well that was rather amusing
.
Indeed it is! Someone must talk to him about this...
I've tried, but he's too busy to answer any of my PMs or emails
.
Ah, so do you have a pretty high-end plan?
Idk. My mom made the account. I don't even know how much we pay each month, I just take care of our queue .
Glenstorm the Great (or did we decide on "The Great One"?
) How are you today?!
The Great One was nice . I'm doing well, minus a cold, and feelings of depression over a missed concert
. I'm fine, how bout you?
Cor: I finished watching the '95 P&P a few days ago . I really liked it- I don't know which verison I like better now
. They're both fantastic IMO

Goooooooooooood mortereve!
It's been forever since I've run around the streets of Ditto Town... and boy, do I realize how much I've missed it. It's like I've been on a long journey, seen the world, explored new horizons... and finally turned back and realized... I've left my home behind.
Under the starry sky, where eagles have flown
This place is paradise, it's the place I call home...
I guess I've missed out on a lot. Now I don't even know where to start getting back into the Ditto scene... Anyone out there who can help? Which roleplays are following the big plots from the Ditto Town Wiki? (Last I was here, Mansion 13 and the Undetto Crisis were still in force... that whole thread of events was awesome)
Who's still around? The people I remember most are... Apprentice, Prince Corin, Puddleglum&Faun, SecondToOne (or with numbers...I forget), and of course zlcva. Can anyone fill me in a bit?
EDIT: Oh, and whatever in tarnation happened to BLARGHEFUR?!
You've shown your quality, sir. The very highest. ~Samwise Gamgee

Shalom, y'all and howdy how-do-you-do?
Guess what I did today? I gave our baby chicks a waterer full of coffee! Hehe, my facebook friends encouraged it, so I did it, but I diluted it, so I don't know if there were any affects yet or not. I thought it sounded fun...
Lady A, Cor, Vern, and particularly King Luney...What an afternoon y'all had yesterday! I have told you of my last escapade with horses, haven't I? It bucked, we bronked, it went down to the creek-bed, and then I was pursued by robbers and bandits and Indians! I haven't been on an adventure like that in for-evah!
I hope, Cor, that all is going well with graduation planning. Also, too, you have a birthday comin' up as well, too! Old man!
Aww, Glen, I'm sorry you missed a concert. What concert was it? We missed one back in Jan. (due to snow) and I'm still sad about that one. I'm also fine. =]
Hello, Elsendor! Man, those names you mentioned aren't even familiar to me...I've been here over a year, but still. =/ How're you?
I'm going to see TIM CONWAY in concert on Saturday! He's SOOOOOOOO funny, but he's gotta be really old now. I'm really looking forward to it. Have any of you seen his elephant story?? Here it is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3qqE_WmagjY We "laughed 'til we died laughing" when we saw this!
Gotta go attend to my studies. (Terrible nuisance they are when I want to do other stuff. They're always needing tended to!)

Mortereve all!
Nutty! What's up, man? How'd the play "Little Women" go? (you've performed, I take it)...You're still so lucky to get to do it while I twiddle my thumbs theatrically and wish upon a star to be involved in one.
BTW, I had some WONDERFUL chocolate the other day. Mouthfulls of bliss, I tell you! And actually, I have reformed my ways so much as to say that *too* much chocolate IS bad; most anything in excess is. So there, I came halfway, will you come the rest of that half?
Hey, good to see you! No, we haven't performed yet. The play's two weeks from Thursday. Ha, this is my least favorite of all the ones I've been in. I'd gladly switch places.
I chuckle at what you consider a compromise.
You do not like chocolate any less, you're only eating less. You call that coming halfway?
@ NN. Well, on.... Friday, I believe, I finally watched episode 7 of Robin Hood.
"Brothers in Arms" was the name of the episode, I might have the number wrong...
Anyway, I enjoyed it, though I think I'm a little more partial to the Merlin TV show. Still, I really enjoyed Robin Hood.

Ah, ok. That was a good episode, but kinda sad. You might be better off starting off with Episode 1, instead of partway through.
I've tried, but he's too busy to answer any of my PMs or emails

That's a shame. But I figured out why he cares more about painting than us... he makes money painting. I guess you can't blame him for that, eh?

lol, I see. Well, if you get unlimited DVDs and online stuff, it sounds like it's a pretty expensive plan.

Hey Nutty! Oh, ok, cool. That's funny to me that you have so many many months of practice...For two of the plays I was in, we had two weeks to pull it together; the other one we had five days. The director of the first two said: "If you give actors 6 weeks, they won't memorize their lines 'til the last two weeks anyway!" Grant it, I would have felt more prepared with a few months practice.
What makes this one the least-fun? I wish you all the best with the performance!
Yes, I call that fair! But I never said that I'm eating less! LOL, you missed my point. I said that it can be bad in excess. Wait, I already said that.
Never mind.
So, what's your take on...Craisins?? lol

Oh yes, we couldn't do a play properly without several months of practice. But we've gotten compliments from directors of professional theater groups that say we're as good as they. So the work pays off. And, as far as learning our lines, our director is rather strict and has a cutoff date for when we have to have our lines memorized.
What makes this one the least-fun? I wish you all the best with the performance!
First of all, it's called Little Women. Second, I'm playing John Brooke. Does that answer your question? Thanks!
Yes, I call that fair! But I never said that I'm eating less!

I still say that's far from compromising.

Ahh, I see. Thanks!
Glad you had such a fun time at the prom, PoN! The picture you posted was really pretty. I especially liked your hair.
I've been well, Nick. Today was pretty stressful (long story), but I'm in a better mood now. What about you? School going well? *is counting down the days until summer*
My plate has been so full lately that I had to adjust priorities; Internet connections had to be limited and I'm so sorry it has taken me several months, and fifty-five pages to come back.
Heh, welcome to the club. I never seem able to stick around for very long at a time, either. Offline life is so time-consuming!
Raising chicks just to... to... butcher them? Soft, fluffy, downy little chicks? *wails* I could never do that. Sometimes it's nice to be a vegetarian.
Hmm... I've seen about three movies on Anne Frank... Not sure if I've seen that one, though. Glad you liked it! I find her story and diary fascinating (though sad, too).
Heeeeey back to you, Jojo dear! And yes, I'll definitely fight to stay well. Especially with the end of school coming up!
Cor! It's great to see you again as well! Maybe... (just maybe) I'll actually stick around for awhile, eh?
Having 100 pages pass since one's last post is ridiculous. And thank-you! It is nice to be mostly over my fever. I've been getting sick more often lately, due to all my late nights and lack of sleep (studying does that).
Boo.
Vern! It's great seeing you again, as well! I hope you have been faring well? It seems last time we talked you had just ripped up [*ahem*] some of Lady A's best palace tapestries... But yes, I've been wonderful! I'd bring you some sort of "dessert" or something, but... I'm afraid nothing much of your liking would come from a vegetarian household.
My sincere apologies.
Haha, drat that routine. A very, very bad habit.
Hello, Lady A!
What an... er... nice Royal Family escapade. Stunning, quite.. stunning. Vern to the rescue, eh?
Whooaaa, Nick, you're playing John Brooke? I can see why that could be an... err... quite an enjoyable experience...
*waves to Elsendor* 'Ello! I'm afraid I only recognize a few of the names you mentioned. And... to my knowledge... those particular NarniaWebbers don't visit the Square anymore.

I was wondering cause if not I may join.....if I'm aloud. I like lot's of Rrobin hood things, and I plan to watch the BBC versions if they ever come on.
We'd love to have you too!
Although, we encourage you to see at least one episode before becoming an official member. At the moment, we'll count you as an honorary member.

. Jk I'll listen to almost anything.
Lol. I don't listen to a many different kinds of music. My favorite at the moment is Hayley Westenra and also David Klinkenberg. Hayley is a classical singer and David is a violinist. Boring much?
Yeah, Djaq, I was sick all last week with some kind of flu. I think I'm finally over it, though.
Thanks for the well wishes!
Aww, that's not good. I'm glad that you're better now though!
How is school going?

Beeeautiful picture, Princess!! It sounds like the prom was a lot of fun! And I love your necklace!

"He took his son's hand and said, with his dying breath, 'the debt that all men pay'." I think that's right. I don't have time to watch it at the moment, so I'm going by memory.
Yeah, the part of the scene that is coming up is more memorable, so I hopefully won't have to go and watch it every time I need to reply. (Mmhmm! We got it for my Dad for Christmas two years ago, I think. It's really nice!

(of course you won't.

Oh, not particularly. Nothing important. Do you happen to have another apple?
Oh, don't worry. I would never, ever want to get on the bad side of a Mod. Especially a female Southerner Mod....

I wondered if the whole Wonderland thing was pre-planned or spur-of-the-moment. It was a very good April Fools joke, especially with everyone playing their parts so well.

It was sort of pre-planned. The idea had been mentioned, but nothing had really been decided.
Yeah, it was fun!

I do hope that Mr. Lune is not badly hurt! *sends some chocolate*

Mortereve, all!
The sun is shining, it's warm again, and the birds are just singing! Quite a day to be happy...if I hadn't had an overload of sugar. *sighs and shlumps into the Square feeling a bit sick while hoping this over-sugared feeling goes away!* And it does not help I have Fudge Shortbread Cookies and Chocolate Cake Mix in front of me.
For the first time I am akin to Aiden's dislike of chocolate.
Well, though, today hasn't been terrible! I'm in an optimistic, jovial mood. Woke up at 5:40, thinking "Eh, it's fine if I sleep for 15 more minutes..." And then I woke up to find it 6:22. We then got ready, had breakfast, etc etc etc and then headed to a Christian school some time away to take my SAT test (not to be confused with the PSAT or the SAT taken for college) I think I've done pretty well on it, by the grace of God. The one's I'm most sure about are English, Language, and Spelling. Science threw me a curve because there was a volume of Physical Science when I'm doing Biology this year, so I had to make some guesses on the best but that subject didn't take up the whole test so I think I've done well on it. Math and the rest were pretty good, too! Now to wait two months for the final results.
And why I've had a sugar overdose is because my sweet, darling parents took CS and I to Culver's to have whatever we pleased. I, of course, had to think big and chose a HUGE waffle cone with vanilla frozen custard with some M&M's on top. (Thank goodness I didn't choose chocolate frozen custard, or I'd be so sick right now.) Anyways, the 1/3rd of it I had was far too much but it taught me never to order that again! =]
Now for my catchyup!
Look it, only 2 pages to catch up on! Yay!
Anna, I'm sorry I wasn't around then! Saturday's really busy over here, and it sort if is the Square's slow day... D'aww, I'll be praying for you!
*waves back to Miss R* Mm, I know what you mean. It's hard when we're just caught at the most pessimistic times during what feels like the worst. Ditto to what you said. I think one of the best ways for me to get out pessimissm is writing about something else; writing about my problems often upsets me more, but anyways...
No worries! I, as a fellow rambler, enjoy reading ramblings myself and they're so much better than a formal "I'm doing good, thanks" and nothing more, don't you think? =]
Thanks! I found the picture on the Internet (If I'm correct, it's Russia) and thought it'd make a lovely avatar so I cropped, adjusted the coloring and other similar things like that. Not sure if that counts as making it, however, seeing as the original picture's lovely quality contributed to how it looks.
Wooow, Princess B, you've done 39 pages already?! That's amazing. I know you probably have told me twice, but please do remind me the synopsis!
Eheheh. Thankee. ;]
I'm not sure what I said when, but the play is two weeks from Thursday. Thanks!
I've been great, thanks! How about you?
Ah, so much closer. Sounds exciting!
I've been doing quite well, thank-you! With summer break so close, the mood is usually up, delightfully.
Jojo-darling! D'aw, thank-you! And I like yours as well. Who izh it, if I may ask?
Btw, the swing-dancing to '40's music and all sounds like it was fabulous! *admires people who know how to dance*
Awww, the poor little chickies! But, I understand... *suddenly remembers her lunch was chicken and shudders just the tiniest*
Cor: Sweet tea and cream potatoes along with pancakes? And pizza, too? *applauds* True, lots of starch...and sugars, which makes it lots of carbohydrates but if you use whole wheat flour for the pizza crust, then you could have some wheat germ in there and call it healthy.
*laughs over the Royal They's post, and wonders what the chaos was...*
*waves to Elsendor* I don't think we've met before. You can call me AitB or Bella (not from Twilight), either one. =]

That's good! Yeah, it's very helpful to re-watch it!
Thought I would choose Roy? How did you know?
We figured that since you liked him and Allan was already taken, he was your most logical choice.
Djaq, I picked pomegrantes from the apple tree.
What more is there to pick from an apple tree, after all?
Ah, I thought I saw some growing up there! I was just kidding in the first place...You just said that you were going to go pick "something" from that apple tree, so I wondered if there was more than one option.
*reads through her post* Wow, this is really short for me. . .
Um, well today I wrote a summary on the book of Jude, did other school, played the piano and mandolin, made a pound cake for my Dad to take to work with him tomorrow, cleaned (I need to go up and do some laundry now) and...looked for recipes online. I'm sure there's more, but that's the short version....Why am I using the short version to lengthen my post? I should be using the long version. I actually shouldn't be rambling, but I kind of wanted to, so there you have it.
On Friday, I'm babysitting all day with flambeau and then on Saturday, flam and I are going out to my sister's house to help out with the twins. There's a pool event thing for the kids at our church so our brother-in-law (the pastor) and all of his kids (except for the twins) will be going and my sister doesn't know if she can go five hours with just her at home to take care of of Jackson and Julia. With two 4-month-old babies, I don't blame her!
Okay, I'm done now...
Farewell for now!

Thanks to all those who said hello to me since my last post! (and a special thanks to those who said they'd pray for me!!)
I'm still feeling somewhat sick, though feeling much better than yesterday. Umm.. stress-wise, things are better. But there's never telling how long that'll last!
I just want to be healthy again, as there are things I wanna do!
Elsendor- First off, welcome back to Nweb and Ditto Town!
I recognise all of those nwebbers! (one of the perks of being around Nweb as long as I have been ) However, I don't believe they show up around Ditto Town anymore. Unless it's in the Fountain or somewheres... and I don't venture in those at all, really. (haven't since the first couple weeks of them, way back in the day) So, I wouldn't know. Sorry! And as for Puddleglum&Faun, I don't think he even comes on Nweb much anymore.
But he can be found on facebook! (which is how I keep up with him now)
As for Blarghefur... thank goodness it's gone! (no offense) That whole mess kept me out of Ditto Town for awhile, and I would rather not be scared off again... especially as I hardly get to pop in here these days as it is.
So, how is everyone? Leading quite interesting lives no doubt? (at least, compared with mine) Saturday is a slow day in here, eh? I'll have to remember that. It's odd, though. Back in the day, weekends were the BUSIEST times around here... since people weren't in school. Oh, well... things change as one gets older. Why shouldn't Ditto Town? (not that I want it to, mind. but change is an inevitable way of life) Ho hum, such is life!
The young lady’s strategy was at this point to say something… anything and hope nobody noticed she’d been gone for months on end without a word, whittling her time away at something called… college. Also Facebook. But we won’t speak of that.
Who's still around? The people I remember most are... Apprentice, Prince Corin, Puddleglum&Faun, SecondToOne (or with numbers...I forget), and of course zlcva. Can anyone fill me in a bit?
OH my goodness Elsendor, you’ve been gone a while. I remember the good old day of RPing you're referring too... ah, the Mansion and it's escapades. I haven’t participated in the role plays for almost as long, but I believe Apprentice and Puddleglum&Faun have moved on with their lives. The others are still around I think...
And I’m afraid Blarghefur is gone as well, of course I’ve visiting so I’m not actually sure.
Guess what I did today? I gave our baby chicks a waterer full of coffee! Hehe, my facebook friends encouraged it, so I did it, but I diluted it, so I don't know if there were any affects yet or not. I thought it sounded fun...
Ha! You actual did it? Unfortunate that were weren’t more spectacular results.
So the royal family is still gracing the Town Square with their presence? I wonder if I can request an audience. I suppose Vern as grown up so much that he can’t fit on laps anymore?
The young lady waves to Adrian and wonders if he’s even called that anymore.
First of all, it's called Little Women. Second, I'm playing John Brooke. Does that answer your question? Thanks!
But he’s such a nice gentleman! Granted Laurie is more flamboyant...
Raising chicks just to... to... butcher them? Soft, fluffy, downy little chicks? *wails* I could never do that. Sometimes it's nice to be a vegetarian.
That’s why I kind of what egg layers if I ever get a big enough place. That way they’re just pets with tasty breakfast food perks.
(Djaq, I like your clever member title. Makes me smile.)
Bella, I hope you did well on your SAT, although now I’m confused as to what it actually is if it’s not the one you take for college… I think it’s amazing that you’re relying on the grace of God.
Djaq, I picked pomegrantes from the apple tree. What more is there to pick from an apple tree, after all?
Ooh! I’m gonna have to get me some of those! I love pomegranates, and the horticultural miracle I'm witnessing right now! ^_^ (At least you didn’t pick hedge apples... which are completely useless as a food item... or most any item at all, although they’re supposed to drive away spiders if you put them around your house.)
Well hello, the other Anna! It's been far too long! You were sick? Oh dear. Just a cold or something more serious. Earlier this spring I coughed for several weeks on end with what had to be allergies. That's never happened to me before.
After a few lingering moments, the young lady takes her leave. She wants to ask how her friends are, what course their lives and dreams have taken, the new people they've met and places they've been, but she doesn't have the words. It's been too long.
EDIT: And yes, yes I still do have my Christmas avatar and signature up... need to change those.
*yawns*
Strolling through Ditto Town is a rare occasion for me these days, but I did spot a PA and an Ara about, so I figured I should at least say a quick hye. (Remember hye? Classic, dude.)
I'd stick around but it's near 11:30 and I actually *have* to be up at 6:30 tomorrow morning. Boo urns, I say. But I'm sort of training the person whose job I've been doing tomorrow morning (we do temporary positions before our home job so we get more work experience, in case you were wondering), and the day starts with a meeting, so...
Dittoes and cozy slippers, to all who wander by!

Been far too long? I should say it is! We must change that. Shall we talk on here, facebook, or both?
Still getting over it actually. It only started saturday night. A cold, I think... stuffy nose, coughing. That sorta thing. (though, being an asthmatic, I'm not sure how much of a symptom, coughing is for me ) I'm feeling much better than yesterday, but still iffy. I'm SO tired of blowing my nose. *sigh*
Oh, and I forgot to comment on this before, you guys...
You guys called GtG, "The Great One"? Is it bad that I thought immeadiately of Wayne Gretzky when I read that? I need help...
*shrieks*
JP?! Talk about being too long since a chat!
Glad you could drop by for a hye! (yep, I remember that term!) Though I wish you could stay longer. See you soon, I hope!
