Mortereve all! Today was rather busy, but I got a lot done!
Oh, dear! What can I do?
Run. Run for your life.
I'm starting to think that you not remembering things is a cover-up for mistakes.
Of course, just blame it all on me...it has to be my fault.
"Smuggler's hold. Get in!"
Lol! But then I ask you to tell me what we were talking about. If I were covering up, I wouldn't ask. ( )
Lol, yes it's your fault! Just kidding.
*Riley and Ben get into the smuggler's hold. Shaw and Ian run out of the ship.*"Get out of here!"
We both use the same browser (Firefox). I'm not sure why it didn't ever retain it for me.
Odd! Well then, you must have been doing something wrong.
"Well, you don't have to. Just use the coordinates from the last launch." The Incredibles.
"Riley, you're a genius!" NT1
I don't know... Why do you?
There, there, it's okay! Seriously though, I do understand what you mean. I can't just take mine out with my mouth because of how it's shaped (it's only on my teeth, and it doesn't cover the roof of my mouth), but flambeau has one where she can do it (it doesn't bother her though). The up-side of it is that you don't have to pry it out with your fingers (like mine). After maybe a couple of months, you will only have to wear it at night, and then you won't mind it as much (I hope).
Guess that's what happens when we get off on rabbit trails.
Yeah, well, the annoying thing is that I'll try to take it out with my mouth, that's just how my subconscious works. And when I try to take it out and I can't, that's when I make the annoying noises. Anyway, yeah, I'm sure after a while I won't have to wear it as much, then just at night, then not at all. Still, I wish it were over and done with already.
Ah, but I have listened to the other one (not the newest one, but the one before).
Thoughts: I think that they are overreacting to the "Big pitched battles" comment. I had no idea that those three little words could mean sooo much to certain people!
I'm not worried about it. I'm a little curious, but I'm not freaking out. Um...I can't really remember what other subjects that they talked about in it. What are your thoughts?
Right now, I'm in costume heaven! I love looking at all of the new pictures! I'm also wondering about Gael (the mysterious little girl). Who is she? Why is she there? What do you think about it?
Ah, well good for you!
Boy, now I don't remember much from that one, it was so long ago. Anyway, about big pitched battles...... I'm glad Ben added the second part about what the story is really about. Still, "big pitched battles" has to mean something, and would he really have said that if he was talking about minor skirmishes here and there? I'm not freaking out, either, and even a minor battle wouldn't bother me. Still, there's always the chance they'll go overboard (aha, no pun intended! ). With a director like Michael Apted, though, I have more confidence they won't.
Let's see, what were some other topics? I should have taken notes. Ah yes, I love the purple sail! And, about Ben's beard, I have to agree with Gymfan in that there's really not a problem with it and it doesn't really conflict with the book. However, I agree with Rilian that it just looks weird!
Oh yes, the new pictures and videos are great! Yeah, I can't really think of who Gael might be. Obviously, she's not in the book, but it's been so long since I've read VDT... there might be some clue as to who she is in the book. Anyway...
Sorry... My bad. Okay, I can't raise my left eyebrow by itself...Better?
And, you can't raise your right one by itself either, right? Yeah, that makes sense now.
I kept getting on to keep in touch with Jojo before she got her account transferred. Yes, it's sad.
Oh yeah, that's right. You can still PM on the old forum. Glad you kept in touch with her!
'Tis sad, but this is a new age for NWeb, and one that'll be an adventure all its own!
Yup! I'm a card-carrying member! Haha, you're very good at advertising things.
Good for you! Hehe, thanks!
Oh, and sorry about the complete red, Aiden. I didn't feel like doing all of the extra typing to change the colors.
No problem. If anyone should apologize, it's I. (I know that sounds like terrible grammar, but it's right.) I never color the quotes. At least you do most of the time.
Lissa!!!! Glad to see you stop by the Square! You really must come more often.
I gotta pick up Jojo from babysitting,
Oh really? Who's babysitting her? (Sorry, the way you wrote that sounded funny. )
Things are going great here, Dani! How about in your corner of the world? *says that thing about "corner of the world" a lot... wonders what that means*
Oh hello NN95! I'm making so many friends on here, its so nice to come and read about everyone else's day. And I see you can speak spanish! Hace dos años que aprendo hablar español.
I'm glad you're making friends on here so quickly! It is a very friendly forum. Sí, puedo hablar un poco. ¡Me gusta encontrar alguien más que habla español también!

Mortereve all! I hope everyone is doing well. I'm doing O.K, have a bit of headache,( ) but overall I'm doing well.
Catching-up:
@ My fair friend Destined. Yes, I noticed she posted that she had watched it in the Movie thread in SO. (one of the threads I love to lurk in. ) Speaking of movies, guess what I watched last night? Batman Begins! Mom brought home both Batman Begins and Fiddler on the Roof yesterday from the library, so I plan on watching Fiddler later tonight.
Hmm, I think I'll go with "Modly friend". It has a nice ring to it.
Yeah, there are hardly any good gory movies. Do you mean "hardly any of the movies in the 80's were good?" If so, I must disagree with you there. I try to research ANY film I'm interested in, even if it's only PG.
Thanks! Some of the lessons are actually easier to comprehend than some of my highschool lessons. Ah yes, I know. Neither are you, lassy.
You're welcome. I hoped I was not being too pushy by mentioning it.... That would not have been good.
*Quite welcomed, miss Destined! Oh.... I wondered how ya'll did that since there are so many Mods. Anyway, I'm glad you got your chance. *
@ Winter. Fell down the stairs? *has a mental picture of Indiana Jones falling down the stairs in Last Crusade* Well, I'm glad you are obviously O.K. *pardons Winters babbling*
@ Pels. Welcome. I've been good. Busy with school and Life as of late. Everything is going well on my front. How about you?
@ Bella. Sorry to hear about your computer problems. I hope you can get everything sorted out soon.
@ Malkah. Yeah, though I don't really think they could have ended it any other way. Still, it made for kind of a down beat ending, which was popular in the 60's.
Very, very loosely based on real events. Pretty much the basic story is based on an actual incident and the rest of the film is made up. Still, it's a really good film.
@ NN. Yes. I was lucky enough to find the DVD on sale at our local FYE store. $5.99 for the widescreen DVD. No special features, but anyway. I agree, the music was really great.
@ Djaq. Hello! *waves*
@ Mel. Hmm? You can buy the DVD of The Wind and the Lion on Amazon.com for about $7.00. (I checked just a few minutes ago, BTW. )
@ Lissa. Nice to see you around again!! Do you and Jojo ever stop cleaning?
-------------------------------------------
O.K, well that's it for me. I might hang around for a little bit, though I'll probably just get off and watch a movie.
Goodnight to all!

Good mortereve everyone! A very long day has it been for me. A long week, actually, and it's barely started.
*sends a cheerful wave to all SquareOnion friends* Thank you all for welcoming me back! I do apologize for not posting again sooner. So much has come to fill up my plate! But anyway...
Aiden, my friend. Dear boy that you are, I can't quite reconcile your statement to my sister earlier. You certainly don't believe that I was the one being commanded under a babysitter's (aka Nanny McPhee's!) care, do you? Can you? Could you?? I would like to plead, on my own behalf, for your mercy in this and let you know that it was I who was keeping the order! Two little children, both under the age of five, both very imaginative and both very strong-willed, both very of the type that don't get along with each other very well, and both very much active. And who do you think keeps the peace?! How could any of that happen if I were being babysat, eh? EH EH? I'm very much kidding you, very much so. It just felt good to talk lengthily to someone here. Hehehe, so...now that that's cleared up, how ARE you? Still enjoying Kindergarten?
Hello, to Djaq, Queen Susan, Jo, PC, Bella, Ella, Dennie, Flam, and everyone else that I have seen here recently. I'm afraid that my catch-up may be either overdue completely, or best left forgotten. But I do hope to at least keep up on most of what's transpiring here.
Goodnight all, for now. It's off to my non-marshmallow bed I drag myself. I get to look forward to a triple-day of school tomorrow! I'm actually looking forward to it! Au revoir!

Mortereve all!!!
How are y'all this fine mortereve?
I'm doing pretty well. I'm tired though.
I really hate talking about the weather, but (as she continues to do it) we have had wonderful weather lately. It has been in the sixties and rainy. I am wondering how long it will last though.
I started making a Harry Potter hat today. I'm hoping it comes out nice. I'm not really making it cause it is Harry Potter, but because I like the pattern.
"Whenever you feel like criticizing any one," he told me, "just remember that all the people in this world haven't had the advantages that you've had.”
Mortereve everyone! *waves*
It's been rather quiet today, although I was able to start work for my dad's organization, which I'd been really looking forward to. It went well and I can't wait to do it again!
Oh, and also, I found out that the Broadway tour of Wicked is coming my way in the near future!! I've never seen a Broadway production, so I'm trying to scheme up some devious plan for getting there. Has anyone seen it?
So how has the day been for you all?

I love Star Wars too, SPELC. They're so good! I like the song "Twelve Days of Christmas" as well, but I've never heard Reliant K sing it.
Yeah, I love how there's a larger selection of smilies, NN95. It's really nice.
Oh, yes you should start playing some Christmas music again, NN95. Ha, yeah we did too! We were at Kohl's about a week ago, and they already had Christmas ornaments and things out.
Ah, that is nice, QS. BTW, I just read your sig...though it took a lot of squinting. The print is VERY small!
Djaq, don't worry it was a compliment.
You're quite welcome!
Ehh...actually, yes, I'm sick of the dictionary, Djaq. I had no idea I would be making such slow progress... *sigh*
Djaq, that's cool that you got to cut the wedding cake at the wedding! Glad it went well.
Lissa!! It's good seeing you in the Square again, how are you doing?
Ouch! Sounds hot, faun. What have you been doing lately?
Jojo! *tackles Jojo in another big hug* I've missed you in the Square...you really need to post in here more often!
Oh, that is wonderful weather, Ti. Sounds lovely.
Hello malkah! *waves* It's 7:43 a.m. right now, so I haven't actually been doing much yet today...but so far, my day is really good! We're going to the library today, and I cannot wait...we go to the library about twice a week, but I really never get bored of it. (And speaking of libraries, I just noticed that for your location you put "Cair Paravel's library." That's super neat!)
All right, ketchup is done. Took a bit longer than usual today. *shrugs* Today my little brother has piano lessons, and we're going to the library as well. Tonight is Wednesday Teen Church at our church - I always look forward to that! So today will be a very nice day for me. Mortereve all!

*wonders in sipping on my,(can this be true?), third cup of coffee*
... I love everything about it; the smell, the warmth and the taste of dark, rich cofee.
I was just 40 years old when I discovered I really like coffee. For whatever reason, unlike when I was younger, I like the taste now. Too much coffee? I have heard that it is possible. For me, any coffee in late afternoon is a bad idea, as it will give me a hard time sleeping that night.
... I found out that the Broadway tour of Wicked is coming my way in the near future!! ... Has anyone seen it?
I know that Princess Anna has seen it, but that was a few years ago.
*finishes creamer laden coffee and proceeds off for a day full of activity*

@ NN. Yes. I was lucky enough to find the DVD on sale at our local FYE store. $5.99 for the widescreen DVD. No special features, but anyway. I agree, the music was really great.
Wow, that's a good price! Aw, I'm always disappointed when DVDs we get don't have any special features. Fortunately, when we got Lawrence, it did have some. (Yes, and for once I know who did it—Maurice Jarre. )
*chuckles at Jojo's rant* (Wow, that took up most of your post. ) Anyway, I do apologize for the comment I made... I just couldn't resist because of the way Lissa said it.
Hehehe, so...now that that's cleared up, how ARE you? Still enjoying Kindergarten?
I'm doing quite fine, thank you! Yes, yes, kindergarten is going well. I know my numbers now! See: 1, 2, 4, 5, 3, 6, 10, 100! Whee!
Yeah, I love how there's a larger selection of smilies, NN95. It's really nice.
Oh, yes you should start playing some Christmas music again, NN95. Ha, yeah we did too! We were at Kohl's about a week ago, and they already had Christmas ornaments and things out.
Yep, there are some pretty creative ones, eh?

Once a SquareOnion, always a SquareOnion.
Hello all! How is everyone? I've been doing alright- I somehow seemed to have caught a cold, but it's abnormal in that I didn't get a sore throat, and it's mainly all coughs and a headache or two. But I really don't mind, of course. My uncle should be here in an hour or two, so we all are awaiting that. And, last night, we watched an NHL hockey game on TV, and our favourite team (The Toronto Maple Leafs), beat the Pittsburgh Penguins. It was a fun game, and it's nice to see the Leafs regain some of what they had years ago.
WinterStar: I can really relate to that! When I was a beginner horse person, I really was not confident around my horse's feet, picking them up and all, and he'd often try to sit down/struggle. He has gotten much better though, I think it's because he's just gotten experience and lots of practice now.
We have four horses- Prince (my sister's Haflinger), Ruffian (my horse, he's a Canadian Hackney Quarter Horse cross), Twosox (my sister's second, a Morgan/Quarter Horse cross) and Knightley, Mom's horse/the baby. He's a Thoroughbred, I think.
Queen Susan: How are you enjoying Northanger Abbey?
Pebbles: Ah, okay! *nods knowingly*
Bella: I'm so sorry about losing all of your stuff- that would be no fun!
Narnia Girl: Thank you! *hugs* We changed the bandage last night, and he survived. We actually got to see the little injury- it's amazing how small a hole in the skin can let out so much blood! [/random] I hope you continue to enjoy your volleyball classes!
Aiden:
Terribly random, but, I saw some of those Mac-beating-up-on-PC commercials, and I didn't like them. And, I saw some commercials for Rosetta Stone, were the people were gushing praise about it, and thought of you all here who didn't like it.
Yes- that's exactly it.
Djaq: Thank you!
It sounds like a great experience- you helping out there, especially being able to see the kids enjoy themselves despite of their disabilities.
Well, I guess this is it! I should be off. Cheers all!

Kind folks of old, you come again no more.

*jumps at Meltintalle" Ahh!
*puts up her arms to protect herself* Hehe, the last person I did that to ran away, then came back.
Cor: I missed the DVD link on IMDB somehow, I guess, and got the impression it wasn't available... But it's a good kind of mistake. I was reading through the quotes page, and it looks like a witty movie.
We have hands that fashion and heads that know,
But our hearts we lost - how long ago! -- G. K. Chesterton
Good mortereve, all. It's been far, far too long since I've even looked in on our lovely Square, much lest posted here. Cripes, I can't even remember which avvy and sig set I'm using. *blushes and goes to look* Ahhhh.....that one.
It's been lovely here the last couple of weeks. Nicely cooled down............Raining..................No complaints as far as the weather goes.
*goes to find her coffee* Mmmmmmmmm, that's more like it.
Watching the two boys while Mom and Ana go to town for stuff.
Have been helping my partner and his wife do various projects around the house...........mostly having to deal with making it more waterproof. I now know how to lay a brick wall, build a "lean to" (As my partner calls it, really just a roof for a porch area), and slap tar around a chimney in a futile attempt to stop a leak.
I'm thinking about going camping with the family next month........probably will go, considering I've not been since about nineteen years ago.
I'm going to Camp Swift at the end of October for a Medical Unit Leader course. Looking forward to that.
Anyway, off for now. I trust y'all are all doing well. *waves to all* *hugs to cep and Jo*

Greetings, friends! And how are we doing today? I'm super-duper! I'm going to do sort of a catch-up now, if I don't get interrupted. First things first: I'm still having trouble getting used to the new forum, so if I goof, bear with me. I miss the old Town Square, but that goes without even being said.
And now, for more exciting catch-up details...
Djaq, me girl! I just read your post about your sister's pregnancy (I know, I'm terribly late), and I just want to offer my declaration of mirth and congratulations on the matter! How exciting for you all! I also love your new avatar! AND, I shall hopefully reply to your PM soon. Don't worry, I did not forget you.
By the way, madame, it is with utmost delight that I meet you. Thank you for intoning that you hope we can become fast-friends. I do believe this could be possible.
*loves the quote Djaq used* "I'm sorry. I can't explain it any better than that."
Regarding the name Aiden, which is also a favorite of mine; I had heard it before I knew NN, and liked it then too. It's just...nice.
And also...please give Flam a hug for me and tell her I'm dreadfully apologetic about missing her birthday. I was thinking of her, however, but couldn't post because of technical difficulties. I hope it was happy and that this new year has started off in grand style!
PON!! How superb to know that you decided against ditching the new forum. I very nearly had the same outburst, I must confess. Maybe that's why my account wouldn't transfer; perhaps I was being punished! And I hated being "kept" away from here...Anyway, how are you doing?? I've missed you greatly and hope you're doing well.
Narnia Girl: *returns the tackle-hug* Whee! Thank you for so enthusiastically greeting me! I'm glad to be here too. Yes, I shall try to keep up with posting in here. Hey hey, did you know that the GVB was near us recently? I was so sad not to get to go.
Hello, Fanny! It has been much too long since we corresponded. How are you doing? What's new? A while back you'd asked who was in my avatar, and I'm not sure if it was my current one you were asking about, or a different one. This is Jo March (from Lousia May Alcott's "Little Women"), but if that's not what you were asking, I'm sorry.
Thank you so much for your prayers concerning the many-times a week babysitting. It's going all right, though I would feel better about just two days a week rather than three.
Ooh let's see: crashing parties is fun, as long as you know the majority of people there. I don't think I'd purposely crash a stranger's party. Lissa and I also crashed our Grandparent's vacation one year, and decided last-minute to go with them.
Actually, we never figured out what our dog was barking at, but it was probably the flock of turkeys that has recently inhabited our woods. Sadly, however, Maggie disappeared last week and hasn't returned! I miss her!
TGW, Hello you! How're you? Last time we talked you were just making decisions for your new bedroom look, right? Any new developments in that area?
A hearty welcome and big hello to you, malkah! It's my pleasure. *extends hand, then tips hat without shaking Malkah's hand, then returns to a handshaking gesture, and finally just hugs*
Hey hey...one thing I DO Love about this forum is that you can search for keywords in posts which saves on tons of searching. I can do a quicker catchup if I look for where my name was mentioned.
Yes, Queen Susan, I've come back! I'm glad to be here again as well. How are you these days? (reply to PM coming shortly)
Miss Aravis, my NWSis! Wow, Lissa read me the full account of your TAN experience, and I have to say that it sounds MOST Delightful!! How awesome! Your signature picture is lovely, by the way.
Edmund P! How goes it with you? How's your back? I can't tell you how glad I am to finally be back on NW! I was having extreme difficulty with my account, but finally set up a new one, transferred the post-count, and am here again in my regular status as "Nut"!
Fond greetings, JealousoftheMoon! I'm Jojo, and I'm very pleased to meet you!
Note to Jo and Narnia Girl about Roller Coasters: I got sick the first time I rode one (last month) and so I think I'll have to side with Jo here.
Dennie!! How's you?! A tid-bit of follow-up information for you: I've come to terms with not being able to have your avatar, since it's all yours. So I went and got a new one. Hehe!
And now for my poetic partners Bella and Lady Liln, my responses will be even more delayed, since I must close this post for now, but never fear, I have replies for your poems and will get them to you shortly! (I hope!)
I have to go prepare a relish tray for our small-group BBQ tonight. So good evening, all! *waves to those she didn't specifically mention: Cor, Vern, Ruby, Winter, Starkat, Cepp, Lady A...*
See ya 'ater!
*Jojo completes this post surprisingly without making any mention to the Chocolate Tree, or "her bench"...*
Edit: Hello, Aiden! My goodness, it did take up a good portion. Well, some people out there just needed a little clearing up. *will stop being mean now* Actually, it was really funny to me, and at the time I read it, I laughed a long while. I needed that laugh too, so instead of scolding you, I should be thanking you! Ah yes, the wording was quite funny.
I'm so glad you're fine, and haven't been suspended from Kindergarten yet. Me neither, truth be told! I learned shapes the other day. I can't count to 100 yet, like you can. I guess I'll catchya later; the stairwell wall needs crayons put to it, I'm just sure.

Ah, I see. Why don't you just get two or three PCs, and then at least one of them will be handy at any given moment.
What do you mean by "features"? Something cool build into the OS? What do GarageBand and PhotoBooth do?
One of the pathetic things about Mac is that they don't support 3rd-party software (I believe, correct me if I'm wrong) so lots of awesome things that work on the PC don't work on the Mac.
We do have 2-3. (3) Though one is broken, one is my parent's, and the other one is either being used or---- *gasp* --- I prefer the mac sometimes.
On GarageBand you can record things, create music, etc. It's neat. And with PhotoBooth you can take pictures or videos. From the computer. That's mostly fun to mess around with.
Hey, QS! Haha, great sig!
Thanks. Of course, it's changed now.
You know what someone should do? They should figure out how to capsulize how you feel on a given day, and then you can compare those capsules to decide if you actually feel older, instead of just assuming you do or don't.
Haha. Ok. You can figure that out. I'll leave it up to you.
(Too confusing for someone with a small brain like me.)
Hello QueenSu, how are you? I heard from Jojo that we live relatively close...??? How exciting is that?!?! We should totally meet up sometime. What say?
I'm well! And you? Yes, we do live somewhat near eachother! That is pretty neat--and it'd be awesome to meet up, though, of course, I'd need my parents' permission.
Hello, to Djaq, Queen Susan
Hello! I trust you got my PM?

That it is!!
For me, any coffee in late afternoon is a bad idea, as it will give me a hard time sleeping that night.
Hm. Oddly, caffeine doesn't seem to affect me like that. I suppose that could be a good thing... depending.
Queen Susan: How are you enjoying Northanger Abbey?
So far, good!! Though since I started I haven't read further. Oh well--hopefully when I have time...
I've come back! I'm glad to be here again as well. How are you these days? (reply to PM coming shortly)

rolls eyes* Sometimes I think you're too sentimental.
No, not really. Once upon a time that stuff wasn't trash! So, then I had no reason to throw it away. See? *Doesn't think Ruby will 'cause she's blonde, like that*
Well Winter and I were just thinking how we needed to poke Kat, because we were just listening to her music and thinking what a great musician she is! You really, are Kat! So don't think anything less of yourself.

Good Mortereve, all! How is everyone this wonderful Wednesday evening ? I'm doing pretty well, for the most part. My back hasn't been acting up as much as it was earlier in the week, for which I am very thankful. A little less than a week and I'll be getting my braces on (oh, lucky me )! The morrow is going to be a very busy day I'm afraid . Only two more day until Friday! my favorite day of the week . I'm finally at the part in Jane Eyre where . Well, it's time to CATCHUP!
Aww! You should have gotten it! But yeah, since you weren't sure, that could have been awkward if it wasn't him.
Yeah...that could have been slightly awkward...
Great pics of Mike!
Thanks! I took a few, but most of the credit goes to my sister .
Ooh yes, doesn't Audrey have a gorgeous voice?
Yes! She has a beautiful voice! I don't think they had her CD for sail...but if they would have I definitely would've gotten it!
Rofl! That's hilarious! He was a theater major in college, so he's really good at impersonations.
, yes, it was quite the comic. Ah, that explains it then!
Sweet! you know what, those are 3 of the 4 songs off of their album that they didn't play when they came to my town.
What?! That's awful !
I gotta ask you (I know I've already asked this ) if Scott was there, or if they had a substitute bassist.
No. Scott wasn't there...they had a substitute, but I didn't catch his name. And Mike didn't even mention anything about Scott. I wonder where he is?
But anyway!!!!!!!! I'm so glad that you enjoyed the concert! Did they play any new songs?
You know, I don't think they did play any new songs...
Oh, me and my mom have been doing better, thanks for asking. I think our colds are pretty much gone now. I still have a really stuffy nose, but I think that's just allergies... 'cause it's like that pretty much all year long.
Great to hear that you're feeling better too!!
Great! I'm glad that you guys are doing better! Oh, allergies? I don't have any, thank Heaven ( ) .
It's 9 pages into the dictionary now, actually, EP. Sounds like you had a fantastic time at the concert! Those are great pictures.
Nine pages already, Lucy? It's probably 13 pages now, right? Yes, I really did have a fantastic time at the concert! It was a great experience.
How have you been these few days in my absence?
Benjamin, welcome back! How have you been?
Oh, yes, those spoilt, er, blessed youngest siblings.
Haha! ! Perhaps we should move away from this subject, eh? How have you been, WL?
Cool! I was on the verge of sayign you were completely, totally, and utterly, wrong, when my oldest sister told me it was the same actor. Anyhow, it's the same actor but playing Mordred from the BBC Merlin.
I thought it was the same actor! Ah, I see.
Welcome to the the Town Square, Fauntastic! It's nice to meet you! Well, you've got to jump in sometime! I recall my first post in the Town Square being very similar to yours.
I wouldn't mind living in a no-Daylight Saving Time state.
Yes, indeed! It is always a pain having to get used to another time.
Edmund P, I'm glad you had a wonderful time at the concert! Nice pics! Speaking of concerts and CCM, Casting Crowns is going to be having two concerts in Wisconsin in October. One of them is 3 hours away, but one is a little over 2 . . . hmm, I wonder if my family could possibly go . . . ? *looks up a bunch of other bands' touring schedules . . . * Humph, no one ever comes to Wisconsin!
Thanks, D-T-R! Casting Crowns? I love that band! Their new song especially . You should definitely go, Destined! How have you been? And how is your new job going?
Edmund P: Ah, I'm sorry your back hasn't gotten any better! The concert sounds like it was a great thing to go to- thank you for the write up!
*Sighs* Yes, it is very unfortunate. I'm going to try to do the exercises for a week or two more...but if not, I have to get the injection. Your welcome, FF! How have you been these past few days?
Hehe. All these impersonations I keep hearing about! Can't wait to see one live. 😉
So, are you going to a TAN concert too?
I love Tenth Avenue North. They have awesome songs.
Ditto. How is school going for you?
Our windows basically died and so my parents got it for me as a 3-month early birthday present... lol
That's awesome, Kat !
That's too bad about your computer, Bella . I had a similar experience last November...my dear old (for old it was) Windows XP. It was a good computer...though in it's last months it had some very bad problems. Though, I hope this computer crashes pretty soon...I'm sick and tired of it!
Edmund P, it sounds like an amazing concert!
Yes, it was amazing! Do you listen to TAN much, malkah? EDIT: Ah-er-ok, I just saw your signature and I assume that you do listen to TAN !
That's fine. Yay, I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed the concert (not that there was a chance you wouldn't )! Fun!
No, I don't there was much of a chance that I wouldn't enjoy it. How have you been, Jack?
*Waves to Ruby* How are you, Ruby?
Oh yes, the new pictures and videos are great! Yeah, I can't really think of who Gael might be. Obviously, she's not in the book, but it's been so long since I've read VDT... there might be some clue as to who she is in the book. Anyway...
It's been giving me a fit trying to think of some explanation for why Gael is on the Dawn Treader. I've been thinking that myslef, NN95, maybe the writers found something in the book and decided to flesh it out. But, I really don't think that there is! I really need to re-read VDT...it's been awhile. I started on it, but then I got The Great Divorce and never got back to it.
And so, another catchup is done. Have a great mortereve, everyone!
I met Georgie and Skandar AND saw the film in one evening.
