Hello everyone! *waves* How has everyone been? My day has been pretty good, it's hard to believe though that October is tomorrow. Time sure does fly...

Aiden: It's funny you say eco-freakish, because one of the reasons we made the movie was because we were sore at the person who logged our land. We had some areas of rather nice forest (compared to the rest, which is tangled bush mainly) which was logged, and the logger left it a complete mess. So we did the movie with the theme of cutting down trees and leaving messes. We actually used some of the messy area as a set, so I suppose that was one good thing that came out of it. But still...

Oh yes! Having access to all that sort of equipment would be grand!

Edmund P: Lovely detail on the drawing! :)

I'm sorry your braces were delayed, I guess with some things it's just better to get it over with...

Yes! And then some.... we have a friend who made some natural cough medicine, and that seems to help, not to mention it tastes good too. ;)

Narnia Girl: I would definitely recommend Jacques' work, the Redwall series, which for the most part is good reading. I guess almost all of it if, except for there's some battles and such. If you're not familiar with the series, it's basically mice, badgers, hares, otters, etc, and other woodland animals, that talk/act like humans (in a good sense). Then there's the bad guys, rats, stoats, etc, who are generally in every book and make trouble for the good guys. It's actually quite an adventuresome series, as, little kiddish as it could sound. I've read two of his other series- Castaways of the Flying Dutchman but I personally probably wouldn't recommend them. Redwall much better. :)

Betsie! Alas, our giant hugging friend disappeared, or something! >_> We shall have to call him back!

I'd love to talk more MBTI! :D I agree about extroverts, for me personally I haven't read up as much on them, except for what I need to know in order to have healthy relationships with those in my life. I suppose I should study more on them. I think I know most about ENFPs. Although it has been fun to notice the differences between the two ENFPs I know, my cousin the ESTP and my uncle the ESTJ. Sometimes (especially between the ESTP and the ENFPs) the differences are more subtle, but not always. What is your type, again? Was it INTJ?

*waves to JoJo* Ouch, that would of been scary about your brother, I'm glad to hear that he came out alright, and I hope he heals well and everything!

Queen Susan: You are fortunate! :D (About the clipboard!) Of course, it does always make things easier! I take it the event is less the one day away? *prays*

~LL~: Thanks! We have a temporary set up going- my younger brother let me use his computer for now. My Dad and I used the process of elimination and found out that my computer truly has something wrong with it, so we set up this computer I'm using now, got internet on it and all the protective stuff (including Mozilla and dear old Lazarus), and for now we're good to go! :) We're still not sure what my other computer's problem is, although I do hope we find out soon. I'm missing all my stuff (files, etc) that are on it. BUT, I'm not complaining. :) God is teaching me something, I think, so I hope to learn what it is and listen to what He's trying to say! :)

Well, I should probably be off. Cheers everyone! Have a good evening!

EDIT: Valia! *hugs*

I took me awhile to get over my fear of coming back...:P😉
PMs are always fun. :D Once I had 12 new PMs!!! And it wasn't eve my birthday...
have fun at History Fest. And I hope you get over your cold.

*smiles proudly at her post* I finally posted two days in a row.

;)) Yeah, after you're gone for a while, I know at least I almost dread the coming back--not to see people, but just if I plan to do 10 pages of catchup. ;))
Whoa--12?!? :-o *laugh* That's... a lot. :p (At least for me...)
Thanks for "wishes" of good towards me! ;)
And congratulations for the posting-two-days-in-a-row feat!! :D ;)

On the old forum (which I miss :(( ) I just knew where (or, whereish) my colors for certain people were. With the switch, I was too attached to those old forum colors, so I went through and got all the numbers and use those codes here. So, I do have a cheat sheet now. :p

;)) Oh, I see. I guess it's just too much hassle for me to do all the different colors-- I just stick with plain old black. ;))

*waves to Valia* Why hello! You're only surviving? ... :( ;) Well.. hope you're having fun surviving! :p

Queen Susan: You are fortunate! :D (About the clipboard!) Of course, it does always make things easier! I take it the event is less the one day away? *prays*

Yes, very. ;)) I guess I'm the prompter too. If someone forgets their lines I'll have to cover my mike inconspicuously and tell them or something... ;)) *must go work on lines anyway...* :p And thank you so much (again!) for the prayers!!! Actually, Thurs. we'll be home, Fri. we'll be there, but the drama isn't until Saturday. At 10:35 in the morning. ;))

*looks at hand* Let's see what I should do tonight and tomorrow other then school and piano and chores...

Dog. I guess I'm supposed to pet it. 😉
PHF. Hm. Get stuff ready.
Lines. Ooh. Memorize.
Laundry. *crosses out* Did that.
Pineapple. Oh yeah, that bread mom wanted me to make.. :p
iPod. Oh yes. What I got on the computer for. Putting songs on. ;))

I hope I remember to post pictures later of our new dog and my costume for the PHF... :D

*waves again to everyone* ;)) Goodnight!!

*Cor and Vern enter the Square after a short absence*

Mortereve all! The reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated. No harm has befallen me or Vern, as far as I know. Speaking of that rumor, did they ever figure out who started it, Vern?

*Umm, I think it was some mischievous fauns the last time I checked....*

Figures..... *sigh*

Anyway, now for a catch-up post! *yay's by many, boo's by a few renegade dwarfs who are quickly *ahem* escorted away by Vern*

@ Jojo. *waves to his dear friend* Hello and greetings, Miss Jojo! It's so nice to see you around again!

Uhh, Congrats on getting your ears pierced! *is that something to say congrats about? :-ss *

@ NN. Yep! I love finding good deals on DVD's. :D Most of the time I make it a point to buy the "2-disc editions" of movies, but sometimes I have to get the single disc release. Though, I always get widescreen. Always. ;)

@ Mel. Ahh..... I've done similar things before with movies. It definitely is! :D We love to quote the line "You are a great deal of trouble, [insert family member name]" *laugh*

*quite enjoys Ruby's and Winters joint posts* You girls are quite funny.

@ Fanny. Well, I missed your birthday ( :-s ) but..... Happy *really belated* 17th Birthday!!!!!! :D (-| :D/

@ Lissa. *is assaulted by hugs* Well, it's been a month or two since I've been assaulted by hugs from you or your sister..... ;) :) Hmm, I didn't think so. :p

@ CSLN. Yep and kind of a distant look.... Some of it is, though like all mainstream music you have to be careful with Classic Rock. Some tunes that sound great have really twisted lyrics.... 8-| /:) Yeah, I usually have to specify that I like "film scores" or else everyone thinks of song compilation albums for movies. ;))

Ah, alright. I've heard the names of those groups tossed around here in the Square and in the music thread in SO. :)

Pretty much, yes. The online books are really good. :D We found an online physics course, so I'm taking that now. It's more math than science at the present time....

@ Pels. Good. Life is going well for me as well. My days are more hectic now, but nothing to really complain about. :)

@ Djaq. School is progressing well. I'm finally getting used to having a mixture of classes on the computer and in textbooks.

How are thing with you and Flam?

@ Bella. I've been doing quite well, thank you. And you? :)

*waves to Royal Father*

@ Malkah. Glad to be of service. *bows* It should be a fairly easy DVD to find. If all else fails, I know for a fact it's on amazon.com. :p

@ LL. Glad to see you stop by.... twice! :D How is college going?

@ Princess. Sis!!!!! :D :D It has far too long since you've been in the Square. [-x Glad you stopped by. :D

@ Betsie, the friend of Miss Destined and the bestower of nicknames. Who said anything about beating a dead horse?

*I gave that up for lent.....*

*at Vern* /:) I'm not going there......

Anyway, glad to see you (or is that read you?) around the Square again. Do try to stop by more often. :)

@ Valia. Valia!!!! So good to see you in here finally! ;) I understand about not being able to post. I'm glad you've been keeping up (or trying to) with us, though.

-------------------------------------

O.K, that does it for this evening. I'll probably be off shortly to watch a movie.

I hope everyone has a pleasant night and a good Thursday! Cozy slippers!

*Cor and Vern exit the Square with Cor humming As My Guitar Gently Weeps*

Avvie by the great Djaq!

Hallo! :-h We just got home from Bible study--'twas quite good tonight, though all members were not present, due to illness. I do so love the seasons of Autumn, but usually it is accompanied by germs, rundownuity, (a new word in my dictionary, *cough*), and general call-offs for gatherings because of the phrase "So-and-so is sick tonight". :-s :) (my brother excluded, obviously... 8-} )

And on that note, thank you, PoN, Narnia Girl, Lady Liln, Queen Susan, Valia, Aiden, and Fanny for your prayers and concern about my brother. He was all right all day today, having taken no pain meds yet, until this evening when it started to get quite sore and uncomfortable. I hope he sleeps well tonight.

Ah yes, my friend Fauntastic, I can't seem to remember what it is we have in common, but it's something common. . . isn't it? Like, memory, or lack there of, or something. Hm. Anyway, How're you doing this evening? Well, I hope! I am just plain exhausted from my day, but otherwise fine in spirit and in health. :)

PELS! I was looking through the pages and came upon a post of the same font-color as mine usually are, but I recognized not the words within. :)) It was one of thine own postings! And how are you doing?

Narnia Girl, yes the "Tribulation Special" was a Mark original. :p :D "NO credit-cards accepted." =)) Marshall left? Awww, I didn't know that, but it's very sad indeed. If I were a part of that group, I'd never want to leave my "home". !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guy Penrod has his own site? I must check into this promptly...as well as his new CD. Thanks for letting me know! :)

Fanny, yes, my technical troubles with the new NW are now smoothed over. I'm back where I belong: in Nuthood. ;) Oooh, Nancy Drews from your uncle, eh? Sounds divine! You like mysteries, then? Heard of Trixie Beldon? Those are some of Liss' and my favorite mystery stories. Nothing is terribly new with me, although my schedule feels new, even though it's a few weeks old. I'm settling into life as it has come to me this semester. :)

Ah yes, I've had to do the same with babysitting; just stay home a few days and not do anything, just be with my family for 24 hours again. For the most part they are rather well-behaved, but they both have their extreme non-behaved moments. I don't like that part of it at'all.

I'm really beginning to miss our dog; she hasn't returned yet. *tear*

Speaking of that PM, it's my turn to respond, which I shall be doing soon, I hope!

Aiden, Quoter of Me a Quartet of times, How are you?! If it's too much trouble to check on yourself, you can inform me later on how you're doin'. Oh yes, do accept it as a compliment! ;)

Hehe, I think it would be fun to give myself a list of nicknames, and then talk to myself using them all, and see what confused looks I could get. Erm, okay, maybe that would be stupid. Yes, 'Be prepared to believe'...that rings a bell. ;) :) Wow, I really sound like I've been on some loopy pain-meds, eh??? :-o

I sorta fixed that, by sorta greeting you in my first paragraph sorta to you, didn't I? Sorta maybe? :p Well of course I say serious things--read my above accounts of my brother. ;) It's just that your conversation inspires retorts which are more than likely to be silly, which is why I'm always so off my nut. I'll quit now while I'm ahead.

How 'bout now? Learned the colors yet?? (we sound just like the competitive four year olds...it's sad, really) Yah I'm good at speling. My teecher sez I'm reely fun to have in clas too.
That would be very maddening. I can imagine them being horrified!!

You've had your appendix removed? And it left no lasting effects of anything abnormal? Good, then I can take back all those terrible stories I told my brother....... ;) Seriously though, your ordeal sounds big and bad. Man, I'm glad you got to the doctor, though!

*feels dreadfully sorry for scaring poor Mel* I'm sorry, dear. Oh dahlin', ah'm sao gla-ed yo'r fan. Me too! Ironic, isn't it? How pufectly mahvelous that you've been asked to be in your best friends weddin'. You will make a stunning bridesmaid for sure--just don' buckle your knees, so as not to faint. I've seen that happen before and it's just terrible!

PoN, I'm quite enjoying pierced ears, thanks! The gun just pinched, I held onto my friends' hands tightly, the gun popped, and it was in. It burned for a bit, but didn't really hurt. :)

Cor! Hello! *waves, curtsies* It 'tis good to have stopped by today. How was your day? Fine, I hope.

Djaq, my dearie! Of course, I want to thank you for your PM and let you know that I will reply as soon as I everly possibly can. It was a lovely note to receive; made my day! Hehe, of course, I could congratulate her/you in nine months and still be on the "safely in-time" side. :) Jo March, in this particular avatar picture, certainly is happy and fun! Aw, well thank you! I wish I had her hair, "Jo! Your one beauty!" :))

Hmmmm...*Thinks and ponders, muses and wonders, chews on and thinks some more* I've got it!! I DO remember our first meeting. By George, I was wearin' a flat-brimmed hat, off to the side of course, and skateboarding to music wasn't I? That was my not-so-graceful entrance...It reflected nothing on my feelings for welcoming a new Onion to the Square, bear in mind. ;) :D

"They can't carry a map in their heads."

LOL! *Struggles to stand upright after falling over laughing over Djaq's comment about Aiden not totally ruining the name for her* Good 'un.

Edmund P! Hullo! Do you have your braces now? How do they feel? I really am hoping and praying that they don't cause you many aches or pains. Yes, my family has been blessed with straight-teeth, so none of us have worn braces.

*gives Benjamin a wave and a poke* Hi there, dude! 'sappening? B-)

Ruby, well, I wasn't going to say your posts were crazy, but now that you mention it... ;)

LOL, then we'll keep introducing ourselves in new and exciting ways. :D Oooh, homework...how's that going for ya? I have homework too these days; I need more time in a day, really!

Bella! OH my word, that's hilarious!! Yes, C.S., somebuddy taked my avy...*sniff* :)

*falls over on her keyboard and types a string of "zzzzzzzz".* Okay, really time for bed now. Good night all! Have a GREAT DAY TOMORROW!!!! Cozy sleeps tonight.

Hello all! *waves* It's been a while since I was last here. How is everyone doing? :)

My friend Ricky and I wanted to do something besides homework this evening, and as he happened to have some Stark Trek: The Next Generation DVDs with him, we watched a second a couple of episodes of that. It was a lot of fun. :D The second was pretty much a recreation of Dashiell Hammett's The Maltese Falcon, which of course put me in the mood for some film noir or a hard-boiled detective novel, and Ricky said it did the same for him. Maybe I can rent a noir from the library and get a group together to watch it this weekend....

Should go to bed now; I have class in the morning.

Lol, NN95, some things get mundane and boring. But other subjects are more interesting, I suppose. :p

Thanks, pon! What have you been doing lately? :)

Yes, they are, LL. :p We do see deer in our yard a lot. Once my dad was mowing the lawn outside and there were two deer standing near the edge of the woods near us. It was funny because the deer didn't run away while my dad was mowing. ;))

Valia! So good to see you in the Square again! Yup - Ella Enchanted is one of my favorite books. :)

Hmm, I think our library has some of the Redwall series, FF. They sound interesting, I think I'll try one of the books sometime.

Lol, Jojo! Mark Lowry is so funny! Have you seen Mark sing the song "You Needed Me" to Bill? Here's a link to it...so funny.

Yup, Marshall left. I was so upset...he was my favorite singer. :( Yup, Guy Penrod has his own site!! :D Here's a link to it. http://guypenrod.com/

Hey lysander! *waves* How's it going? :)

All right, now that ketchup's done, I just have to tell you guys this. Last night on our way home from Wednesday Night Church, we saw a bear!!! :-o We were passing a house just a few houses from our own home, and my mom saw a black shadow and said to my dad, "Stop, what's that thing over there?" So my dad turned the car around and we saw that it was a bear cub on our neighbor's driveway! It was getting into our neighbor's trashcan. ;)) It was so exciting to actually see a bear so close to our house. Three houses away isn't very far...

How is everyone today? So sorry that I keep disappearing...school's been crazy. So far I'm keeping up with everything. And I'm actually enjoying Rhetoric class a lot more than I thought!! This is my second year, so we're focusing more on public speaker. I guess I'm more of the speaker than the write.r ;)

Valia!!! So good to see you on the forum!! How goes school? Busy? Still swamped? Here's a hug!! :)

Edit: You had this avatar first? :( Sorry I stole it. I didn't know you had it...someone needs to get on the forum more. ;)

You and Winter will both be glad to know that I am now an official fan of Merlin. Didn't notice already? :P I think my brother's one too. He caught me watching it yesterday and insisted on letting me watch it with him! :)

Narnia Girl, Edmund P, JoJo, malkah, Aiden!! So sorry if I missed anyone. I really have to be off now!! Homework calls! *sighs*

I hope everyone here has a good day!! I'll try to make a catch-up post later or something of the sort.

God bless!!

G'morning! Just a quick line befive I have to baby-out to jetsit all day, then vet the clean. #:-s

Hello to you, Lys! :-h You're homeworked out too? I know too many folks whose story is such. It's a pity, but they always get it done. =] Oh sure, Star Trek fixes everything. . . well, I can't say actually, since I've never watched even a split-second of the show.

I missed this last night, but I do wanna hug dear Valia. Good to be here again so we can talk again. How are you these days? It's been a few weeks since I knew what you were up to. :)

Oh yes, I have seen that Mark video, Narnia Girl. It is SOOOO GOOD! "At Carnegie................hall." =)) Thanks for the link to Guy's site. I'll look at it as soon as I can.

Good-day to all, now. Au revoir!

*is completely used to the new forum :D

To those of you with whom I've talked about anti-virus software... I downloaded the new (well, not sure how new it is now) Microsoft anti-virus software and am trying that out. So far, so good. :)

;)) *laugh* Yes, quite positive. 😉 (If you forget what we were saying, it was about Mac/PC users being in heaven) 😉

Lol, yes I had forgotten. ;)) Anyway, well if you're suuuure....

;)) Hehe. I got to use it this morning-- lost a short PM...

:-bd Yay, Lazarus saves the day again!

Wow. That's beyond me. Does she have a list or something that helps her keep track? ;))

Yeah, it's beyond me, too. :-o No, I think she goes by memory. :-

You know, it's funny, there's so many people here that just have "Double initials..." ;)) NN, FF, LL, and... that's all I can think of, but... ;))

;)) Yeah, I'd never that of that before.

I shall try, my dear friend. I'm am a total freak about college football. And, if I remember correctly, you weren't. :p
Ah, I see that you're still carrying on conversations in Spanish. *remembers her feeble attempts at conversing*

Yes, do that. :P Ah, well I must have just forgotten. I absolutely love football but not too fond of college football.
Yes, I still love it as much as always. :P Aw, you were fine!

Lucky you! *begins feeling sorry for herself*

No teen meeting at your church? :-

*chuckles at LL's comments* Good to see you in the Square again. Must make that more often. Without neglecting schoolwork, of course. ;)

Valia, good to see you finally drop by!!! That's a shame you won't be around too often. I'm doing great, thanks.

Oh, I see. Well, that's a shame that the logger left your area a complete mess, and I can understand being upset at that. That's not being an eco-freak. As long as you weren't saying that logging is bad. Ever heard the movie Fern Gully? (I think that's what it's called.) I've never seen it, but I've heard all about it, and it actually seems rather like your movie, but it focuses on how bad logging is, and that trees have feelings, etc. 8-|

Oh yes! Having access to all that sort of equipment would be grand!

Oh yes, indeed. We have a membership with the local public access TV station, so we were able to get professional cameras to film the play we did. That was fun!

*laughs throughout Bennett's post, as usual*

@ NN. Yep! I love finding good deals on DVD's. :D Most of the time I make it a point to buy the "2-disc editions" of movies, but sometimes I have to get the single disc release. Though, I always get widescreen. Always. ;)

Oh, yes, indeed. I always try make sure we the get the 2-disc edition. ;)) Movies are no fun without special features. :P Yep, widescreen is great! Love it. It can get confusing, though. What with all different ratios, and then letterbox movies that look widescreen but are really 4:3. Man alive, can it get confusing!

Aiden, Quoter of Me a Quartet of times, How are you?! If it's too much trouble to check on yourself, you can inform me later on how you're doin'. Oh yes, do accept it as a compliment! ;)

Ah yes, and it seems I shall be quoting you a good deal more. As many paragraphs as you write, that's how many times I quote you. Well, you see, I don't want to disturb myself, so I'd rather not ask myself how I'm doing. Thanks for understanding. And I thank you, too.
I don't even remember what I'm supposed to take as a complement. :-l

That would be quite odd.....

NN95: Hey, Double N! What's up?
Double N: Eh, not much. You?
NN95: Life's dull, as usual.
*Aiden walks up*
Aiden: Hey, Double N, NN95. How's it going with you two?
NN95: Not much.
Double N (to NN95): Who's that nut?
NN95: He's you.
Double N: He's me? That's weird.
NN95: Yeah, he is. In fact, you're me. And I'm you. And I'm him. And he's me.

Oh, ok, that is really weird. Yeah, we both do, I think. 8-}

Yeah, yeah, you fixed it. By the hair on your chinny chin chin. Not that you have any hair on your chin, of course. *wonders where that saying came from* Yeah, well, those occasions are few and far between. Oh, so it's my fault you're always so crazy, huh? [-( ;)) You're ahead? /:)

How 'bout now? Learned the colors yet?? (we sound just like the competitive four year olds...it's sad, really) Yah I'm good at speling. My teecher sez I'm reely fun to have in clas too.
That would be very maddening. I can imagine them being horrified!!

Well, I've learned yelow, blu and red. That's it though. :| Oh, yur good at speling, tu? Cewl! Wut a nice teecher. (You're right, this is quite sad.)
Yeah, that's for sure!

You've had your appendix removed? And it left no lasting effects of anything abnormal? Good, then I can take back all those terrible stories I told my brother....... ;) Seriously though, your ordeal sounds big and bad. Man, I'm glad you got to the doctor, though!

Yes'm, I did. I think it may have affected my brain cells... but, no, no lasting effects. Yes, take back all those gruesome, horror stories. It's only half as bad as that.
Eh, it wasn't as bad as all that. I was in the hospital about a week, but my dad was only in from a couple days, and my mom was only in from one night till the next morning.

LOL! *Struggles to stand upright after falling over laughing over Djaq's comment about Aiden not totally ruining the name for her* Good 'un.

Hey, I'm offended! :P ;)

Hey, lys, good to see you drop by, as always. :)

Lol, NN95, some things get mundane and boring. But other subjects are more interesting, I suppose. :p

Hah! that sounds just like me. As soon as I get on NW all other reasons for being online vanish.

I hope I remember to post pictures later of our new dog and my costume for the PHF...

You'd better. /:)

@ Princess. Sis!!!!! :D :D It has far too long since you've been in the Square. Glad you stopped by. :D

I should have know better than to expect that I would escape a reprimand about my absense from my brother. :P I love you anyway. How are things going, bro? How's Unilluminated coming along? It that Westley-like character of yours still alive?

Thanks, pon! What have you been doing lately?

Let's see, proofs in Geometry, balancing equations in Chemistry, studying for a test in History, researching for a paper in English--oh, wait, you mean besides school? :P I've been writing my book (got over 800 words written yesterday!), and relaxing on the computer and tv. I'm so glad my mom's home, now she makes the dinners! :D
What have you been up to?

Yes, do that. Ah, well I must have just forgotten. I absolutely love football but not too fond of college football.
Yes, I still love it as much as always. Aw, you were fine!

As you can see, I'm trying my best. :D
Ah, so you like playing football but not watching it?
Since I decided not to take another year of Spanish, if I attempted a conversation with you, I'm afraid I could not get past "hola." :P jk, but I have forgotten a lot of my vocab. Sure, I was okay, but I never could get the hang of the codes for the special letters...

No teen meeting at your church?

*sigh* Yeah...

Whoa, that took me awhile to figure out... You're pretty witty when your on pain meds. ;) :P

*laughs the rest of the way through NN's post*

As for me, I'm still getting used to the forum, all the codes and colors is a headache! Okay, I won't go through all my complaints. But I'm still glad that my friends are still as warm and welcoming as they were. :D

Syd, if it's a dark, rainy night, and you're home alone, don't be anywhere near me because I could be really scary... or scared. But possibly asleep. :p

*chuckles* *The Square Potato is waved at, and wonders how to wave back, since onions have layers that can be made into hands, but potatoes do not 😮
Actual Square potatoes would be so easier to make fries with, don't ya think? ;))

Potatos have eyes which grow thingys that sort of look like hands... ;) Personally, if I'm making french fries, I want one of the things that the fry people at the county fair had. They put the potato in, dropped a lever and out came french fry pieces ready to be be fried. It looked like so much fun... ;))

*waves an enthusiastic greeting to ~LL~*

Malkah, it' a very cute little red fluffy hippopotamus. I named him Wayfaring Jellybean, though I don't remember exactly why.

FF, yes, I think my brother did end up having a fairly nice birthday celebration... I also think we need a hint and a refresher on what the riddle was.

*waves back to NN* It's a very delayed reaction, but better late than never. ;)

I'm afraid I had forgotten the 'unbolded name' event, Betsie. But I'll say it's OK because I don't think I've ever bolded yours. ;)) *notices Betsie's comment about Nickle Creek* This seems like a good place to mention that I'm hoping to pick up at least two of their CDs at the library today. :D

I plan on wearing a old Dutch costume of my sister's... maybe I can post pics. :D

I hope you can, that sounds really neat! :D I'm praying for you and your family as well. I finally had the opportunity to check out some of the videos. I watched Martin Luther and Alfred the Great. I'm planning on sharing at least the Martin Luther one with my family. That one was awesome! :D

Jojo, was that "If you feel faint, don't buckle your knees" or "If you buckle your knees, don't faint"? Either way, thank you for the most excellent of advise! I will keep it in mind. How humiliating that would be!

Valia! *waves exuberantly*

Hey lys! *waves experimentally, because she is trying to vary her waving technique. I think this one may be a little bit too much like the princess wave, though...* It's rainy here, so I'm a little wet...

Hello everyone! Mortereve! How has everyone's day been? I've been pretty good, nothing too interesting happening today, so I'll just head on to the catch up then. :)

Queen Susan: Ah, alright! Now, what time zone do you live in? (Just so I know the exact moment you're in the drama. ;))

Cor: Great to see you around! I'm quite glad the rumours and reports of your death are false, quite false. :)

Thanks! :) Don't worry about it being late. :)

JoJo: Thanks for the update on your brother! I'm glad that he wasn't in pain for too much afterwords, of course I'll be praying though!

I can really relate to the extreme mis-behaviour moments, it can be stressful, can't it? I mean, when they're good, it's great and wonderful, but when they're not... :(

Oh good! :) I'm glad your troubles are over! :) :)

Yes. :D I am a huge Nancy Drew fan, and of most mysteries like that, at least of the same caliber of Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys (which, to be honest, are some of the only ones I've actually read of that type... ;)) ). I've read a few Trixie Belden, but I must say I'm not that huge of a fan. I mean, she's not bad and I don't hate her, but I don't love-love her either. If that makes any semblance of sense...

That's too bad! :( It's almost as if we never know what we've got til it's gone, eh? :( Only respond to the PM when you can! :)

*waves to Lys* :)

Narnia Girl: Do let me know what you think of the series! :) Oh, and another thing, I don't think it really matters what order you read them in. Meaning, they are a series, but not a chronological series or anything. So if you read them out of publication order, you won't be missing anything. :)

Aiden: I've never heard of that movie before, but it sounds...interesting. /:) Oh no- I hope that message didn't come across in our film, in general I don't think logging is that bad, especially when the trees are dead and going to fall down/rot anyways. I suppose I, in a minor way, don't like when the trees are cut down with no thought of replanting or the area is left in a mess. Then it's rather un-usable. But most of the time I have much more important things to be thinking about than saving trees. ;)

Wow! That's neat- I didn't know some TV stations offered that! It must of been nice to have the professional equipment and what not. (Although, even better then just having the equipment is also having the knowledge to use it, of course! ;)) )

Mel: Ah good! :)

Hmm, yes. *runs off to find the riddle*

A bible character without a name, whose body never to destruction came, who died a death none died before, and part of whose shroud is in every household store.

Here tis. *sits down to figure it out (if possible)*

Dear days of old, with the faces in the firelight,
Kind folks of old, you come again no more.
(Robert Louis Stevenson)

Jojo: How is thy brother faring? :) (Ok, not sure what's up with the... different style of language...) :p
Anyway, still praying for you all!

Yay, Lazarus saves the day again!

;)) Yep. :p
I've used it a couple times actually. 😀 Probably 5? Or something. ;))

Yeah, most of the time posts in the Square are continuous conversations and it's hard to start them back up.
Unfortunately, I remember half of the 12 being from one person... :P
Three, now!

*laugh* Yeah... Conversations are fun-- just digging them up is the... hard part. ;)

Hah! that sounds just like me. As soon as I get on NW all other reasons for being online vanish.

:p Yeah. I opened iTunes, but then opened the internet and--iTunes disappeared... (Wow! Magic!) /:) Um... yeah. :p

You'd better. /:)

;)) Hehe. This really did make me laugh out loud... mostly the raised eyebrows... *laugh* Ok, ok, though! I really will try to include some this post. :D

I hope you can, that sounds really neat! :D I'm praying for you and your family as well. I finally had the opportunity to check out some of the videos. I watched Martin Luther and Alfred the Great. I'm planning on sharing at least the Martin Luther one with my family. That one was awesome! :D

*will try, though the pictures she hurriedly took before bed last night weren't that great.* Maybe if some pictures are taken at the festival it will look better with someone in the costume instead of the costume laying on a blown up air mattress.. ;))
And yay! I'm glad you enjoyed the Martin Luther drama! ;)) It one the "Best Drama" award... And I liked it because my two oldest brothers were in it--as the Pope and Tetzel. ;)) And the guy who played Tetzel was the guy who gave the King Alfred speech. ;)
Anyway, again, I'm very glad you enjoyed it!! :D *is very happy* *as she already stated.*

Ah, alright! Now, what time zone do you live in? (Just so I know the exact moment you're in the drama.

;)) Central--I think. ;) *laugh*

Ok, now for pics!!!! My little brothers took 1-2 of the dog ones and I took the other ones around 10:00 last night... It was dark and cold and I was tired so I didn't really try to get perfect pictures. 😉 So here they are...

I think we named the dog Duke... I was kind of bummed out, because I really wanted the name "Remington" or "Ruger"... So much cooler!! But almost everyone else liked Duke. Oh well, I'll live. 😉 And our other dog is named Prince, so I guess they kind of match. ;))

So yeah, Like I said, sorry they're not perfect. ;))

And now for the Dutch costume...

Like I said, maybe after the Festival I can post some of me in it.. though probably without my head. ;) ;)

*chug....chug...chug...*

If you're wondering what that sound is, it's the sound of the gears slowly turning in my computer. My thanks to my sister *glares in Moon's direction* for working on it all afternoon!!! It always goes slow after a day of hardwork...poor thing.

GUESS WHAT!!!! I am so, so, so excited!!! I might actually be getting my first piano lesson soon!!! YAAAAY!!!!! :) :) :) My mom and I are working out a schedule and we're really close...really, really close to having it finished!

*is completely used to the new forum :D

Yay! You know you're the first person I've actually heard say that on the forum? So happy! :) I'm actually really used to it too. The only thing I had a little difficulty with at first was the new BBCodes. :P

*is laughing at Aiden's three-way-conversation with himself* =))

*waves to Dani*!!!!

*waves back!!*

UGH! I can't get the smilies to work. You know all the extra smilies? When I click on them, nothing shows up on my post. :( :(

What's it with square onions? Can I be a square mushroom?? ;;)

Queen Susan, your dog is so cute!! You named him Duke? I know waaay too many dogs named Duke. You know, the same thing happened to me! Once we had this cat...I forget what I wanted to name it, but everyone else wanted to name it Tiger (so unoriginal) and so we named him Tiger. :( Ah, well!

Very sweet pictures! You did an excellent job. *thinks she still needs to post pictures from the dance competition* I promised pictures, didn't I... :p

Well, I'll be off now!! More homework awaits!

I know. :-P It's so unoriginal!! *sigh* Oh well. :p Now we have Prince and Duke.
At least it's not Rex and Rover. *laugh* ;))
Someone suggested we name this dog "Cougar" or something...
Um... it's a dog? Yeah. I'm still kinda sad we didn't name it Ruger or Remington. ... But I'll get over it in a few years. ;) Just kidding.
And how exciting about your first piano lesson!!! :D

Edit: Probably my last post until Monday or so!!!
