Good evening everyone. This will be my..maybe fifth post in two or three days. I think that's a bit too much isn't it?;):Pjkjk

Sorry Earel. It's a habit and is intended with respect.:)
I don't spend a ton of time in the outdoors, though my mom might disagree. I love being in the woods, and being around animals, that is why I am looking at those majors.
No ma'am*habit*, I don't. I used to have a cat, a dog, and a parakeet, though not all at the same time, but at present we are petless. I hope to get a good retrieving dog when I am older though.

Yes Narnia Girl, I am homeschooled.

Hey Mel. We are attempting to get the transmission out of my dad's truck so that we can find out what's wrong with it, repair it, and get it running well enough for me to drive.:)
Right now we have the universal joint out, and we are going to try to build a support for the transmission before we get it out.:D

Church was very good tonight. Had twenty-five in youth, which is fantastic, haven't had that much in months.
*watches Realtree Roadtrips*

Alright, I'm off for a while. I hope that ya'll have a great week. Sleep well. God Bless.

Mortereve all!

Yes! Just one page to ketchup on!

You're welcome, CS! And thank you. :)

Oh, piano classes! That's great, CS. How long have you been playing the piano?

flambeau, happy belated birthday! It sounds like you had a fantastic day!

Ruby, hope you feel better soon! I hope your weather gets nicer outside too. :)

Yes, they are fun, LL. :p Sounds like you had fun at the baby shower for your friend! Cool!

Moon, welcome to the Town Square! It's great to have you here! :D Computer troubles are no fun.

It makes sense, FF. :) I'll be looking forward to seeing Fireproof eventually.

I'm doing great, PrinceCor. :) What have you been doing lately?

Oh, that's nice Kk. I'm homeschooled too. It's lots of fun.

Today I have piano lessons! :D That will be fun, I've been working on several different songs lately.

:) Good Mortereve Everyone! I am getting ready to start another Beautiful day. I am new to this forum, but not new to Pebbles... Wishing all of you a wonderful day in whatever it is you are going to be doing today. Will post more later. ;)

The new Town Square is so.... nice! :-bd It's so clean and fresh looking ... it seems to have gone well.

Certainly nice to see the good response to the changes. Agreed, I do like the changes. Still adjusting though.

😮 Look! I've posted twice in one month! In one day, even! ;) ;))

I noticed, young lady! Very nice to see you coming through the Square. You are not forgotten. :D

... I actually was more nervous than I should have been coming into taking the ACT. I am not sure how I did ... I'll know for certain in a couple weeks ... Cep, that surprises me. I would think it wouldn't affect you all that much...

I suspect you did better than you think. You are entitled to be nervous about these sorts of tests as they are not meant to be easy. Yes, I have a very queasy stomach. [/silliness]

And a great Hello everyone! I'm sorry that I haven't been on in a while, school is getting to be a little more challenging, and busy.

Do not be apologize! You have school work. If a few us mods get any hint that you are neglecting school for hanging out in Ditto Town, we may ban you temporarily. ;)) :p *is not entirely serious about such a threat*

... it's my Anatomy and Physiology test. I'm fairly confident ... Not sure though. *is very indecisive*

I'm taking Anatomy & Physiology too, and it is tough ... huzzah for people slogging through A&P!

I can't recall when I was "slogging through" two semesters of A&P. *Gorse chimes in with a giggle, "Twenty years ago!"* I suspect you will both do well in this class. I still absolutely love A&P. Very nice to meet you, JotM! :D

... and wasting time.

/:) :p

Flambeau: I'm glad your birthday went well & was lots of fun! :D That's always wonderful! :)

Ditto!

Wishing all of you a wonderful day in whatever it is you are going to be doing today.

Greetings and Welcome Aboard!

*needs to go and will add more later ... maybe*

*drops in for a quick catch up post*

Okay...not so quick post...

okay...so this one looks like it's going to be a tad long... *looks guilty*

How is everyone? I've been doing very well myself. A bit tired. My latin classes started today and I'm excited to be studying that "deader-than-dead" language!

What is your youtube account? I didn't even know you had one (or if you told me I forgot hehe)

I'm BenevolentVapor. You're my friend, I think. I haven't checked anything really in a while. I just uploaded that video. I assumed you knew, since you knew that BenevolentVapor was DanielleF from TPS. :P

I'm going to try to put some life into the TAN forum again... lol thanks for reminding me of its existence =))

*lauhgs* I caught my brother poking around on the site. He was looking at pictures and stuff. *snickers* He's totally in to TAN. :)

MissAravis and Ruby I think you are double-handedly making TAN into a household word!

*tries to look innocent, failing miserably* :)

Ellesar! I don't believe we've met before. I'm Ruby *curtsies* or Dani or whatever you want to call me. I take it you like Ted Dekker? I'm just getting into his stuff and finished reading Blink. It was really good.

😮 JealousOfTheMoon is your sister?! I love her Narnia fanfiction!

Uh-huh!! She's my older sis! I enjoy her fanfiction too. :) And I envy her talent. She's a powerful writer. Have you ever checked out her blog? You should! :D

Hi Ruby: The voice of utter nonsense? *is appalled* :p What kind of dance do you do?

Hey, malkah!! Excuse me for appalling you. ;) I take Irish Step Dance. It's a lot of fun. :D

That's awesome, Ruby! I wish my Bible was signed by the Gaither Vocal Band. ;)) Btw I like your TAN avatar, it's beautiful! :D

Thanks, Narnia Girl!!! I'll pray that someday (soon) you get the oppurtunity to have your Bible signed by the GVB!!! :D btw, eves_daughter made my avatar! Did I already mention that? *still needs to add that to her sig*

Woah! Huge post, Ruby! :p

Hehe. I think it's my largest one yet!!! *hugs*!!!

I helped with my swim team one for years. It wasn't that bad. :p

*feels sorry of LL*

Ruby, hope you feel better soon! I hope your weather gets nicer outside too.

Thanks, Narnia Girl!!! I wouldn't mind rainy weather half so much if I didn't have these allergies. *sighs*

@ Ruby. Oops.... Sorry for bringing back horrible, life scarring images to you. ;) "Dave and the Really Big Pickle" is probably my favorite. :)

That particular one wasn't nearly as life scarring as "The Rumor Weed". Now that gave me nightmares. :P The older ones are definitely better than the new vegitales!!! I loved the little sheep that kept falling over in Dave and the Big Pickle!! :D

You know, we should start a vegitales fan club....

Aha! I thought that's where it came from! That's awesome! Nickel Creek has some great songs!

Yes, they do! We've been fans of them for a long time...

Moon!!! *runs to hug sister* All you have to do to join the Tenth Avenue North club is to add "Member of Tenth Avenue North Club" to your signature. And I'm sure Kat would love it if you went to her fansite and joined there. Perhaps you could design some graphics (since you're so talented) to contribute to the site as well. Well, there are all the details!! See? Simple! ;)

Well, I'll be off now! I hope you are all having a wonderful day!

God bless!

Mortereve all!

I knew that. I don't know why I said that! Ergh! *Gos and bangs her head against a tree* Now I feel really stupid!

Right. *Bangs head on tree some more and promptly faints*

Yikes, you're getting rather violent with yourself, aren't you?

It's not firefox I'm worried about. It's this ancient computer I have. It's not very reliable and doesn't like change.

Ahh, I see. Well then, I'm glad you're making backups!

It's ok. I do that all the time. I think I'm sorta getting a taste of my own medicine talking to you.

"Those" people are people who irritate people by being sarcastic, pointing out faults, and generally being rather caustic, but in a way that is humourous way.

Ahaha, I see.

And, I'm one "those" people? /:)

Is there any other kind? (Of insanity?)

I'm not rightly sure. :-?

Nice long post there, Bennett!

*waves to Lady A*

NN95, yeah braces are no fun. Have you had braces before?

That's for sure. Yeah, I have braces right now. But, they're coming off in a couple weeks.

Lol, I tried to raise just one eyebrow, NN95. It doesn't work for me. ;))

;)) Ah well, it is really hard when you first try. But, if you make up your mind and practice a lot, you'll be able to do it eventually!

Eight minutes! *snaps fingers* So close, NN95. :p

Tsk, tsk, oh well. I don't usually get a post done that quickly, so you'll most always have the first post of the morning.

*waves to Ti*

I enjoy dance practice! It's just very, very tiring.

Yeah, that's totally understandable.

It was cute! And she wasn't like chewing on it..she was mostly snatching it from Jason and trying to chew on it. :P

I see. ;)) But I feel bad for whomever was controlling their sound system, because he has to deal with them messing with the mics. :P

Yeah, sorry about the long post. But MissA did ask me to tell her all about it!!! ;;)

Don't apologize, it was fun to read!

*waves to Kk*

Phew, yeah I'm pretty happy about that. :)

So, NN95, how have you been lately :) ?

Yeah, I can imagine!

I've been doing great, thanks!

I completely know what you are saying! We used to be able to pick up several stations, but now that they have switched over to digital we can hardly get anything! :-w :((

Well, that doesn't affect us much, because we would never watch TV (or very, very rarely). ;))

Yeah, we only get about 4 or 5 channels now, N², and have for years. No sense in getting cable as we hardly watch the thing. But I've heard that Digital may be compulsory in a bit :( , so we'll probably have to go this route in time. Ah well. The one channel I would be interested in would be the Discovery Channel. Oh, that's right: Gomer Pyle, Hogan's Heroes, and Andy Griffith are some other good ol' classic shows. :) I haven't seen the other few you mentioned, but I have heard about Lost in Space.

I don't think our antennas would pick up anything, since everything was switched from analog to digital. Are there still some analog channels broadcasting in Canada? Yep, it wouldn't make any sense for us to get cable either. Oh yes, the Discovery Channel is a lot of fun to watch, as are National Geographic, the Science Channel, the History Channel, and of course different sports networks. :D
Another one is McHale's Navy.

No, I'm not left-handed. So, how come I can raise my left eyebrow and not my right? No idea. :p

Just one of the oddities of life, I s'pose! ;))

Looks like a Nazgûl sitting there so relaxed, it does. *shivers*

:))

Hmm, I don't think I've seen that yet. :-??

I guess that's because no one posts while you're writing a post. It really is a handy fueature.

*waves to Elle, lys, Earel, Marigold, Alyosha, and eustacegirl*

Whew, my hand is getting tired! #:-s

It's an LED tv.

An LED TV? Do you mean LCD? If not, what's an LED TV?

Aiden, here, here, here, here, and here are some of the albums were I got the piano solos from.

Ah, thanks for the links!

Well, we're watching the USC/Ohio St. football game tonight, and halftime's over, so I better go!

So, you're a football fan? :D

*waves to Aiden* Heyllo :)

Heyllo ( /:) ) to you, too. How goes all?

Yup. That happens when you get old. :p

Tsk, tsk, 'tis that.

What movie were we talking about again?
You were telling me I should look up the Superman theme music. :p I did about a week ago, I think I liked it (I can't really remember it right now).

Saving Private Ryan.
Oh, yes. Oh, good!

I did not say that 'possum' was incorrect. I merely said that I used the formal spelling of the word (opossum).
I did not say that my grammar was 100% correct either, I simply said that I went with what sounded right (a opossum). Therefore, your argument above is useless. :p

Aha, so no matter what I say, it won't matter. You'll just go ahead and write whatever you want no matter how grammatically incorrect it is, huh? Well, fine! Be that way! :P

Welcome to the Square, JealousoftheMoon! You can call me NN95, NN, Double N, or anything of that sort.

I just read your correction as Mort Revere. ;)) Ditto Town's version of Paul Revere perhaps? "The Dittos are coming! The Dittos are coming! One if by land, Original by sea..." Or vice versa?

LOL! :))

Glad to see you drop in, SPELC! Tell Pebbles she needs to do the same. ;)

Wow, that was a ton to catch up on. I did skim a little. Well, I'm off. Mortereve all!

Computer problems are awful! I hope you can figure that problem out and get it fixed. :)

I don't think it's so much the computer's fault - the entire house's power has been randomly blinking on and off for the last few days. Stormy weather and such.

You'll get along here very well. :p I don't consider college a hobby; it's more like an all consuming circle of work. ~x( ;) ;)) Just what are your "deader-then-dead" languages? :-s :p And, that sounds like a fun sort of kidnapping. ;) ;))

Hee. I call it my most expensive hobby as a method of sarcasm. I should never pay so much for a hobby, I would hope. My deader-than-dead language of choice right now is Classical Greek, which I'm taking at university right now - third semester. I've studied Latin in grade and high school, and I have some Old/Middle English texts I hope to muddle through on my own sometime. And then, after I've mucked about in some Biblical Greek and Hebrew, I think I shall be revolutionary and try Italian.

Could you please elaborate on the "wretched bone lists"? I'm either not as far along as you or didn't realize they were wretched.

Eh, basically they're lists of bones and bone features associated with certain parts of the body (pectoral girdle, for instance), but it's just words. I find it so much easier to work with a more complete information sheet that at least gives a basic description of structure and function. Somehow we're supposed to "familiarise" ourselves with them... when there's nothing remotely familiar about them. :- Ah well. I'll just have to do my best...

*runs off to the Fan Art section singing Somebody More Like You*

I've wanted to learn mandola ever since I first heard that song. It's bitter like coffee. And I like coffee.

Hmm... interesting hobbies you have there... especially kidnapping babies. /:)

Temporarily kidnapping babies. The mothers seem to appreciate it, and I don't try to take them for good. I don't even charge ransom (although seeing as my college funds are running low, that might be an idea... ;)) )

Mortereve all!

*chuckles at the 09/09/09 thing* Yesterday, my mom was like, "Hey! Look at the date!" Me —> /:) "It's a cool date!" Me —> /:) "It's 09/09/09..." Me —> 8-| ;))

Haha! My mom did the same thing! She thought it was really cool. :p The funny thing is that later in the day she asked me what the date was. ;))

@KK (regarding archery vs. firearms) Truly? You don't like using one just slightly more than the other? Hmm. /:) :p But isn't archery harder? Or maybe not. I'm not very educated in this subject. :p

@Fanny No, I don't particularly like jean shopping. :p I suppose I don't mind it that much, but the less time it takes me the better. So I'm very happy it only took me 10 minuets. :D

How are you? :D

I'm very good, thank you. :) How have you been these past days?

Yes, I suppose...At least it's only temporary, AND I'll have strait teeth afterwords ;) :) . How have you been lately?

Yep, straight teeth is a good thing. But your teeth already look straight to me. :D
I've been good! What about you? I really like you siggy. :D

A orthodontist in training tried an experiment with me by removing four teeth out of my mouth when I was eight (if memory serves). It worked. No braces.

Wow, that's brave of you! I don't think I would let someone in training experiment on me. ;)) Glad it worked for you, though!

Hmm. We must indeed continue to pray for him!

*just squashed a bug with a kleenex box and is now cleaning the dead remains off of her biology text book*

Well that's always fun. ;))
I'm glad to hear you had such a great night! That's neat how they all gave you Bible references. :) All these reports of how awesome the TAN concerts are is really making me want to go to one. ;) :p

*waves to Mrs. Jo* Thank you for the drool bucket. :p That picture of that dog was a little...disturbing. ;)

That's so cool about your art, Mel! Conga rats!

*Waves to malkah* Welcome to the Square! :D

@Cor I actually do math with a textbook, too. Which is a good thing since math is my weakest subject and I like textbooks better. :D Sorry for stealing your drool bucket there. :p ;))

Yesterday afternoon we spent what seemed like eternity at some furniture stores, looking for new furniture for our living room.

Haha, furniture shopping always takes forever. :p

*waves to Ti* How have you been?

*starts to skim at this point* Sorry, don't have much time left I'm afraid.

Oh, I wish I could have been here for Flam's birthday! Anyways, happy belated birthday, Flam. :D Terribly sorry I missed it. I keep missing everyones birthdays!

I rolled my eyes at the aliens

Oh...the aliens. Bleh. I didn't really like the fourth one much at all. I really like the first three, though.

Sounds like you had a lovely day, Eusy! :D

JotM! I assume you're the same JotM from TLC and ff.net? :D

*waves to SPELC* Welcome! I do hope you enjoy it here. :)

Okay, that's it I do believe. :)
The other day I went to a Switchfoot/David Crowder Band/Remedy Drive/a few other bands concert! It was so much fun, and I really had a great time. :D The lead singer of Switchfoot put on the hat he wore in the music video when he sang 'This is Home', so that was neat. :p

And being the horrible klutz I am, I accidentally broke my guitar the other day by dropping it. (By the way, that is in no way related to the concert. :p ) I was just taking off the strap...and I dropped it. :( So I'll have to get a new guitar soon.
And I have to go do school now! Cheerio to everyone!

Mortereve! :) Hope you're all doing well!

I'm in the middle of re-reading Mansfield Park and watched the last portion of the movie this afternoon while pretending to do my grades.

Oh, which movie? The 1999 or 2008 version?

Hey, Narnia Girl! Thanks! Is an Oreo cookie cake made with crumbs or whole cookies?

Sometimes if Aitb and I have a ton to do, we'll put in a CD to hear as we do the chores :p it (in an odd way) helps us do the chores faster.

My sister and I used to do the same thing. You can work so much harder when you're singing at the top of your lungs!

Hi flambeau! Thanks for the welcome! :)

We watched half of Gettysburg on Friday night, we may finish it tonight.

Gettysburg is excellent. I love how the movie doesn't feel like a reenactment at all; rather that someone was simply there with a video camera in 1863 recording everything. Of course, he must have had some amazing time-travel capabilities, as well as a camera. :p
Which did you like better, Gods and Generals or Gettysburg?

Hi WinterStar! You certainly did not butcher the explanation; it made perfect sense! I actually like "mortevere" as well--it sounds quite courtly and King Arthur-ish. :)

*Waves again* Hey look, a flip-flop wave!

Awesome! :) ;) *thinks about doing a flip-flop and a half, but refrains* :p

BTW, I like your sig! What's the quote from? I know I've heard the song, but I don't know the title or who sings it.

Thanks! The quote is from Hold My Heart by Tenth Avenue North. It's a beautiful song!

I wish we had a hobbit smiley. Now, how would that look? With suspenders, furry feet, and a tossled head of hair ... and holding eating some mushrooms!

You mean like these? :p Yahoo Images is amazing. . .

Those are fantastic! *saves for possible future use* Although the giant Shelob smiley is just a tad disturbing. :-o ;)

Hello JealousoftheMoon! I'm malkah; it's nice to meet you! :)

Lady_Liln and JealousoftheMoon: Sympathy on A&P; it's definitely a challenging course. I took it last year, and while the subject material was fascinating, the tidal wave of information about everything and anything in the human body was overwhelming. Add to that all the memorization work(who knew we had so many muscles? :p ). It's worth it, however; I hope it goes well for you both! :)

ForeverFan: I've read the book--it probably ties with Persuasion as my favorite Austen. :) I like Fanny quite a bit; she's rather different from most book heroines, and it's refreshing. What's your favorite Austen?

I just read your correction as Mort Revere. ;)) Ditto Town's version of Paul Revere perhaps? "The Dittos are coming! The Dittos are coming! One if by land, Original by sea..." Or vice versa?

:)) That's great!

Hi SPELC! It's nice to meet you!

Excuse me for appalling you. ;)

You are excused. ;) Just don't do it again. :p Irish Step Dance? That's really neat! Do you have competitions?

"Dave and the Really Big Pickle" is probably my favorite.

I loved the little sheep that kept falling over in Dave and the Big Pickle!! :D

And the pizza "provisions" that Jesse sent Dave with for his brothers. :D

NarniaNut95: I'm a definite football fan. :) USC won last night! It was a pretty intense game on both sides. Do you like watching football?

KK: Ah yes, that's definitely TAN! That song is called Hold My Heart. Malkah has a line from it in her sig. :D

Ruby: That is SO weird and freaky about the fortunes! ;)) Maybe God gave you those ones on purpose ;)

Flam! I'm so glad I was able to make your day special! Lol, that line about climbing up the slide then sliding down the stairs is so clever, I laughed when I heard it the first time. ;))

Hey, JotM! Great to meet you!

Excellent music choices! I would suggest asking MissAravis about the TAN club... she's our resident 'TAN fan' (to put it mildly).

I bear greetings from Rosa to one and all! :)

Today was my second day at work, and it went very well! :D I felt more comfortable, and enjoyed myself for the most part. I'm working on Thursday as well, and it will be my first full day. I wonder how my feet will like that . . . ;))
Righto, Aiden-I took college level Spanish classes, but I still think they were pretty simple, and not very advanced. Both I and my brother got very high grades, and it was the first real "class" we'd ever attended. ;))
Winter, I was whistling because you were talking about immature 16 and 17 year olds, and I'm 17. :P ;)
Yes, at last, Cor. :) I always feel so guilty when I have a long catchup awaiting, and I keep putting if off. ;))
Thanks for the tissues. ;)
I haven't watched either The Passion or Saving Private Ryan, and I'm not sure if I will. R rated movies are not my thing, judging from how even some PG-13 movies can upset me. :)

About taking a break from school for a year: Sounds good to me. :D ;) And here I thought the taking a break thing was my own idea....

Heh heh, no. ;) My brothers did it too, though for different reasons then I will (like, um, how having 3 children in college at one time would probably kill my parents' bank accounts :P). :)

Thanks, Lady L!! The job is going well. :)
Hi, NG, how are you today? Your avatar is gorgeous! The lighting is splendid. :)

I'm hitting higher notes. I never was good at hitting low notes. Unfortunately, though, I don't know how to control my voice (hence, why I'm wanting voice lessons) and so when I sing it usually doesn't come out quite right...if you know what I mean. I'll shoot for notes and then hit the wrong one on accident. Or it'll be flat or sharp. Yeah.

That makes sense. :) I have a tendency to slide sharp if I sing a song of a good length acapella. I don't think my voice ever changed that visibly (that's not the best word, but you know what I mean), but my brothers' did. I'd love to take voice lessons too, someday. :)
Edmund P, glad to hear you're enjoying Jane Eyre! It's one of my favorite books. :) I'm doing quite well! You? Oh, and I really don't think braces are all that bad. ;)
Thank you very much, Jo! It's been so nice to know you've been thinking about and praying for me. :) My second day went just as well as the first!
So Kimberly did go to the State Fair? That's nice! :)
My mother has a very low voice as well. :) Remember, I told you you reminded me of her! ;)

Earel, good to see you in here! :)
Fanny, I'm going to be working two days a week. I think that will suit me pretty well-still give me free time and time for school. :)

malkah, it's good to see you in here! *extends hand* Most people call me DTR or Dennie. :D Oh, you like Gods and Generals and Gettysburg too? That's great! :)

*climbs up the slide, then slides down the stairs and into the Square*

Sounds fun! ;)
Wow, awesome! You told me about your brother giving you the books, but you didn't tell me about Djaq giving you the movies! :D You have a pretty nice family, you know? ;) ;))
So, have you read anything else around the Civil War time period that you like?
I was just starting to think of some really good books to suggest to you last night, when you had to leave- ;)) Not necessarily about the Civil War, but just good books in general. :) So if you ever need suggestions . . . ;)

Hello, JealousoftheMoon! :) I'm DTR, Destined, or Dennie. Nice to meet you! :)

Cor, your English lit class sounds great! :D
Greetings, SPELC! :D

Hello, poggy!! It's really good to see you again! :) Your concert sounds like a lot of fun!!! :D Oh, and I'm sorry you broke your guitar! :((

That's my catchup for the weekend! :)

*hugs* to everyone who has been warm, welcoming, and generally wonderful... :)

Ruby: That is SO weird and freaky about the fortunes! Maybe God gave you those ones on purpose

Hee. They were not all so. My fortune read, You will soon receive a fortune, and I couldn't figure out if that was supposed to be a self-fulfilling prophecy (cheaters!) or license to ask the waiter for another one ("Well, I know usually everyone only gets one, but mine said I'd soon receive a fortune, and since I already had received one by the time I read that, it means I get another, hey?"). :P

JotM! I assume you're the same JotM from TLC and ff.net?

Hey! I recognize you! Yes, I do make a relatively regular habit of haunting the deep, musty corridors of both TLC and FF.net... B-)

Mortereve all! I shall attempt a catchup post, but don't expect it to be huge... I'll actually skim most of everything-- but you didn't need to know that. :-$

I think today I'll post in the 'Aunty Jo, Rosie, Cor style' Hopefully I won't use too many quotes.

Here goes!

Djaq, from about 17 pages back; we are quite alot alike! So much so it's almost... odd. :|

*waves back to Flam, but feels kind of weird waving after about a week of absence from the Square*

Ara!! I've been wondering where you escaped to. Sorry for the late "welcome back". Funny thing though, I was just wondering where you'd been when you made an appearance!

Kat, WOW! That is so awesome about you and TAN! :-o I'm so excited for you! Maybe someday you'll get to tour with them! :)

Nick, hullo from page 14! Sorry for my laziness in posting. I have no excuse. I'll someday manage to send that PM you've most likely been waiting on... but not today. :p

*waves back to F2* Hello! :)

WinterStar, hello! I don't believe I've ever spoken to you before. Do forgive me.. Anyhoo, how art thou? :)

Poggy! I'm doing splendidly! I hope the same for you. :) Nice long post there!

Pebbles! Hi! I love the new smilies too. Aren't they cute?

Hullo, NG! They're adorable! I like them better than the ones before. ;)

Aunty Jo! :) That is one loooong post. :-o

*is only on page 16. Decides to do some major skimming*

Malkah! How nice to see you in the Square! I love my new avvy. ;)

Goodness. I am Destined, but not sure about the other part. ;))

He he, I love your username... ;))

Hullo, JealousOfThe Moon! I hope you'll enjoy the good ole' Town Square. :)

Annnnnddd, I'm done! :) I hope you all are having a nice day.

Good mortereve all!

Wow, I am overdue for a catch up post. ;))

Okay, first off, this morning was my first day volunteering at the horse ranch (I'm not sure what else to call it, it's not a ranch, it's more of a cluster of barns...) for disabled kids. It went great! :D Before we started I was wondering if I would like it at all, or if I wouldn't be any good at it, but when we got there and started with the kids, I loved it! The kids are so cute! My job is side-walking with a student, and it went pretty well. :)

Now, I shall catch up.

I do, especially after having "Mr. Drill Sergeant" for a PE teacher last year. I'm not joking, he expected us to be able to run 2 miles without stopping, without any training.

Wow, that doesn't sound fun! :(

You like all of them? Really? Even the devil face? The old one wa stwenty times better.

No, I didn't mean that, I meant that I liked all of the options that you have. :) ;) ;;) I miss the evil plotting smiley. :((

That's great, Djaq!! No I wasn't in here when you said that your dad lost his job...sorry to hear about that, but I'm happy to hear that he has his first counseling client! :D :D/

Thank you! :)

My day has been pretty good! School, a lot of housecleaning, and some other things. :) *Tries to think of something else to talk about...* ( ;)) )

Well, that's good. ;)
Why? It's too much work to think of another topic. :P ;))
Haha, I like your siggy! It's great! ;))

*waves to NN95, Lady A, DJ, and Winter*

*waves cheerily in return* :) How have you been?

*waves to PP* How are ya? :)
Great new avatar! :-bd

No worries! In fact, if you get really desperate, here's a helpful site! ;)
"What happens when the flare burns down? Tell me what I need to know, Ben!"

Is that how you've been cheating? ;))
"You need to know...if Shaw can catch" *tosses the flare forward*
I didn't have to cheat on that part. :P

Well, what I would do (and still do) is have two tabs open: one for writing the post and one for scrolling through what people had written. When I wanted to quote somebody, I would first write the quote tags, and then go to my other tab, copy what I wanted to quote, then paste it into the quote tags. Since there was a WYSIWYG editor back then, it retained the color/formatting of what I copied and what I wrote would stay blue the whole time. Anyway, I'm glad you feel like formatting your quotes, cuz I sure don't!
Thanks! Yeah, I can see that.

That's basically what I do too, but mine didn't ever copy the color. :) Formatting my quotes is habit for me.

"That's about as funny as........ it's not funny!" Night at the Museum.

"Oh, come on, now that was funny." A Few Good Men.

I do have to admit that the way they talk on Andy Griffith isn't quite like I've heard people in the South talk. In fact, I really don't like Southern accents, but I enjoy listening to Andy Griffith. ;))

I don't watch Andy Griffith much, but I remember them sounding rather Southern. ;))

Ah, I see. Well, someone gave it to my grandma recently, so I may have occasion to watch it sometime in the future.

Good! Will you let me know what you think of it? :)

Indeed I was. I suppose it is worth it.
I'm not rightly sure, exactly. Probably a year or a year and a half. I really have no clue.

I'm glad that you agree. :P
You don't know how long you've had them, but you know that you've hated them the whole time, correct? ;)

We had to pick apart his inner thoughts retrieve his motives from deep within.
Yeah the 3Dness of the old ones was what made them so "classy", as you put it.

;)) You did an excellent job reading his true motives.
You are right again. :P

Well, I was lonely. ;)) (That, ok... I suppose... ;) )

Aw, I'm sorry. ;) I shall try to avoid prolonged absences from here in the future. ;)

What does everyone post while I'm not here?! Just to make my life miserable while I'm catching up?! :-l (Kidding, I enjoy catching up. ;)) )

I don't know. :- /:) ;) (That's good, because you do it quite often.)

Hey, there's a new podcast! Hopefully, I'll listen to that tonight.

I'm still not used to where the "new news" shows up, so I didn't see the podcast until you said that. ;)) I guess I need to listen to it too. ;)

But it's three 9's! That's plenty of significance, Djaq. :p

I suppose that you're right. :P

Lol, that happens to me sometimes as well, Djaq. Lots of times I forget to bring a hair elastic. ;))

I usually have three around my wrist. ;) (Two, if one's in my hair...*looks at her wrist* Two at the moment. ;) )

I can raise one eyebrow, like this little guy: /:) But not back and forth.

Same here. I can raise both of mine, and then move my left one up and down. ;)) (This is a random conversation)

*hugs Djaq* I've been doing great!!! :D :D

*sends a hug in return* That's great to hear! :D Wow, it sounds like the concert went great (how could it not? ;) )!! B-) :D

Djaq, you have the sheet music for the Anne theme? I'd love to get hold of that! I mean, not yours, of course. ;)

It is really pretty! Ah, thank you for not trying to get mine. ;) Here's a site that has it, if you're interested. :)

Well, it does show up in your avatar from time to time...

Yes. :P But, I don't think that you could see my face clearly in any of them. :-

I'm so proud of myself, I strained a muscle patting myself on my back. :p

Wow, take it easy. :P Do you need some ice for that (or would it be heat?)?

That's so great about the dolls!! :D Congratulations! Could I get some that are signed, please? ;)

Welcome to the Square, malkah!! :D It's great to have you here!
May I ask where your user name came from? It's really pretty! :)

Oh, that sounds so nice! :D Like I told you last night in chat (more than a week ago, now :p ), the forecast for the rest of this week is sunny and 75-perfectly wonderful! :D But I liked more than the weather in your paragraph. The whole attitude is good. :)

I think I remember you mentioning something about the weather. ;)) Thank you! :)

Ah, that's understandable. ;) Alright, lets then! :p
Oh, good. Grinning is good. ;)

Okay, whenever you want to start. ;)
Yes, so is laughing. ;)

Oh dear, I don't want to be called Dennis. I'm afraid I don't like that name very much. ;))

Did I accidentally call you "Dennis", or did I say that I kept typing it wrong? I don't remember. ;))

That's lovely! :)

Have you ever heard the song? :) It's called "Soft Goodbye", by Celtic Woman.

Huge congratulations on your sister's pregnancy, Djaq!! :D

Thank you! :D :D
How was work today? :D

*waves to Djaq and Wren*

*waves back* How have you been? :)

Oh wow I just saw that Jo turned me into a sub. Nice!

From Subway? What kind? ;) :P

Does anyone know where Jojo (Narnian~At~Heart) got off to? I haven't seen here here on the new forum at all.

She's having trouble transferring her account. :(( Hopefully it will be worked out soon!

Oh! I just remembered something funny! Right before the Tenth Avenue North concert, my brother, sister, and my dad went out to a Chinese restaurant for dinner. The fortune cookie I received read, "A pleasant surprise is in store for you." And Ben's read, "An amazing musical oppurtunity is coming your way." Let's just say I was pleasantly surprised by the concert. It was a lot more than I expected, in an amazing way!!! Ben's "amazing musical oppurtunity" was meeting Jason!! You know that's the first drummer of a band he's ever met! He was so happy. Yeah, just thought I'd drop that in for anyone interested.

That's quite amusing!! ;))

*waves to eustacegirl* I hope that you had fun with your family!! :D

*skims a LOT*

*waves to all that she probably won't address otherwise* ;)

Yes, YOU!
Yes, I did. Sorry about that! I did apologize though!

*sigh* Isn't it time that you just gave in and excepted the fact that I'm perfect? O:) (kidding...)
I know you did, and you just did again. ;)

Why do I get the feeling that I'm not being taken seriously here? /:)

Probably because you aren't. ;)

I don't recall that. I believe I said that I was 'whistling innocently', nothing about acting there.

I don't remember all that you said, but I do know that you said something about acting. :P

For the same reason you keep referring to me as 'The Worm' (in real life that is)!

You are calling me a opossum because I laid down on the ground and pretended to be dead...I do not call you a worm because you started digging into the ground and acting like a worm. :P
*has the funniest visual right now* ;))

Says you!

Says me about what?

May I ask where her user-name came from (just curious)?

"Only the curious have something to find..." ;)) :P

Hello, Moon!! Great to have you come in! :D I do hope that you'll stick around!

"The Dittos are coming! The Dittos are coming! One if by land, Original by sea..." Or vice versa?

=))

Djaq has started calling me 'The Worm' or 'Worms' because I've been reading a lot lately. ;))

/:) ;) ("Worms" mostly)

Welcome to NarniaWeb and the Square, SPELC!! It's great to have you join us! :D

Well, fine! Be that way! :P

She will. :P

I'm very good, thank you. :) How have you been these past days?

I've been doing really good! :D Not a whole lot going on in my area, but that's not bad.
Aw, I'm sorry that you broke your guitar!! :(

I bear greetings from Rosa to one and all! :)

If you happen to have the chance to return the favor, tell her we say a huge "HELLO"! ;)

Djaq, from about 17 pages back; we are quite alot alike! So much so it's almost... odd. :|

Yes, it is. /:) (Of course, if anyone was like me, they would be odd. :p )
I love your new avatar! :D

Okay, do I need to do a formal apology for all the skimming that I did? (I still had a long post. :P)

Mort'reve all!

Hello everyone! I trust we're all in good health? Well, I've been having a crazy day! My school is in full swing now, which means I've started Latin up again! Yay! :D

Ok, time to say "hi" to a few people. :)

MissA!!! Glad you got everything figured out! Uh...yeah--erm--I took the liberty of giving JMoon the brief details on how to be a TAN fan. (ok, that sounded funny).

malkah! I'm doing my first competition this Saturday. I'm really excited. I think it's going to be a lot of fun. :)

Aiden, I have a question! Do you prefer to be called Aiden or NN95?? I just don't want you to have to get on NW every day and go "Oh, great! Ruby called me Aiden again...I really hate that name." Ya know...
By the way, how has everything been going?

DTR, I've really been wanting voice lessons recently, especially since all my siblings seem to be getting annoyed with my croaking--er--singing. Just ask JMoon. :p

poggin!!! So good to see you on the square! hugs :) How have you been doing??

Ah, yes! Squishing bugs is always fun! Though, I don't like squishing big ones...they make a mess and they're harder to clean up.

Moon!!! 8-| Stop trying to be so humble!!! After all, weren't you the one who wrote the book The Four Most Humblest People in The World and How I Met The Other Three??? ;)

Well, that's all for now! Time to hand over the laptop!

God bless, all!
