yeah they were kinda old. (In terms of toys, that is.)
WinterStar: I can really relate to that! When I was a beginner horse person, I really was not confident around my horse's feet, picking them up and all, and he'd often try to sit down/struggle. He has gotten much better though, I think it's because he's just gotten experience and lots of practice now.
We have four horses- Prince (my sister's Haflinger), Ruffian (my horse, he's a Canadian Hackney Quarter Horse cross), Twosox (my sister's second, a Morgan/Quarter Horse cross) and Knightley, Mom's horse/the baby. He's a Thoroughbred, I think.
Yeah, I don't mind picking up the horses feet, it's really the horse that minds. She's nicknamed "Miss Priss" for a reason ,though. (Read the top of my post for some awesome horse-y stuff that heppened to me today.) That's good, if he continued struggling I'd say it was a behavior issue, rather than just "let's make the newbie feel bad"
Wow, that's a lot of horses. Actually, it's not, but my parents would neve rlet us have one horse let alone four. *sighs*
Haha! ! Perhaps we should move away from this subject, eh? How have you been, WL?
Good idea. I have been well. However I would like to point out that while WS is a perfectly acceptable nickname WL, is a little far-fetched, to say the least.
lol! Yeah, it's possible - you can look at my youtube... http://www.youtube.com/theheartrender but if you're not a fan of Tenth Avenue North I'm not sure you'll find anything you like.
Well, as you now know, I did listen to some of you music, and you are good. REALLY good.
WinterStar, your use of the word "substance" reminds me of my science class for some reason...xP
Probably because they use the word "substance" in sciences a lot. Especially chemistry and the like.
*waves back to Winty* How goes all with you?
It's pretty good.
*waves back to WS and gives her a hug* How are you doing?
I'm doing well, you?
*waves to Winter* I forgot you in my waving last week. And I feel awful.
That's ok. I feel bad, too. I forgot you in my waving this week. But we're even now, right?
I hope to someday very soon make my catch-up, but for now I will bid you all a good evening. *waves to Bestie, NN, Bella, Narnia Girl, Winter, Ruby, Djaq, and all others* I'll see you friends later! G'night!
*Waves back* I haven't spoken to you in a while! How are you?
*waves and grins to Winter* Hope you slept well. 😉
*Waves back* Unfortunately, I did not sleep well. But that's not new, I never sleep well.
*waves and hugs Winter* I need to find those substance fairies . . . well, maybe not, but they sound fun.
*waves and hugs Lady_Liln back* The substance fairies are pretty fun. They were abundant today. Which actually, might not be a good thing...Hmmm...
*quite enjoys Ruby's and Winters joint posts* You girls are quite funny.
Did you quite realise you use the word "quite" quite a lot? (Oh, and thank you)
Like I said, maybe after the Festival I can post some of me in it.. though probably without my head.
Augh! You are going to cut your head off just for a picture?! (Kidding, kidding, I know what you meant.)
JO!!!! *Winter runs and hugs Jo*
A very happy note! I have been reading some good books! I've read Gods and Generals, The Killer Angels, The Last Full Measure, and Gone For Soldiers. They are all really good!
That's good! I've never read those. (Or heard of most of them for that matter.) Who are they by?
See y'all!

Okay, I know it's a little early to have ice in the Square, but that's what I've been doing all afternoon. I was able to catch up with some girlfriends and we had a blast. We were probably talking faster than we were skating.
Anyway, mortereve all!
*laugh* Yeah... Conversations are fun-- just digging them up is the... hard part.
Sometimes keeping them going is just as difficult...
Hehe. This really did make me laugh out loud... mostly the raised eyebrows... *laugh* Ok, ok, though! I really will try to include some this post.
I love that emoticon. Wonder why...

UGH! I can't get the smilies to work. You know all the extra smilies? When I click on them, nothing shows up on my post.

Haha, you even put it in your sig.
I have not forgotten all you dear SquareOnions, no way, no how!

That's great, pon! I love writing. Are you thinking about eventually seeing if you could get your book published when it's finished?

Sounds like you have a full life. You could always ask me for advice in your story.

I always had a hard time remembering people from history, and so historical fiction gives that person from history a personality which helps me to remember them by. The events may not be 100% accurate, but I always seem to remember who was involved.

Wow, Winter, that's probably the longest post you've ever made!
No! I. Am. Not. Angry. See! SEE! *is yelling* SEE!!! ( )

It's pretty good.
Glad to hear it!

Ah, I see...finally. So what's your favorite football team? I like the Cardinals...but NFL has never been a big deal to me. (I love playing football too )

Uh, well, my favorite team is the home team, so if I said, I'd be saying where I live, and I'd rather not. Though, I've probably said before... so if you remember where I live, then you'll know what team I like. Well, I love watching NFL games. The thing is, it doesn't have to be a team that I like. No matter who's playing, I love watching football. (Yeah, you've mentioned that before. I think it's a ton of fun!)
Hehe, you're welcome.
Oh, I did? Sorry...
Not sure I do want to see that...
No, you probably don't...
Thought about that...but I like to do it my way. "Wait, what is my way?" I know, lousy quote...
Alrighty, then don't complain. Lol, that's not a lousy quote!
What's up with everyone not wanting to be a SquareOnion any more? Hmph, we Onions are offended! Why, the mere thought that anyone would stoop so low as to be a mushroom or a pea... it's unheard of!

Once a SquareOnion, always a SquareOnion.
Caution! OVERSIZED POST! *Waves little orange flags and blink orange lights*
I guess so.
Okay, I know it's a little early to have ice in the Square, but that's what I've been doing all afternoon.
Any time is a good time for ice skating, I do believe. It has been many years, and I think I would risk serious injury if I tried. It was Miss Rachel Marie that broker her left elbow when she found her roller skates from almost 20 years ago. Don't tell her I share this.
Noticed your OSU Buckeyes banner, Princess of Narnia. I am sorry you like that team. The University of Michigan Wolverines are a much nicer looking set of colors, don't you think? *lived in Ann Arbor, Michigan, for many years* Lived in south eastern Ohio during the days of Woody Hayes, seeing this event on live television.

Be it a Square Onion, or a Square Potato, both are Square Roots. I would not care to think of anyone here as a fruit, a nut, or perhaps a vegetable.
Visiting my mum today as always; watching her mind sort of melt away slowly - dementia does that. Had an interesting conversation with her. How until she met my dad (he died in 1996), she did not think she was ever going to be married. She was 25 when they married in 1956. I don't think she will be the person I've known for much longer.
“Safe?” said Mr. Beaver; “don’t you hear what Mrs. Beaver tells you? Who said anything about safe? ‘Course he isn’t safe. But he’s good. He’s the King, I tell you.”
eeeek. I haven't been here in forever. :S
I'll do a skimmy catch up..then I gotta finish Spanish and history.
Fanny! I'm doing great. How have you been?
Oh, for any of the TAN fans on this forum, Mike's baby girl Eisley was born today! Go to his twitter for pictures.
Yes, it is pretty cool! Well - er - I wouldn't say that it's more girls than guys that like their music. It's just that the girls I think like the music but also think that a certain member of the band is handsome *coughMikecough*.
Haha. That is true to some extent. unfortunately, because he's married. (well 3/4 of them are. xD)
We haven't chatted in awhile. If you're too busy (or if you don't want to), don't worry about it.
Aw yeah I know! I'll try to be on yahoo chat more... I haven't been getting on very often, I'm not really sure why even
You too??
That's what TPS does to us
Guess what!!! I got Winter into Tenth Avenue North music!!! Sh! Don't tell her I said that!
...and just the other day she was talking about how she didn't like them.. wow CONGRATS! And that's awesome..
I didn't know that! Are they hard to get a hold of? Oh, and enjoy camping!
Yeah they're really hard to get. There's one album called Speaking of Silence that amazon is selling - they have one copy of it left, and it costs 99 bucks. Talk about high in demand. xD They used to sell all their old albums on their website, but they're no longer doing that. Oh, and another guy who isn't in their band anymore was their lead singer - Drew Middleton. He wrote Love Is Here along with Mike, btw.
have fun on your camping trip! If it was me, I'd probably fake sick or something...I absolutely LOATHE camping! The first time I ever slept in a tent in the woods was this summer when we had a youth camping trip too, and it was the worst experience! The ground was uncomfortable and I was soo cold...I prefer to sleep inside, thank you. I'm a firm believer that camping isn't necessary when there are hotels!!
Lol!! I actually had a great time, it was awesome to spend time with my other friends for a whole weekend. And just to be in the fresh air.. ahh so refreshing. I was prepared though so I brought a matress pad and wore really warm clothes.. so I didn't have a terrible experience like you did.
It was so fun though! There was a climbing wall, and when you got to the top you could go down a zipline! It was awesomeeeeeee!
Oh well, undecided is a better than being a Mac fan.
From that and some previous statements I take it you don't like Macs very much at all. ..
Congratulations on the new laptop MissA/Kat!!
Thanks!
Well, as you now know, I did listen to some of you music, and you are good. REALLY good.
;)) Thanks so much!!
*leaves square listening to Relient K's new album*
Mortereve, all!
Well, I'm stuck with the cold for a while and have passed it on to my sister. That is partly why I've been out of the Square for some time. The other reason being that I posted something, but my computer crashed, and I lost the post in the process. I'll need to fix that... >.<
Right now, I'm utmostly excited because I'm going to talk to dear Jojo and Lissa on the phone! Eeep!
And, I must comment on this :
What's up with everyone not wanting to be a SquareOnion any more? Hmph, we Onions are offended! Why, the mere thought that anyone would stoop so low as to be a mushroom or a pea... it's unheard of!
I'm sorry that you are feeling offended! But, I haven't stooped low, Onion-friend. I'm a Square Potato. (I'm the Square Potato [/vanity]) The Square Potato would be a step above, I believe.
Be it a Square Onion, or a Square Potato, both are Square Roots. I would not care to think of anyone here as a fruit, a nut, or perhaps a vegetable.
Said rightly, Cep, couldn't be said more truer than that!
I think we do have a nut. *points to NarniaNut95*
Well, now I'm off! I promise I'll catchup as soon as I can! Maybe tomorrow, or Sunday. We'll see. *waves to all about and walks out with her grey fedora that she likes so much better and is satisfied with...finally*

Mortereve all!!!
Wow this square has gone extremely slow! Not that it is a bad thing though.
How is everyone on this fine mortereve??
I'm doing pretty good. Bored out of my brains at the moment though, and to add to that the internet has decided to be VERY slow today.
Soccer was good tonight there was a small turnout, so it was pretty intense, but good.
I'm really not up to much though. Kicking myself for not being around more than I am. I usually do log in, I just almost never post.
Oh cool I just realized that at the bottom of the page you can see who all is looking at this one particular part of the forum. That is pretty neat.
"Whenever you feel like criticizing any one," he told me, "just remember that all the people in this world haven't had the advantages that you've had.”
*glowing, Jojo sidles into the Square, happy, and content* I suppose you all know that tomorrow is Saturday? *gasp* "It is?" you may say, and I will answer, "Yes, Saturdays are best. Thank God for Saturdays." We're going to lunch with some friends, then we'll do some errand-running in the afternoon. I must say, I'm quite looking forward to the day tomorrow. It'll be pleasurable, since all this week has been non-pleasurable. Not to say it wasn't a pleasant week, it was just work, not pleasure.
What Bella has stated is entirely true; we four (first just Bella and me, then C.S. and me, and then C.S., Bella, and me, and then C.S., Bella, me, and Lissa) spoke upon the telephone this evening. I know that I enjoyed it immensely!
Drat...I was gonna catch-up, but (to quote a Veggie Tale) "Loooooook at the time!" I better head out. Goodnight, all! I'll be catching-up soon!
Au revoir and cozy slippers!

Mortereve all!
Yeah, it was cool seeing the bear, NN95...but kinda...a little scary. Anything exciting going on in your life?
That's great that you've progressed some on your own, Ruby! And good luck on your Biology exam.
Yes, I am going to continue reading the dictionary, flambeau, though I'm being very lazy about it. What have you been doing lately?
I'm doing great, thanks, Winter! Sounds like you had fun at your riding lessons.
Yup, that's right, pon. I have to go back and change the wording of sentences, or change scenes, very often when I'm writing. I would like to get my book published eventually...*dreamy sigh*...but that's probably out of the question.
Ask you? For advice? Not sure if I wanna do that... (JK, JK)
Bella!!! I'm sorry you've been sick lately. That's awesome that you get to talk to Jojo and Lissa on the phone! I'm very jealous of you.
Oh yeah, Saturdays are best, Jojo. No school! *squeals happily*
Anyway, not much went on yesterday. We were doing schoolwork a lot yesterday afternoon, and then later that evening Mom took us to Target, and after that we stopped by Wendy's to get a little supper. Other than that, it was a pretty quiet day.
