*pops into the Square again* Mortereve all!

Happy belated birthday, PrinceCor! :D Sounds like you had a wonderful day!

*waves back to Aslans Country* Hello! :) Nice to meet you, too! I am Narnia Girl, but you may call me NG or Lucy. :D How are you?

*waves back to NN95* Hey! It's great to be back! How are you doing? Anything exciting going on for you? :D

*waves to Queen Susan, Bella, and Valia*

Hi Jojo! Thank you! Yup...I still love National Treasure as much as ever. :D How are you?

*sends a hug to malkah* Hey, that's cool about your interview with Chick-fil-A! :D I have a friend who works there and really enjoys it.

Well, I think I'll head out now. I need to work on finishing rereading The Two Towers...and then perhaps listen to some music or something. Have a lovely Saturday, everyone! :)

Good Mortereve everyone! :) I hope everyone has been having a pleasant day, I have had a good one for the most part so far. :)

FF: Ah yes, it is more then Legos. ;)) They have robots they have to program, and they're given a topic (This year was transportation) where they had to find a problem and find a solution to the problem. They chose something to do with trains and train batteries, recharging them, etc. :) Programming the robot is WAY beyond me. Not sure how they do it. :p They build "attachments" out of Legos and have to knock down or not knock down certain things on the "tables". ;)) It's a bit complicated. :p

Ahh, okay! It sounds fun, but I agree, it sounds way beyond me too! ;)) But good for your brothers to be able to do something like that! :)

How are you? :)

I'm surviving. A little stressed, a little sick, a little tired, but surviving. :) And how are you?

Are you feeling better now? I hope so! I'm pretty good, dealing with some things but all in all it's been okay. :) God is with me! :)

actually no, I saw The Rocket Summer, not Deas Vail. Bryce Avary is The Rocket Summer and his wife's name is Tara :) . She's not in his band though, it's just him :p . I do wish I talked to Laura though :p . I would LOVE to see them in concert :D .

Oh right! #-o ;))

I probably do have something of the sort. But I think that it's finally getting better. I hardly cough at all anymore. Thank you for all your concerns! :)

Oh good! :) How are things going for you in the other areas of your life? :)

I'm about the same, busy but still good. I think the lovely spring weather helps keep things "good". :) Thanks so much for your prayers!! I really appreciate them.

You're very welcome, dear friend! Any time! :) :) Yes, the spring weather certainly does help things, doesn't it? :) It's hard to believe it's May already! *gasp* This year is...going by very fast!!

Thank you for the well-wishes, Fanny!

You're welcome! How is school going for you, and everything else? :) I presume you're almost done with school for this year? :)

Ah, not bad!

Yes! :) I was amazed at the price I was able to get it at, and it was worth the $20.00 or so. I'm not sure I would have spent the $50.00 on it unless I was quite sure that I would like it.

I see. :) I've only seen Series 1, and am now watching it through again, but I'm going the cheap-o way and watching the episodes on YouTube... so I have to wait for Series 2 to be uploaded before I can start it. ;))

;)) Well, it's always nice to watch something again, eh? Often times when watching or reading something again I pick up on little things that I missed when I viewed it the first time. :)

Great! :D Ahhh, we hadn't even thought of Guy...good idea! We'd love for you to be him! :)

Huzzah! :D So I just put that in my sig? Okay! :)

How was your birthday? Did you have a good one?

*peeks shyly into the Square* Hello, guys! Does anyone remember me? It's been ages since I've been in here.

Oooh, I remember you! :) *waves* How are you?

I have a week off schoool!!
Yes, in my current state of life, that is cause for such celebration. :p

Hurray! :) :)

Not much else is going on, except that I had an interview for a job at Chick-fil-a yesterday! :) I think it went well, although I won't know if I'm hired for awhile. Prayer would be very much appreciated. :)

Oooh, cool! I shall definitely be praying! And I hope you get the job! :) The Food Industry is fun one in which to be employed! *polishes shiny "Official Member of the Food Industry" badge* ;) Ahem. Let us know how it goes!

*waves to Fanny*!! How've you been? :) And I must say, your avatar is lovely! Do you like that Mansfield Park version too?

I have been pretty good, thanks! :) & Thank you! :) Yes, I really do like that version of Mansfield Park, I think it was the best one out of the two I've seen, even if the rest of my Austen loving members of my family think it was dry and boring. >_>

Same here! :) I love Guy's character, although I don't really like him. ;) It's that sort of negative liking where you are very glad you don't know this person in real life, but their character draws you in and you can't look away...

Yes, very true!

No, I haven't seen Series 3 yet, have you? :)

Well, I should be off. I must go make lunch. Cheers all! :)

How is everyone this lovely mortereve?

I see you're back to your usual early-morning posts, Narnia Girl!

*waves back to NN95* Hey! It's great to be back! How are you doing? Anything exciting going on for you? :D

I'm doing splendidly, thanks! Anything exciting? Well, next Thursday and Friday our homeschool group is putting on the play Little Women that we've been working on for about five months.

Yes! :) I was amazed at the price I was able to get it at, and it was worth the $20.00 or so. I'm not sure I would have spent the $50.00 on it unless I was quite sure that I would like it.

Yeah, that's a great deal! So, you'd never seen the series when you bought the boxed set? I definitely agree that $50 would be a risky purchase is you weren't sure you were going to like it.

;)) Well, it's always nice to watch something again, eh? Often times when watching or reading something again I pick up on little things that I missed when I viewed it the first time. :)

Oh, definitely! I'm getting so much more of the story this time through.

*chuckles at the quote in F2 sig* Have you finished Season 4, yet? :)

Mortereve!!!

My birthday was GREAT! :D We had a lot of fun! And everyone on NarniaWeb made it so much better!!!
For those of you who are interested (and maybe some of you who are not :P ), the main thing I did on Thursday was get my ears pierced. flambeau did as well! :D ;)) So, yeah... ;))

Now, I shall catch up...

"It's a 'who'. Edward Laboule. Where's the phone?"

"I don't know. I can't find anything in this mess."

"Come on, Romeo, get outta here." NT1 (Well, it fits as well as mine... ;)) )

"Sorry to be Johnny Raincloud, but as far as I can see, we're still trapped down here." NT1. (we'll just call it even. ;)) )

Blah, I give up. You win. ;) :P (This is a first! ;)) )

Whoa! :-o This is a first! It's too much work to disagree so much anyway. ;) ;))

Naw, go ahead and listen to them all! BTW, I read that paper on music. It's very good! Thanks again for scanning/sending it. :)

I have no idea when I'll get a chance to listen to them, but I think I'll listen to the most recent ones first and then, if I have extra time at some point, I'll listen to the others. That way, we will have something to discuss. :) ;))
Good! :) I'm glad you liked it!

lol, I see. Yeah, I'll bet you can. MerlinJunkie has started uploading Season 2, so I'll start watching it when I finish watching through Season 1 again. :D

Yay! :D What episode are you on in season 1 right now?

If you love all the colors, why didn't you color them again in the quote? :P lol, you should have seen what it looked like all written out in my post with all the color codes. ;))

Hah! :P I could have copied it from your post if I had clicked "quote", but I just didn't. And, wow! That is a lot of codes! ;)) How did you do it?

Too-tut-too! A little Miss of the Square has herself a celebration today!! :D HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DJAQ!! :-! I ordered a clown to come entertain you: :o) **snicker**
I hope your cake makes you drool!! =p~ **teehee**
And I hope you have a simply all-around fantastic day! :-bd It's a beautiful day for a birthday here...I hope it's there too! :D

Thank you, Jojo!!! Hahaha, the clown was very entertaining; thank you! ;) It was a fantastic day! It was a beautiful day, in terms of weather too! (very windy though. ;) )

Aye, it's absolutely superfantastical to see your avatar. (There we go! I get to "see" the avatar!)

Ah, yes! It is splendid to see your avatar as well!! :D :P (it really is. For it is beeeautiful! As is your sig! *sigh* Mr. Knightley! ;)) )

I do too. Jack's face is soooooo stern. LOL! "Do not cough, Earnest. When one is dictating, one must speak clearly and not cough." :))

lol, yeah! "One should always have something sensational to read in the train." :)) ;)

*gasps* Lucy??? You're back!! We've missed you!

Today's Djaq's birthday? :D Happy birthday, Djaq!! Hope you're having a fantastic day!

Thank you very much! My day was lovely!

I'm getting braces on my teeth next week. *moans* Not looking forward to it...

Aww! :( I hope that it goes well! You have had braces before, correct?

Thank you And Happy Birthday!

Quite welcome! Aww, thank you very much! :D
How are you doing?

For anyone with whom I was discussing our play, the two performances are a week from last night and tonight, and, despite not being officially labeled as such, tonight we be sort of a "final draft". Pretty much a dress rehearsal, but we won't have quite all of our props and such. Next Tuesday is the real dress rehearsal, and then the play! :D

That's great! :D It's getting so close! Are you nervous? (I'm sure you've been asked that question several times )

Yay! You made it!! :D Cookies? Homemade?? You really shouldn't have, but who am I to say no? ;) :p *samples one of the cookies* Oh wow... I'm going to have sugar overload by tonight if people keep bringing great desserts... :p

:D I'm sorry to add to the already sugar-filled day, but we thought you would like them. :D ;) I'm glad they have your approval!

*opens his present from Djaq* Oh, a... dress? :- No, wait, it's.... The Apron. :-o *holds it up in-front of himself* So, you and Sweeet actually went through with it, eh? Well, thank you. *bows*

*Marvelous job, Djaq! It's so.... Cor! :) ;) *

Yes, we knew we couldn't let you down after we had said that we were going to give you one! :D ;) Notice that we decided against the ruffle... :P
Thank you, Vern! I'm very happy to hear that you approve! ;)

And Dee, yesterday. I didn't manage to get in here in time yesterday. :P

That's totally fine! :P You posted in the happy birthday thread and that was sweet! :D ;)

*waves to King Lune and the lovely Lady A*

*waves to Bella and Joe as well*

Ah, sorry you're sore. :p I get that if I do such activity for a long time as well. :p

I actually ended up not being very sore. :P My legs hurt really bad all that night (resulting in me not getting much sleep ;)) ) and the next morning, but I'm completely fine now. ;))

*laughs at the Ruby-Winter post* Great job crashing the party, girls! :D ;)

Valia!! *sends a back*

Firstly, Happy Birthday (a day late) to Djaq and Happy Birthday to Cor! :D/ Whoo-hoo! Hope you had/are having fantastic days! :D

Thank you!! :D

I'm glad to hear that! :) Are you babysitting your nephews and nieces, or other families? Are you done with school soon?
Hmm, everything's going pretty well! As I said at the top of my post, I'm hoping to start working at Chick-fil-a! :D Other than that...there's quite a few things that are ending or need to be, so I've been busy with that. :)

I've been mostly babysitting for other families, but last Saturday, I helped out with my nephews and nieces. :)
Yes! I am still doing a couple subjects in school, but I'm mostly finished! :)
I hope that you get the job at Chick-fil-a! It seems like a really good place to work! :D

Wow, Aiden, you posted late! ;))

Huzzah! :D So I just put that in my sig? Okay! :)

How was your birthday? Did you have a good one?

Yep! That's all there is to it! :D

My birthday was excellent!! :D *points to the top of her post* That's about the only "big" thing I did. :)

I think I have completed my ketchup... I skimmed a lot so I hope I didn't miss anything. :-s

3:-O Hey! Well--tomorrow we're having the whole church over after--well, church. ;)) Then the day after that I get braces. :p And 2 days after that there's a surprise birthday party for our Pastor... He was born 5/5/55, and now he's turning 55, so.. yeah. ;)) Then the next day is piano, 2 days later we're having a sewing class at our house, the next day we're going to my Grandparents for Mother's Day after church, two days later our Foreign Exchange student is coming, the next day is violin lessons, and the list goes on. May is a hugely busy month for us. :p :D

Mortereve, all!

Well, well... how have all have you been? Enjoying another weekend? I definitely am. It's time to collapse in a heap and catch up on some much-deprived sleep. :) ;))

For those of you who are wondering about my hand (and those of you who are not), we finally went to a hand specialist last Thursday. Apparently, I partially tore a ligament... #-o They made me a splint, and I have to wear it for three/four weeks at least. ;) So yes, we'll see what happens! I hope it heals soon, as I have a five-day music camp coming up that I really want to participate in!

Eh, Ruby, that sounds quite a bit like me. Be sure to get lots of sleep this weekend!

Nick: Is it mandatory that you participate in these play-things? ;)) If so, I kinda pity you... I think it could be loads of fun to do something like that, but not if I had a part I hated. And anyway, I'm a terrible actress. :p

It sounds like your group performs very well, though! That's awesome. :-bd

*chuckles* "The Club of the Busy-bodies"? Hehe, Jojo, that just makes us sound like several Rachel Lyndes. ;)) Whoo-hoo, what a comforting comparison. :p

Well, I suppose I could understand that. Raising your own chickens is far better than buying the meat from the store, at least.

Oooh, a belated Happy birthday to Djaq! I hope you had a splendid celebration! :D

And congrats on getting your ears pierced!

Hullo, Narnia Girl! It's good to see you again!

Oho, and you're getting braces? Eek, I'm sorry. *is glad to be finished with hers for good* Do you know how long you'll have them on?

Congratulations on your week-off from school, Aslans Country! I wouldn't mind that, either... ;))

*waves back* Thank you :) And you too.
I see. Too many namessss!!!! :-o :-o
Just kidding. You must excuse my strangeness.

Well... perhaps I was a bit too overwhelming there... ;)) Hehe. Well, welcome to the club! I don't think there are too many SquareOnions who can truthfully say they don't have even a trace of weirdness in them. ;) :p

Aww, it seems that I missed Cor's birthday celebration. ;) How disappointing. Ah well, the refreshments looked delicious!

And, as I'm afraid I have no other gift to offer, will a hug suffice? ;)) HAPPY [belated] BIRTHDAY! I hope you had a wonderful time! (And do post a picture of you wearing that apron sometime!) ;))

Eek, Mr. Lune. It seems maybe you should test-light the cake next time. ;)

LOL, Djaq, what a present. ;)) Love it!

*hugs Valia* Good luck on your finals!

I'm sure you'll do wonderfully! Are you playing it from memory? Ah, I see. I've heard of Bériot, but not that particular piece, I think. Is it a slower tempo? I'll have to try and find a recording! :)

Well... yes, I would be playing it by memory. And... oho, ohh no. ;)) It's insanely and suicidally fast. ;))

I'm praying! I know how painful and frustrating hand injuries are...especially when you're trying to get ready for a music recital. Is it feeling any better? Have you been to the specialist yet?

Thank you so much! Well... no, it's not really much better yet. We saw a hand specialist last Thursday, and apparently I partially tore a ligament. ;) So I have to wear a splint for three/four weeks... which basically erases all hope of being able to perform the concerto. :( We'll see, though. :)

You're welcome! How is school going for you, and everything else? :) I presume you're almost done with school for this year? :)

It's going all right, thank you! :) I still have roughly three weeks of school remaining, but... I'll manage! ;)) How about you? Life going well? :)

Annnd.... I believe that concludes my catchup post! Have a lovely Sunday, all! And, for those of you [like myself] who are still in school... well, yeah. Enjoy! ;))

*waves to everyone not mentioned in this post* Tchau!

EDIT: And goodness, this is random, but have you ever seen such a cute emoticon as this? :o3 *melts* So cute! ;))

Hello all! *Waves*

*waves back to Winty*

I like your graphics!! You're using them, so I take it you liked them? :)

No, I hate them, I'm just using them to be nice. ;)

*waves back to Winter* 'Ello!

Hello! How are you?

Yes, we're all overrun with schoolwork, but this is the home stretch, eh? I have about three or four weeks left. ¿Y tú? ;))

Yeah, I guess. That's good. Assuming you repeated my earlier question, I'm going to say I have about three weeks left.

Winter: Doing pretty well, thanks. :) Things could be better and worse. ;)) I'm looking forward to finishing Algebra 2 in a week or so. ;)) Violin lessons today... Etc.

That's good. :) I am really looking forward to finish Algebra 1, in three weeks. Have you read any good books lately?

Jojo!!! I haven't "seen" you in forever!

*pounces on Winty* Welcome back! :D

Thanks!!
Happy Belated Birthday!

*waves to Winty* :-h How are you? You're doing Script Frenzy, right? How's that going? :)

I'm good. And you? Well, actually, I ran out of time and we only have 28 pages....

*chuckles, unsurprisingly, at the splendiferously funny Ruby-Winter post, as always!*

I'm glad you found it amusing! The question remains, is the Royal Family irked at us for crashing the party? :-ss ;)

Ruby and Winter (you two are hilarious!)

Thank you! I think...

Are you feeling better now? I hope so! I'm pretty good, dealing with some things but all in all it's been okay. :) God is with me! :)

Yes, I am, actually! That's so comforting, knowing that God is with us, that is. Makes me feel so much better even when my plate is still insanely full.

*laughs at the Ruby-Winter post* Great job crashing the party, girls! :D ;)

Thank you!

Mortereve everyone! :)

First of all, happy belated birthday to Cor and Djaq :D ! I trust you both enjoyed yourselves :) . Sorry I wasn't on here, I had a very busy weekend- slept over someone's house on Friday and auditioned for a musical on Saturday and then had someone over and then today we had church and then walked around Boston. My poor feet were not expecting along walk and I'm afraid ballet flats are not good shoes to walk around a city with. I have three blisters on my feet :( . Oh well...

That's good to know! I think I'm finally getting over my cold too. :)

What have you been up to lately?

good :) .

Read the first paragraph ;) .

@ Ali. I think it's relatively easy to find a DVD copy of it. Hope you can get one soon!

Me too, and money with which to buy it :p .

Yeah, a lot of new people lately, and some oldies as well. :) Ben can just keep painting. ;))

:)) Well I suppose he could, but it's nice to have him around- I miss his cheery, Much-like self :p .

So are you and Dani still talking about war? :p

Glenstorm (The Great ;) ) I had no idea who the "real" Great One was either 'til that wiki link. LOL! Thanks for enlightening me, Fanny! Lol...

Lol ;)) . Oh, btw, do you have a nickname I could use? :)

Hmm, I have heard of them but I haven't looked up any of their music. Are they good?

Yes they are quite good. I like them just as much as Celtic Women. I can give you some song reccomendations if you wish :p .

I see that you have found some. You look great! ;) I love the sig you're using!

Lol thanks ;)) . Me too! Your sister's work- she's quite a fantastic graphic artist, as are you :) .

Ah.. I see. I.. think? *tries to get her brain around the paragraph above* :p

sorry, I'm not very good at explaining things :p . Basically the deluxe edition is only available on iTunes, but all it has is that extra song. You can buy the song on Amazon MP3 however. Oh and it's a cover song, as in something he didn't write himself, just re-recorded. Understand now? :p

I'm sorry you were/are feeling sick! :( Those spring colds are nasssty. I hope you're feeling better now? :)

From my cold, yes, but I'm suffering from my outdoor allergies now :| :p .

The concert sounds like fun! :D Was he touring with anyone else? And I've just started listening to some of his music, but I like what I've heard! :) What are your favorites of his songs?

the opening band was Hot Chelle Rae. He was preforming with different bands at each concert though, except Hot Chelle Rae preformed at each one, just at some local band(s) would preform sometimes as well. Oh good I love his music! I am known for having a huge load of favorite songs, so prepare yourself :p

A belated Happy Birthday to Prince Cor.

A welcomer is one who--welcomes people when they first join the forum.

Ah yes.. that would make sense. :p *searches for a smacking-head-with-hand icon and discovers that there isn't one*

Welcome to the Square! My name's malkah or Mal; I hope you drop by often!

Thank you. :)

Hello! Nice to meet you, too! I am Narnia Girl, but you may call me NG or Lucy. How are you?

I'm doing great thanks, and you? I'm trying to remember, is your avatar from National Treasure? I love that movie, but it's forever since I've seen it. What I'm trying to say is, it's awesome. ;)

I need to work on finishing rereading The Two Towers...

Ahh.. that totally just reminded me of my ongoing resolve to reread LOTR.. :p

How are you doing?

Great thanks, you?

Well... perhaps I was a bit too overwhelming there... Hehe. Well, welcome to the club! I don't think there are too many SquareOnions who can truthfully say they don't have even a trace of weirdness in them.

It's no problem, I just need to pick one, right? :p ;)
Hmm.. I really need to go look up somewhere, what exactly, if any, meaning, the phrase "SquareOnions" carries. I keep seeing it :p

sorry, I'm not very good at explaining things . Basically the deluxe edition is only available on iTunes, but all it has is that extra song. You can buy the song on Amazon MP3 however. Oh and it's a cover song, as in something he didn't write himself, just re-recorded. Understand now?

You did fine at explaining, my brain just wasn't ready to take it in. ;) :p
I get it now, thanks. :) ;)

And I just have to laugh at your list of TRS songs, because (I think) you listed every single song on Of Men & Angels. =)) :p

"I don't know. I can't find anything in this mess."

So, that's the end of this section, if I'm not mistaken, but we can go on to the conversation between Abigail and Mitch. I can't remember how that starts, so if you want to go on you'll have to start it. ;))

"Sorry to be Johnny Raincloud, but as far as I can see, we're still trapped down here." NT1. (we'll just call it even. ;)) )

Actually, I just finished it last night. But, for some reason, MerlinJunkie has only uploaded the first episode of season two, and the last three parts of the last episode. Weird!

Hah! :P I could have copied it from your post if I had clicked "quote", but I just didn't. And, wow! That is a lot of codes! ;)) How did you do it?

Actually, I don't think even clicking the quote button retains the formatting. Well, it was pretty easy to do by pressing the "font color" button.

That's great! :D It's getting so close! Are you nervous? (I'm sure you've been asked that question several times )

Am I nervous? Well, sitting here in front of my computer I'm not nervous. I think the time most people are nervous is the few seconds right before they go onstage.

Wow, Aiden, you posted late! ;))

Yeah, I know! Fortunately, it was a Friday night and I didn't have to get up for anything.

Nick: Is it mandatory that you participate in these play-things? ;)) If so, I kinda pity you... I think it could be loads of fun to do something like that, but not if I had a part I hated. And anyway, I'm a terrible actress. :p

Yeah, it's pretty much mandatory. Especially since our whole family has a lot to do with the technical aspect of things every year, and since everyone in the homeschool group is a part of it, it would be strange if we didn't participate.
Anyway, we all have to learn to do things we don't enjoy. But, when I have a part I enjoy, it's a blast!

It sounds like your group performs very well, though! That's awesome. :-bd

Yeah, we've got a great bunch of people!

Yeah, I guess. That's good. Assuming you repeated my earlier question, I'm going to say I have about three weeks left.

Yup, you said it in French (I'm assuming); I said it in Spanish. Three weeks isn't bad! :)

:)) Well I suppose he could, but it's nice to have him around- I miss his cheery, Much-like self :p .

So are you and Dani still talking about war? :p

Yeah, true; I do, too.

I think so... ;)) Though we'd certainly be willing to jump back to creation and evolution.

Have a splendid day, all!

*skips into the Square, humming "The One I'm Dying For" by the Isaacs* Hello, all! How is everyone on this lovely Tuesday morning? I just watched the Ella Enchanted movie yesterday. I was a little disappointed in it - it was a little cheesy and predictable, and it strayed so far from the book! Still, it was a pretty good movie.

On to ketchup now...

FF! Good to see you! *waves back* I'm doing wonderful, thanks! How are you? :D

NN95, ooh, that sounds cool about the Little Women play! What part are you playing in it?

Thanks, Djaq! Yes, I have had braces before, but only on four of my top teeth. This time I'm getting them on all my teeth...
Oh, and that is SO cool that you and flam got your ears pierced!! :D Congrats!

*waves back to QS* Hi! Oh, I see that you're getting braces. Ow! I'm getting mine on Thursday. Hope everything went well for you!

Hello, Miss Rose! Nice to see you too! :) Thanks. No, I'm not sure how long I'll have to wear my braces...I'll have to ask my orphodontist. Hopefully not too long...
How are you doing? Do you have anything exciting going on?

AslansCountry: Yes, my avatar is from National Treasure. :D It's of Riley. Yeah, I'm a big fan of it too! Have you seen National Treasure 2 as well?

Well, I'd better work on some more schoolwork right now, so mortereve all!

*enters the square with a headache*

Note to Self: Discussing freedom of speech with older sister is not a good idea, especially when said discussion continues on until 2 AM. (-|

Anyway, I have catch up today and a fast catch up post to make before I run off to complete my school and get ready for classes!

Yep, we have a chocolate tree! :D It's just a little away from the fountain over there. *points*

*squees with delight and then runs to the chocolate tree where she proceeds to munch on chocolate*

Many thanks! Chocolate is the best. ;)

That's where I've really not thought about it too much. I suppose I really couldn't say what I thought would be a good reason for war. I agree with your thoughts, though. This is something I should formulate more of an opinion on. ;))

I suggest reading C.S. Lewis' essay "Why I Am Not A Pacifist" from his book Weight of Glory. It's really thought-provoking and helpful. Did I suggest it already? I can't remember. :P

Our Rhetoric class is having a formal debate tomorrow on the topic "freedom of speech". I'm on the affirmative side and my sister's on the negative side. I'm sort of looking forward to it and kind of dreading it. The topic's a lot trickier than I thought and it's not a topic I would have suggested for a debate, but ah well.

Hey! :) Yeah, Mom is suggesting taking some ibuprofen before we get braces. :p I've never taken any pain relievers or anything in my life before. /:) I'm sure it'll be fine... I'll just have to break my record. :(( ;) Just kidding.

Really? I don't take pain relievers regularly, but I have taken them a lot. Especially in the summer when it's so hot, I get headaches. And I get smacked in the head with flying footballs, but that's another matter.

I'm sorry you'll have to break you're record. Even though it's not a "big deal", record's are so fun to have, especially with things like pain reliever when pretty much everyone has probably taken something of the sort in their life. :P

*waves to JoJo* How are you, dearie?

Haha! That is a very noble thing, I'm sure, but I'm not so sure that she appreciates it. ;) :P

Yes, and she's actually very good about helping me clean up and our room is usually in pretty good order. :)

It seems I missed your birthday. :( Do you take late well wishes? Or are the shipping fees extremely high when you're late?

*waves to Narnia Girl* It seems like it's been such a long time since you were on here! Good to see you! How are you doing?

Thanks :) Great, I love nonsense. ;)

Hurray! Good to see you on here!! :)

Thanks. :D (I still can't get over how creepy this smiley is)
TAN+Narnia=perfect. :p
Less thank 2 weeks left. ;)

The lyrics are a perfect combination with the Christian allegory of Narnia! :) I'm so excited about the new album!! One of my older sisters is buying the album for my mom for Mother's Day, but I'll probably snag it onto my computer.

I love the smilies on Narnia Web!! I've never seen cuter smilies. :D <-- This one is a little creepy, but it's still funny. :P

*returns the hug* It's lovely to see you too! :) Everything's going fairly well, thank ye! I've been busy finishing school and piano and getting ready for graduation. How about you? What have you been up to? :)

Graduation sounds exciting!! Is this high school or college graduation? I assumed high-school. :P I'm finishing up school as well, only I won't be graduating for two more years. I've been a little stressed with trying to figure out schedules and school plan for this summer and next school year. But overall, it's been going really well. :)

I hope your graduation goes well! Are you looking forward to it?

Oh good! :) How are things going for you in the other areas of your life? :)

School and dance has been going great. I'm a little stressed about music, though. I'm finishing high school in two years and I don't feel like I have the experience or the talent to make music my profession. My schedule is going to be packed next school year, which I'm excited and a little worried about. I'm sure it will all turn out well. :) How are you doing?

You're very welcome, dear friend! Any time! :) :) Yes, the spring weather certainly does help things, doesn't it? :) It's hard to believe it's May already! *gasp* This year is...going by very fast!!

I know! I'm still getting used to the fact that it's 2010! :P It's all going by too fast in my opinion. I'm looking forward to the summer, where hopefully things will slow down a bit. :)

Eh, Ruby, that sounds quite a bit like me. Be sure to get lots of sleep this weekend!

I know I got a lot of sleep this past weekend, which was lovely! But I'm going to have a lot more "catching up" to do when this week is over. We have a formal debate in class. *chews finger nails nervously* My sister and I are on opposing teams, which I'm sort of/not sort of happy about.

I hope you get lots of sleep too!!

And goodness, this is random, but have you ever seen such a cute emoticon as this? :o3 *melts* So cute!

SO ADORABLE! I need to learn how to make that face to my parents... ;) :P

No, I hate them, I'm just using them to be nice. ;)

You're so nice, Winty. :) :P ;)

Ali, blisters are no fun!! Sounds like you've been busy! I hope your feet feel better soon. :)

Well, I must be running now! Things to do and places to be and a lot of laundry to wash today. :P

God bless, everyone!

Mortereve all!

NN95, ooh, that sounds cool about the Little Women play! What part are you playing in it?

Yeah, it's neat. I'm playing John Brooke.

I suggest reading C.S. Lewis' essay "Why I Am Not A Pacifist" from his book Weight of Glory. It's really thought-provoking and helpful. Did I suggest it already? I can't remember. :P

Thanks, I'll have to check it out. No, you didn't suggest it already. :)

Sounds fun! I also see at the top of your post you debated with your sister on this topic till 2 am! That sounds like something I would do. Let me know how the debate goes.

Tonight's the dress rehearsal for our play! Mortereve all!

Miss Rosa: Oh, sorry about your hand :( Hope it heals fast! I'll pray for that. :)

Have you read any good books lately?

Hm... well, last week I re-read Ella Enchanted in less then 24 hours probably. :p (And had a night's worth of sleep and did some school besides.) ;)) I'm reading Sherlock Holmes...kind of. :p Other then that, not really... How about you?

*searches for a smacking-head-with-hand icon and discovers that there isn't one*

Yeah, I thought there was one, but I can't find it either! :p

Oh, I see that you're getting braces. Ow! I'm getting mine on Thursday. Hope everything went well for you!

Oh really? Wow! Yeah, got 'em yesterday... I've taken 2 ibuprofens so far... My teeth are rather "sore". :p My bro says in a week and a half I might be able to chew again. :p
Not to make you dread them or anything... *cough* Sorry. :p

And I get smacked in the head with flying footballs, but that's another matter.

Even though it's not a "big deal", record's are so fun to have, especially with things like pain reliever when pretty much everyone has probably taken something of the sort in their life.

Thanks for sympathizing. ;))
Heh, I've had the football thing happen... :p Not the most fun event. ;))
Yeah. ;)) It was pretty nice to have never taken one. :p And I probably wouldn't've except Mom said to. And since I took one yesterday I took one today thinking, "Hey, this'll really help. And you can't keep the record anymore..."
And I'm glad I took it today. :) So.
Anything new with you?

Hope the dress rehearsal goes well, NN95!!
