Hello all! *Waves*

;)) I bet! Does it feel weird? And did it hurt having them come off? A younger brother's friend had his come off, and he said encouragingly, "Not to scare you, but it hurt really bad to have them taken off."
Heh heh. ("Thanks") ;)

It does feel a little weird, yeah. Actually, it doesn't hurt that much. Mostly it hurt when they accidentally stabbed/cut my gums, but that's not common. I did, however, take Ibuprofen before I went. So, *shrugs*

HULLO WINTER!
I guess it will count :P ;))

'Ello, Ben! Good, I'm glad it counts. ;)) How have you been?

@ Winter. Long time no see! Glad to know you're still alive! Hope you can start stopping by more regularly. :D

Yeah, I'm glad I'm still alive, too. I hope so, too! I know in two weeks I'll have to take a week off, for VBS, but other than that I should be able to get on frequently. :) And how are things in the Royal Castle? *Offers Vern a large plate of homemade ice cream* Maybe not your favorite, Vern, but we all think it's good. :)

Lucky! I had to wear mine whenever I wasn't eating when I first got my braces off. I only have to wear it at night now, thank goodness.

Currently, I'm wearing mine all the time, because I'm too busy to keep track of how many hours I've been wearing it. Hopefully once we're done with our VBSs I'll be less busy and I'll keep track. :)

Oh, I see winter (about the yellowbooks). I was wondering if that's what they were, just never heard the term before.

Yeah, I've heard it a lot, because we've delivered them two summers in a row, but before than I had no idea what it meant, either. :)

Sorry! Definitely! I've only gotten to see a few episodes, but I really hope to see more soon, it's such a great show!

It's fine, I mess up people's names all the time. :) Do you have a favorite character, yet?

*Waves to Aiden!*

See y'all!

*shuffles in* Weeell, I haven't been in here in awhile. Not for a few long months!
But school has ended! :D Well, sorta. I still have summer math and science. :P I despise math with a burning passion. ;)
So how's everyone been? I've missed you guys.

*tip-toes in nervously*
Hi everyone. It's been way too long..
Right now I'm reasonably depressed because I just found out that VDT isn't releasing in Japan until Feb. 25th 2011. :(( :(( :(( :((
I can't believe it, really. I.. really didn't expect it. I thought a week or two later, at most, but now this. February seems a whole lot further away than December. And the worst part is that it'll be out everywhere else and I'll have to deal with all the hype all over Narniaweb and everywhere else.. *sigh*

*end rant and self-pity*

So, I don't think I'm really in the mood for a catch-up post, all in all. :p I'll give it a go.

Until 10 minutes ago, I was enjoying my first week of school, the sun, and intense humidity. :p How is summer life with everyone? :)

*returns many many many pages*

haha yes I did . So what do you want to talk about now ?

...How depressed I am about VDT's Japan release? :p Nah, um.
Favourite books/authors? Anything you've read recently that you enjoyed?

Neat! Violins are amazing instruments (of course I have a biased opinion, but whatever). And -- I totally understand about the out of tune part. Mine does that sometimes, especially after it hasn't been played for several days.

Yeah, I really like the sound of a violin - it's so.. impossible to describe :p , but then again I can never describe any sound/music.
I tried my friend's the other day and it was a whole lot easier to play than my mum's. :p

I am Liliandapalooza!...

=)) =)) That made me laugh.. and recover just now a little from my discovery. So.. thanks? :p

That's always good! It must be even less than three weeks now, I take it? I hope all is well for you!

School's out. ;) Thank you, and the same to you. :)

*waves to Aslans Country* Hi there! How's everything going?

*waves back* Hi! I'm going to pretend you asked that question 15 minutes ago :p , and say that everything is going very well thanks, I'm having a restful beginning-of-summer. :) Yourself?

*nearly died because she thought she just lost her post #:-s *
must.be.more.careful. ;)

Your right, I don't believe we have. So Hi back! *offers some chocolate chip cookies and milk* Thank you! I try my best with the graphics. I love your current avvie!

*accepts them gratefully* Thank you! (about the avatar)

Today I discovered that we are getting two different exchange students this summer- a 16 year old boy from Spain and a 12 year old girl from Japan.

I honestly don't know how I managed to catch this amidst my very rapid skimming. I think the word "Japan" jumps out at me or something. /:)
But that's awesome! You'll have a great time, I'm sure. :)

*doesn't read the last 2 pages*

Well, would you believe it. Writing this post has somewhat cheered me up! :p
Hope everyone is having a great day! :)

Hey all!
I'm glad that the square is a little more busy now!

lol, well I'm mean to you too so I should be nice as well, occasionally, so here :p .

Thanks! But what is up the the :P face?! ;))

:| [-(

:-s

they are too! How can you say babies aren't good looking?! Show me at least one example of a bad-looking baby!

As soon as my sister get back with out mac (that has all of our photos) I will try to find one of my nephews or nieces newborn pictures, and then send it to you through PM :)

wow that is a lot! :-o :p How many older siblings do you have? Are you one of the youngest in your family?

I have 8 older siblings and three younger :)

Tiana! Glad you see you here!

Mortereve Y'all!!!

*comes in quoting Sid the sloth "what ho! a foe?"* ok yeah not the best thing I could be quoting, but it's going through my head. I watched it yesterday with my brothers.

How's everyone been?

Anyways....I just thought I'd poke my head in here for a moment before I started my day today. I may try to come by again this evening.

lol I love that quote! ;))

If that goes for me also then, I'm doing good :)

I'm glad that you did it is nice you see you (or talk rather) to you!

*waves back* Yeah, I know! It's been WAAAYYY too long! Not bad, thanks! You? Congrats to your sister! (Ditto Mel about being weirded out though :P) That's a great name too!

I'm doing tolerably well myself ;)) :)
Thanks *calls his sister up to tell her Congratulations* She says thanks, and then in a joking tone "wheres the presents?" lol!

Congratulations, Ben! (And lots more to your sister and brother-in-law, if they won't be weirded out by receiving them from random strangers on the internet. :D) Is this your first time being an uncle? (*is pretty sure the answer is 'no' but can't remember for sure*)

Ah I'm so sorry I missed your post! I was catching up in a hurry and did not notice that you said something to me because I was just looking for my name in bold ;))

My sister says a big thank you! And also in a joking tone "wheres the presents?" lol! Yes it is!

'Ello, Ben! Good, I'm glad it counts. ;)) How have you been?

I have been doing good thanks!

Ben: 10? wow! I only have one nephew so far :D

Well I'm sure you will get a lot more in due time ;))

Oh, I'm doing ok I guess... *shrug* Not horrible. :) Today I have violin lessons, tomorrow piano lessons, and on the 5th we're having a 4th of July party at our house. :D So we'll be preparing for that on the 2nd, 3rd and 5th. ;))

Right now I'm reasonably depressed because I just found out that VDT isn't releasing in Japan until Feb. 25th 2011.

Oh man, that's so sad! :( I'm sorry!! :( Is there any chance of them moving up the release date??

Greetings, one and all!

To Miss Rosario, johobbit and Queen Susan: I'm glad you like my book! (I do, too.) Thanks, Djaq, for a lovely, lovely cover! To greenleaf, malkah, and anyone else who wishes to know: my book is a story about the everyday life of three girls who live in a lovely little house. It's sort of my dream book: lots of details and happy things, and no plot. Nobody is going to want to read it, so it won't sell, but I'd like to read it. I write for myself. ;)

*waves to Miss Rosario* You'll have to give me some fodder for a nickname. I'm not good at creating things clean out of the blue.

I have a pretty varied collection of books I read, too. I try to read more literature with depth, but I read mostly for entertainment. But, I do find classic literature entertaining, too. Now, I'm reading several non-fiction books: one about the last Hawaiian princess, one about a family who biked across the United States in the 60s, one about being deaf, written in the early 1900s, and a volume of Anne Morrow Lindbergh's diaries and letters. (Destined always gets mad at me for reading so many books at once, but I do it anyway.)

I like overalls, too! I don't wear them, either. I think I would like to, even though they probably wouldn't look especially well on me. Something like this.

*waves to Winter* How are you? It's been too long since we've talked!

to Valia! What's your internship, etc?

*waves to GtG* Did we ever talk much? I feel like I've forgotten everything since not being here for so long. I know your name so well, it seems I ought to know you. :) What is your preferred nickname?

*waves to greanleaf* It's good to see you, too! Are you enjoying summer?

Mel! *stuffs her own stuffing back into place, to be completely capable of depriving Mel of her stuffing* I would have you know that fashion sense is not the reason I'm fond of Auntie Mel. (However much we all appreciate and envy it.) Though your differences are no doubt great, I'm still rawther fond of both of you.

I think I have my priorities straightened out, but some days it's hard to tell. :p

Likewise! Sometimes it's too much work to actually decide what my priorities are. So I toddle around doing the things I know I have to do (wait—that would be a priority, wouldn't it?) without actively thinking about the end goal. Because, you see I'm not much like Auntie Mel, and I'm a little bit, or rather, a lot bit, lazy.

One never knows exactly what will be of most interest to the person asking the question.

Yes! I never really analyzed my feelings enough to come to a conclusion, but you're right!

Here are a few preliminary pictures of the cloche. (Behold the uneven stitching!) The last shot isn't me. I mean to post more intent and in depth pictures (is there such a thing? I don't think that, if there is, it's what I want...) soon.

My dear, I am counting on you to win the prize at the polo match!!! You simply must. (And you must show me pictures? Please?) That sounds like so much fun! A polo match... *dreams* "What a smashing, positively dashing Spectacle!" I'd love to design something to wear to a polo match. *beams* Can you tell how excited I am? :) I don't wear hats much, either, but I really like to. As to costume design and creation, Destined and other friends have finally convinced me that I must make a dress to wear to the Civil War reenactment and ball, so I'm thinking about that. I don't want to spend too much on the fabric, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to get anything I like without paying an arm and a leg. I think I'd like a day dress in wide, cream and white, vertical stripes. And I have to make a costume for a pioneer rendezvous that I play violin at, with some friends. I was thinking of something like this, (except prettier) with a lace-up vest over a loose blouse and skirt. And if I have the energies and time and money, I'd like a cape, too. (Betsie always wanted a cape.) And, I've been dreaming about a lovely white Regency ball gown. *Betsie finally remembers that she is in fact not writing a book to Mel*

Did you ever share some of your Narnia portraits? You should finish them. *later* Oooh! I like them!! Peter's beard. :) Susan and Lucy are lovely! I really like them!

*waves cheerily to johobbit*

*hugs Queen Susan* You called me Bets! *more hugs* I'm glad you like my blog!
Are you in the middle of Till We Have Faces now? (Since I'm such a blockhead, tell me about The Reading Group, so I don't have to find out for myself.) What do you think of it? C.S.Lewis is superb. But I guess that goes without saying? I read The Great Divorce recently.
I like to sew....
(With johobbit, I'd like to see a picture of your blouse!)

*promptly makes scene* You missed me! :(( ;))

I enjoyed that immensely! :D :D :D I'm ever so sorry I missed you. It won't happen again/for quite some time at least. Promise. ("Cross your heart?") Of course.

To determine what my novel is about, see beginning of present post.
You should finish NaNoWriMo! And you know, if you finished one from a past year, it is really very little cost to publish a book on createspace. It's just like buying a book someone else wrote, except you have to upload it first. ;) I was helping Destined get hers set up last night, and we were talking about it. (It was really fun. I got to boss her around and pretend I know everything.) She wants me to publish my poems (I guess?) and give them to her for her birthday. It would be fun to publish lots of things. Stories you wrote when you were little, letters or notes or something to give to someone....

The first was excellent, and I do believe is now my favorite Austen.

:D Isn't it lovely? Such a quietly beautiful, romantic story.

Yes yes yes!!! It makes me so content and glad. I saw the (let me see) 95 version, and really liked it. I think Anne Elliot was cast perfectly. I didn't like Captain Wentworth that much, but I'm not sure. I'd have to see it again. I think I am rather fond of Bath.

*skims blatantly and shamelessly*

*maybe a tiny bit shamefacedly*

*curtsies munificently to Mr.Knightley and Vern* Everyone curtsies to you, don't they? Except for the men, of course. I don't think they do. (They don't, right?)

daughter of the King: Hello! I'm Betsie, and I'm going to call you Dot, because I like that name. Or I might call you Dotty, (with no disrespect to your high intelligence) because I like that name, too. You can talk to me, and I will listen.

*waves to Tiana* How are you? Missed you!

Balustrade the First!

That's me, right? It's been so long since you've been around!

Bwahahaha! He forgot his name!!!

I'm sorry. It's just so much fun to pick on you. (I don't know why.) Perhaps to make me feel superior for being absent for so long? However, your nickname is almost the only one I bequeathed that I remembered without having to think. (In other news, I couldn't remember your real name.) We're all about telling the truth, here.

*waves to poggin* It's been ages! I think we're mutual absentees.

Well, I think that's all. It's been nice talking (too much, in some cases) with y'all!

*is anxious to behold more scenes* If I missed you this time 'round, make one. You'll be noticed especially nicely.

I love embroidering

So do I! I have an outrageous project planned that involves tonnes of embroidery. Actually, I have several plans, but none that I'm working on right now. ;)) My favourite plan is the one for a pale blue A-line skirt embroidered with the book of Jude.

Do you draw greeting cards? Or some other type? Any ideas for an un-birthday card? (i.e. a cooler than the normal "Oops I forgot your birthday" sort. ;)) )

Ti'ana! :) You should convince your sister to post too. And it must be almost a year that you've been with the fire department now?

How have you been?

Busy. :p Just like everyone else, I think. Of course, I'm not as busy as I could be, but even if I wasn't busy I'd still be doing something, so...

Seriously, I've been staying with my grandma for a few weeks, and I'll be going back to her house over the 4th of July weekend. (And maybe while I'm there I can see the Star Wars concert they're advertising all over town!)

;))

*takes a bow for the commercial that everyone seems to have enjoyed* It begged to be brought up. ;)) I wouldn't want to take your job, though, since you've done a fantastic job of promoting Lazarus around here. :)

*waves hello to Poggy* Another absentee returns! :D

My sister says a big thank you! And also in a joking tone "wheres the presents?" lol!

Well, if she really wants a present, I think I have a crocheted baby blanket around somewhere that could use a baby... It's a bit girly, though. ;)

And the worst part is that it'll be out everywhere else and I'll have to deal with all the hype all over Narniaweb and everywhere else.. *sigh*

Awww, that is too bad! I've never understood exactly why they release movies like that. It kind of makes sense for the country that produces the movie to get it first, but then everyone else should get it at the same time.

Nobody is going to want to read it

I don't believe it. You are underestimating the power of curiosity and the fact that some people enjoy happy little books with no plot. ;)) *would be happy with a pdf -- hint hint!*

*thinks that she has been squeezed stuffingless by a re-stuffed Betsie* *flops like a ragdoll* (Note: this is a scene. Not an annoying scene, but a hilarious one. ;) )

Did you say you designed the cloche? I wants it, precious, I does! Sooooooo cute!!! *plans to wear it over milkmaid braids, because she doesn't think her usual bun would fit inside*

My dear, I am counting on you to win the prize at the polo match!!!

That is a tall order. :p Of course, if I could find a huge picture hat smothered in roses and birds nests, I would have it sewn up, but there is a shortage of such items around here. I can't decide if I think a dress like this would be more effective, or if I'd want something '50's and sporty. *feels the crunch of a two week deadline and will likely end up procrastinating until nothing ends up done* Your civil war and pioneer dress sound like lovely projects. That would be a pioneer of the very early American sort, right? I think I actually have patterns for the something similar, though mine are labeled 1800's instead of late 1600's. ;))

Apropos of nothing much, I thought about posting this in the Tolkien thread, but it seems a bit of a tangent. This is really cool. (Yes, model horses. w00t!) Wouldn't a real-size version of that first jump be amazing? (Okay, so I'm biased because it's one of my favourite sets, but... wow! I just wish there was a picture from the front so we could see their faces.) :D

Hello, hello everyone! Yes, I know I lied to you all. I told you that I was going up to see Moonie for a weekend and I stayed up there for a month. Well, the whole event took me by surprise. Perhaps Winty explained this to you or not? Well, if she didn't or if she did and you missed it, I have been up with my sister and grandmother for a month and have just now come home!

My grandmother happens to live on a farm house with no internet access. I don't mind having no internet around. The country is so, so beautiful and we had some very special times together. It was nice being able to stay up there with Moon with her last stretch of a month. And it's even nicer to have almost the entire family at home again and to be home again myself. :)

I'm not going to even try and catch up, though I probably left a lot of good conversations hanging. :(

To all my good friends out there, hugs to all!! I've missed you all so much and it's good to be back. :)

How is everyone doing? Anything exciting or new happened recently?

Hope to catch up with you all as soon as possible! Love y'all!

God bless!

That's great! :D

Nor have I, seeing as how I've been on vacation for the past week and a half.

wow only a week and a half? It felt waaaay longer. That's a compliment btw ;) . Welcome back .

aww, well at least it's fixed .

...How depressed I am about VDT's Japan release? :p Nah, um.
Favourite books/authors? Anything you've read recently that you enjoyed?

aww I'm soooooo sorry for you! :(( :(

Um well I read The Bell at Sealey Head recently which was a lovely lovely book by Patricia McKillip. And I also read The Red Pyramid by Rick Riordan which was pretty good :D . What about you? :)

I honestly don't know how I managed to catch this amidst my very rapid skimming. I think the word "Japan" jumps out at me or something. /:)
But that's awesome! You'll have a great time, I'm sure. :)

;)) . Yeah I'm really excited for her :D .

Thanks! But what is up the the :P face?! ;))

haha, actually, I don't know :p . Does this fix it ? ;)

:-s

As soon as my sister get back with out mac (that has all of our photos) I will try to find one of my nephews or nieces newborn pictures, and then send it to you through PM :)

I have 8 older siblings and three younger :)

wow that is alot! So you are one of the younger ones. I'm the oldest, but I think you know that ;)) .

*waves to GtG* Did we ever talk much? I feel like I've forgotten everything since not being here for so long. I know your name so well, it seems I ought to know you. :) What is your preferred nickname?

I don't think we've ever talked before...maybe on the Books thread ;)) . Nice to meet you, if it is the first time :) . GtG is fine, but I like Ali better :) .

Woke up early; can't sleep; the Town Square was callling :D

At the farm we go to we pick our own snow, snap, and shelling peas. We end up eating as much as we bring home

Exactly. I just bought a huge bag of fresh, local peas in the shell yesterday and have downed many, many already. Love those little guys! ;))

Ugh, daughter of the King, what a drag about your lost post. *also recommends Lazarus* (if you're on Firefox). It's a mahvelous life post-saver! *LOVES Mel's ad for Lazarus (on behalf of L_L and NN)* :)) I am utterly impressed that you found those exact quotes, Mel-y-poo. Fantastic! *continue typing, giggling all the while*

... something like The Honorable Society for Witches Who Are Dead to Stay That Way.

:)) That's a great line! If you don't mind, I just might use that great phrase of yours "Ding Dong, the Witch is dead!" in my sig sometime. I'm surprised no one else has commented on it, as there are certainly many strong feelings here about this subject. :p

"Yellowbook", WinterStar? We have Yellow Pages, which is both an online and hard-copy resource (within the phone book) that lists businesses, etc, under categories.

Mel, your drawing of King Tirian is compelling, particularly with the Stable on the hill. I do find that Tirian, as you portray him, looks akin to EtJ. ;))

*wishes she could participate in the TWHF Reading Group this time 'round, but can't for lack of time* Enjoy, those of you who are! :)

*gives a big, cheery wave to Queen Susan. Lady Courage and Liberty* (I see there are a goodly number of Welcomes for you, QS. Have fun! :D)

Well, PrinceCor, at least you're still able to get on here once a week. The Town Square just would not be the same place without dear you and dear Vern. And here I thought you'd have more time since high school graduation. ;))

The chocolate tree is over-ripe? That's because Lady A isn't here a much either. If she were, it'd be picked clean quite a bit less full. ;)

PC, are you planning on taking a full college course load in the fall?

Now, Vern, what shall your treat be today. Let's see ... what about these newts? Or are they too slimy for your liking?

Well, well, here she is! Lady A :D

*Lady Amalthea lingers only long enough to laden her basket with fruit from the chocolate tree.

See, what did I tell y'all? ;)) Note the word 'laden'. ;) Grand to see you here again, dear friend.

GtG, the Monkey Trunks sounds like a lot of fun and challenges. :)

I'm on the next page already (and too lazy to turn back :P), daughter of the King, so I can't recall if Mel linked to the Lazarus website or not, but there 'tis. It's really easy to add and it saves many tears and aggravation over lost posts. Ooh, I like the nickname 'Dot' for you, as well. :) (*nods at Mel, who has abundant levels of creativity.)

So my sister just had a baby on the 24th of June! And guess what she named it?... Edmund!

:D And is the little guy named specifically after Lewis' Edmund? Or does she just like the name aside from that? Congratulations to her and her hubby!

Louise the First, how are all those pets getting along? ;))

Glad to hear about your exchange student, GtG. :) Is he a Narnian fan, by any chance? ;)

As to whether babies are 'good-looking' or not: I find newborns can be kind of pinched, blotchy, and wrinkly, having the appearance of a really old man at times, but once they've begun filling out after a few weeks, then the cuteness starts to show through more. ;))

TIANA!!! Whoa, 'tis grand to see you here, girl! Glad you're keeping busy, but you're surely missed around these parts.

greenleaf23, your colourful post is so pretty. :)

And NN's back from vacation. :D Good to hear you had a lovely time and safe trip. Welcome home! So, do you have a summer job or are you busy with other things?

Our youngest son just got a second job for the summer. His first one he's had since age 13 (marking papers at a tutoring centre), but it's only six hours a week, and at age 17 now, he needed more to save for college/university in a year or two. His new job should be a few evenings a week and weekends, as well as possibly filling in weekdays for those full-timers on holidays, under a wonderful boss (our other son had her as a boss, too), so yeah, that's very good. :)

pogginfan, lovely to have you come by the Square again. :D All the best with that math course this summer. (Ugh.)

Aslans Country, what a shame about Voyage not coming out until February in Japan. What would be the reasoning for that?

And another Square absentee returneth: Ruby! Wow, 'tis wonderful to see you both again. :D Glad you had a good month away. Bet Winter is happy to have you back. :)

*chuckles at Betsie's nickname for 'Dot' (Dotty), and thinks she better stick with the former* ;)) I think of this emoticon 8-} when I read the word 'dotty'. :P

Well, today is Canada Day!!! So, happy day to all you Canadians (of whom there are not many), including me. ;)) And a great July 4th celebration on Sunday to all you folk from the States. Even though our countries have many problems, I am still grateful for the freedom, liberties, and beauty we have here, and thank God for this.

Hey Everyone! Hope you are all doing great!

*comes running up from the bottom of his post* I almost forgot! On July 5th I will be going to Colorado to work out there because my brother has a business out there and it always goes really well in the summer. So me and my Dad are going out there on July 5th and then after a while the rest of my family is coming out as well. But for now they are staying to help my sister (for she just had a baby as most of you know). *goes back down to the bottom of his post*

Well, if she really wants a present, I think I have a crocheted baby blanket around somewhere that could use a baby... It's a bit girly, though. ;)

Haha. I'm sure Edmund would not mind it, and maybe my sister if it was not too girly ;) ;))

*waves to Poggin* Hey! Have not seen/talked to you in a long time! How are you doing?

My grandmother happens to live on a farm house with no internet access. I don't mind having no internet around. The country is so, so beautiful and we had some very special times together. It was nice being able to stay up there with Moon with her last stretch of a month. And it's even nicer to have almost the entire family at home again and to be home again myself. :)

That must have been so much fun! I love the country!

To all my good friends out there, hugs to all!! I've missed you all so much and it's good to be back. :)

If I count as a friend then, to you too ;))

How is everyone doing? Anything exciting or new happened recently?

I'm doing good! And what about you, your ladyship?
Well my sister had a baby! And she named it Edmund! I was very excited about that ;)) .

haha, actually, I don't know :p . Does this fix it ? ;)

Yes thank you .

what?! I can't beat you up over the internet! though maybe in real life... :p

lol You might be able to because I would not fight back :P

oh my gosh I can't believe you wrote that! That is SO mean! I'd have to see it to believe it [-( :-o :p .

Hey! They are the cutest things ever now! But when they were babies is a whole different matter! I'll send it to you through my phone, I was able to get a picture on there. *sends photo* Almost sent... Getting closer... Sent.

wow that is alot! So you are one of the younger ones. I'm the oldest, but I think you know that ;)) .

Yep it is!

:D And is the little guy named specifically after Lewis' Edmund? Or does she just like the name aside from that? Congratulations to her and her hubby!

I asked her when she first started liking Edmund and she said "Ever since I can remember". So I think she liked it before she read the books but she liked it better when she read them.
Thanks for the congratulations! I will pass them on! :) *comes back* She said Thanks :)

See you all later on after work! ohhhhh! I forgot something! *runs to the top of his post and writes something*...*comes back down*

Hello everybody!

I have two tests next week, so I've been studying and haven't had time to get on.

Congratulations Benjamin! New nephews are always exciting.

If I had the choice, I think it'd do it the other way around; and develop an ad that works well on the radio, and then adapt it for TV...

That is a splendiferous idea. I think most ads would make the transition better going from radio to TV instead of the other way around. You like audio dramas? So do I. They're marvelous on long car rides (or any other time).
I still haven't come up with any questions for you to ask me, have I? Let's see........you could ask me what the answer is to life, the universe, and everything, but of course I would say the answer is 42. You could ask me what I'm doing this summer, but you already know that. You could ask me what my favorite color is and I would say I like pinks and purples. You could ask what color my eyes are and I would say they're blue. You could ask me what plays I have been in and I would say A Christmas Carol and Act Three, Scene Five. How's that for a start? :)

what kind of books do you like to read?

All kinds! Except horror. I especially like fantasy (if it's written well), and mysteries.
I'm sorry about your tooth. My brother once cracked three teeth, and it was no fun.

Hello Betsie! I think I like Dot better, but Dotty is nice too (it reminds me more of the name Dorothy than anything else, so unlike jo, I don't think of this when I see it: 8-} ). Your book sounds lovely; I'd like to read it.

If you don't mind, I just might use that great phrase of yours "Ding Dong, the Witch is dead!" in my sig sometime.

Please do! I don't mind at all. :)
Thank you for the link. I shall have to try it.

Hi hi! :D :p

Exactly. I just bought a huge bag of fresh, local peas in the shell yesterday and have downed many, many already. Love those little guys! ;))

;)) yum!

GtG, the Monkey Trunks sounds like a lot of fun and challenges. :)

they were! Were going to try and go again next year with some friends :D .

Glad to hear about your exchange student, GtG. :) Is he a Narnian fan, by any chance? ;)

and you know I would know how? ;) Yes he is a Narnia fan, but not a very big one. He has all the books but he's only read 5 of them (though that is more than most people ;)) ).

Yes thank you .

;)) ok, good .

lol You might be able to because I would not fight back :P

why, b/c I'm a girl? :p

Hey! They are the cutest things ever now! But when they were babies is a whole different matter! I'll send it to you through my phone, I was able to get a picture on there. *sends photo* Almost sent... Getting closer... Sent.

Your nephew was soo cute! I think all babies are adorable, so there :p .

Yep it is!

so you have 11 kids in all in your family? There's a family at our church with 12, and one with 11, and two with 10. We have pretty big families at our church, seeing as ours is one of the smallest ;)) .

Fun about you going to Colorado, but I already knew that :p . Man, I wish you had the time to come up here and paint our house. My dad says we have to do it before our next exchange student comes and he says he doesn't want to have a painting party b/c then no work gets done so we'll have to do it aaall by ourselves :( :p .

*waves to DotK* How are you? :)

TTFN :)
