Good evening everyone. I hope that ya'll are doing well this fine mortereve.
Church was very good tonight. I think that our singing at Polly Crockett is going to go very well. I am hoping that my hope is not unfounded.

*watches Robin Soderling try to survive against Federer in the quarters of the U.S. Open*
Sadly, Melanie Oudin lost today. She had a great run into the quarters, but Wozniacki really hit her hard today, winning in straight sets 6-2, 6-2.
Serena is doing well though, and faces a resurging Kim Clijsters tomorrow. Should be good. That'll be for a spot in the Finals.
Ti'ana, thanks for the pics. Pretty good sized snake. I'm not sure I would have killed a rat snake, but hey, I've not had too many snakes that close to me that were that big. Any that were had already been killed by my dad.
Dinner was fabulous tonight. My dad cooked green tomatoes and okra. Fantastic.
YAY...I get to take the ACT for what I hope is the last time this Saturday. I am hoping to do some scouting afterwards to get my mind off of it.
So how are ya'll doing this fine mortereve?
They did drugs and they're all dead.
I went hunting and I'm still Ted-Ted Nugent

*comes into the Square and screams* I just lost my post! Argh!
I suppose I shall attempt to ketchup again.
Well, I had some extra time to read yesterday, NN95, which was nice. Glad that you're doing well!
Hey Ruby! *hugs* I'm doing good! How are you?
Djaq, yesterday I told my little brother that it was 9/9/09, and he didn't get it at first, so I explained that there were three 9's, but he still didn't see anything special about it. I think it's cool though.
Ooh! 5 times? Sounds like fun, Djaq! Haha, I know what you mean! The pictures on rollercoasters always turn out funny.
Pebbles! Hi! I love the new smilies too. Aren't they cute?
Hey Betsie! You just started school yesterday? Lucky. We started almost a month ago.
Lol, I had to go jean shopping a lot back in August, pogginfan. Sounds like you had a nice day.
Yeah, poggy...I slept very well indeed.
Well, I might ride my bike outside some today if it doesn't rain...it's a bit cloudy out this morning. Okay, I'm off to get breakfast now. I'm starved, and my stomach is yelling at me to go get a Poptart. Mortereve all!

NN, "everyone" saying that the BBC movies were bad is an example of a herd mentality. You need to see them and decide for yourself.
(And corgis are adorable, if Bella hasn't found a picture for you already...to quote Tasha Tudor "You need only see them by moonlight to realise they are enchanted." Awwww. )
You're right, it's a case of hasty generalization. I suppose I should see them, but I really don't want to. S'pose I might eventually.
Aw, that is a nice-looking dog!
Aiden! Yes, the nickname of my real name is Dani! You remembered!
Ah, cool. I'm surprised I remembered.
That's good to hear! I hope it stays that way.
Thanks! And how go things in your corner of the world?
Aiden: We've watched two this week, (Island of the Darned and Bronzefinger, but I'm not sure if I told you about that already.) We hope to watch another one tonight.
Really? *tears down the aforementioned extensive and confusing charts on DVD prices and hides them in the corner* Um, yeah.
Ah, ok. No, you hadn't already told me. Does the first one of those have Harry Hoo in it, or is that a different episode? I know he comes back in Season 2.
What else do you keep charts about?
*chuckles at the 09/09/09 thing* Yesterday, my mom was like, "Hey! Look at the date!" Me —> "It's a cool date!" Me —> "It's 09/09/09..." Me —>
Su² is shorter. Jo had the right idea with superscript, but because it doesn't work, I dragged out Character Map and found the Alt code. (² is Alt + 0178)
Didn't even think to do that! I suppose a couple of superscript numbers is better than nothing, but I'm still gonna miss the superscript code. Especially for things like 1st and 2nd.
*waves back to Queen Susan*
Aww, Queen Susan! Sorry to hear you lost your post! And, that was, like, the only computer that didn't have Lazarus? Sounds like Murphy's law.
Right. You know I don't like that face. ( ) It makes you look really doubtful and suspicious, like you didn't think I'd keep my word.
Haha, then that face accurately portrays my true thoughts.
Yup, and the sky is bright pink with neon green clouds.
You don't have to use words in it, you just aren't allowed to tell me a word form it that I use is incorrect. Ok? (Oh, ok. I didn't think you thought that but I was sorta getting that "You-are-as-dumb-as-a-brick and have-the-IQ-of-negative-2" sorta vibe. Ya know what I mean, right?)
Oh, you've noticed that too, huh?
Ah, because you're a star! Of course, well I'll try not to do that again. ( No, I was just playing along. Yes, I know what you mean.)
Yeah, same here. I really miss the blushing face this one looks too...I dunno, i just don't like it.
Ditto. The new one almost looks too happy.
Yesterday I spent most of the day cleaning, and the rest of it doing school work. I do love productive days like that!
Yesterday I did school and then fixed our dryer. I also love productive days!
*Waves back* Great to see you around, Aiden!
Thanks, good to see you around, too.
*comes into the Square and screams* I just lost my post! Argh!
Aw, that stinks. Sounds like you need the nifty Firefox add-on Lazarus.
Well, I had some extra time to read yesterday, NN95, which was nice. Glad that you're doing well!
Ooh, that is nice! I haven't had much time to do any reading since school started.
All done. Anyone around? EDIT (two hours later): Guess not! Wow, the Square is slow today! EDIT (another hour later): The Square really is going slowly today. EDIT (another hour later): EDIT (another hour later): Wow, this is very rare for the Square to be this vacant! EDIT (another hour later): *is going loopy all by himself* Fortunately, I haven't been here staring at the vacant Square all day. Just so happens that I check about every hour. Very shocking that no one has shown up all day! Anyway, I'll stop doing this every hour.

Pogginfan, I apologize, I didn't see your question until just now.
First off, thanks, I'm glad it went well too.
Secondly, that is a tough question.
I love shooting guns. It is a pleasurable thing, and is an experience that every one should be able to go through in a legal and safe manner.
But shooting a bow is also something that I greatly enjoy. Although you can't kill an animal from as great of a distance compared to a firearm, it is a much more peaceful experience because the bow is much quieter, and doesn't disturb you or the woods as much.
That doesn't exactly answer your question. I can say this. I don't like one more than the other, but I do love them both.
It's been a pretty good day so far today. I slept a bit late, and had a weird dream, but have recovered I think. I'm finishing up lunch now, and will then finish my English and Math and be done for the day.
The Square was a bit slow last night as well.

Hello all! *Waves*
The new NWeb really hates me. Halfway through loading my post it logged me off earlier. So, now I have to do it all over again. *Kicks the fountain* Ow! *Sits down holding her wounded foot* I forgot the number one rule of venting anger around here: Don't kick the fixtures-they kick back.
Anyhow...
Haha, then that face accurately portrays my true thoughts.

Ah, because you're a star! Of course, well I'll try not to do that again. ( No, I was just playing along. Yes, I know what you mean.)
Ha-ha. Funny. Not.
Right! Ten points for this bright young man! Really, Aiden, that's been my point for a while. (Ok, good. I didn't think you were really serious, because that would be mean, and you're not too mean.)
Ditto. The new one almost looks too happy.
And just a touch pudgy-like he got caught trying to put too many truffles in his mouth or something.
Hey, Kingskid why is there a chicken (fowl of some sort) leg in your avatar???

And just a touch pudgy-like he got caught trying to put too many truffles in his mouth or something.

*arrives in a flurry and takes a quick dip in the Ditto pool* Ahhhhhh ....
Okay, don't have a heart attack: I'm just going for the world's longest post. Nah, not really; it just happened that I saw so many folk here from the old forum and I couldn't help but say HI to each of them. I do sincerely hope I haven't missed anybody. All righty, shall we get started?
We live in town, so the bear came from the woodsy part of our land. It was just a cub...I wonder what happened to it.
And I wonder where the Momma bear was ... Bet the little guy was so cute ...
I wanted a duck for forever. I finally got it as a reward for earning a ribbon because none of my friends would send me one, LOL.
So, you ended up getting a live duck? Does your parents' property have a pond on it? Do tell more. Name, etc. Do you have any pics?

Just out of curiosity, what on earth are the SquareOnions? Methinks I should add this to the Ditto Town Lexicon.
This might not be a bad idea. It came about (oh, I wish I had the time to find the original posts) because people from Toronto (the big city near me) are called Torontonians and the people from my province are called Ontarians, so one evening I was wanting to say Good Night to everyone in the Square, but didn't know what singular term to use, so I said "Squareonians". Well, that didn't look quite right, so I changed the second "a" to an "o" and ... voila! And it sorta stuck.
RubyG! Great to see you. Sounds like a fun, albeit belated, birthday celebration! I gather Winter was invited?
Talking about Labour Day: we all know it's a holiday here because my hubby is off work and the kids get last minute stuff ready for school (paper in binders, schedules printed out, looking at the school map to see exactly where their classes are, etc).
Okay, Lady Arwen, I will call you either your proper username, or Wren, or Arwen, but not Arwy-poo. Btw, was your dad's party a surprise?
*needs drool bucket*
*provides it* As long as you don't look like this!
WinterStar!!! How be you? I seem to recall you began a new school this year? How doth it fare?
Aha, I see pogginfan needs a drool bucket, too, after the marvelous cookout you had! (Borrow PrinceCor's: I have to order more. )
And I know full well what you mean about picturing people as their avatars. Even though I know what Tiana looks like, I still, at times, picture her as Georgie.
Marigold Gamgee , my hobbit relative, I'm glad you dropped by. How's school going thus far this year?
lys!!! Glad you made it to the new Square! It sounds like your year is tickety-booing along. (That's a positive expression, I'm told. )
JILLPOLE!!! I was wondering when you'd show up, and hoped it would be soon. I must tell you that that last post in the old Town Square (by you) moved me greatly. What a beautiful way to bid farewell to that Square. Lovely writing! And actually, I enjoy(ed) reading over everyone's farewell posts in the Square that day/night. They tug at one's heartstrings, don't they?
stargazer, I'm glad you had such a lovely camping weekend (despite the fact that the temps could have been a bit cooler for ideal conditions)!
Tiana, I just put in your BC title now, but it's not the most creative title in the world. If you would prefer something different, just let me know. Glad you finally understood the math.
And Jo, if you read this, I believe you owe me an e-mail, old gehl. If not, I may send you another one.
I just sent it today ... even before I saw this post.
PrinceCor, you're planning to take off a year between high school and college? Not a bad idea.
*waves heartily and warmly to tinasattler/littlgriz* Good to see you in the Square!
NN, your drooling-into-the-bucket smiley is very funny!
*here's a hobbit who enjoys the old TV shows, but rarely any of the new*
Thanks for 'splainin' how to get the old smilies on here (and to the third party), NN. There are some good ones on the new forum, but yeah, one kinda gets used to the oldie-goldies. Hey, it worked: see my Old Forum Smiley there? And there! Are you going to in to something to do with computers, NN?
*is going to get Lazarus on her computer this weekend* Cool name, too! Very apropos!
Hey-ey-ey-ey Booky! I'm just so glad you were finally able to access the new forum. For what would NWeb be without our Booky ... Hmm?
Destined! As you know, I am thrilled about your job! Thank-you, God! Do drop by the Square when you can. And remember, once a SquareOnion, always a SquareOnion.
Hi Djaq! How fun that you watched the Anne of Green Gables movies! I not only love the stories (well, I haven't seen the third one yet), but I love the soundtracks.
Arwen, how are you enjoying City of God?
Hello Edmund P! How was your Ortho app't? And does your mouth really look like ? Glad you're feeling better.
Wait, I've lost track, NN: are your braces off yet? Or is that still to come?
Ow, TGW *waves*, ingrown toenails hurt so much. I've only had one in my life, but it was very painful. After a lot of soaking and digging (on my part) it let up, but ugh, hopefully never again. (That was 20 years ago.)
Awww cep, sorry to hear about Remmie having to be put down. How is your mom doing in regards to that?
cep, I'd forgotten your middle name is Timothy. One of my favourite male names. (Although it must have been 3rd or 4th down the list when naming our baby boys, because neither of them has that name. )
Ditto-poo?
And also C.S. Lewis' "Boxen".
Ah, I love that book! Valiant_Lucy gave it to me for my birthday this year and it's quite priceless. Especially darling are the illustrations by Warnie and Jack.
And how is the working world for you, m'dear? I wish you were still in and around my area so we could meet up again at that wonderful German restaurant.
Oooh, interesting bathroom-in-the-dark experience. Yeah, sounds kinda scary too.
Wow, Tiana, sounds like one cool, LARGE snake! And I wouldn't mind seeing pictures, if you please.

OUCH, lys on the occasion of your nassssty toenail bash.
Also, I'm not going to lie, the extreme length of the posts here is a little intimidating.
Then you're not going to want to read this one. Glad you're settling into school well, Gwen.
Congratulations on the dove hunting, Kingskid! ('Though I'm not fond of the clapping smiley on here: it seems rather ... feeble. )
Oh great, now lys has me singing The Bunny Song. (Not the best quality ...) And it's SOOOOOOOOO adddicting!
I could give you one of my turkey pics, they always make great avatars.
*will consider this*
Oo, Oxford. That is a *very* pretty town. And of course you could go to the Bird and Baby as often as you wanted
One of my dreams is to sit in the Rabbit Room at the back of the Bird and Baby where the Inklings sat. *wistful sigh* *sincerely hopes pogginfan can get to Oxford for university!

Anyway. We start at page.... 12!
So, DTR, when did you/will you start your new job? I hope it goes swell for you!!!
*looks forward to the catchup post, which is probably in some of the pages she hasn't gotten to yet.*
You may, if you wish. Although, I think I might be younger than you.
Hm. I'm not quite sure what we were talking about. Me calling you DJ I think? But I'm not quite sure what age has to do with it? Sorry, not being around for a few pages does this to you I guess.
And then after I get my braces I'll have nice teeth like this fellow: One week from today, TAN comes here! I'm so excited to see them!
Oh, fun, fun!! 😀 (About TAN) I'm sure you'll have a fantastic time.
And braces... hm. Fun, fun, too. 😉 I might get them, who knows.
I really want to get the new Skillet CD!
Then do!! 😉 J/K But after all... we ALL know *coughcoughoratleastsomeofusnamelyskilletfanswhodon'tfindlaptopstooimportantforourselvescoughcough* that a CD is MUCH more important then a MAC laptop.
TGW, too bad you had to have surgery. But I'm glad it seemed to go well!!

Hey, pp! Haven't seen you around for a while.
I do promise to do a For-Real-And-Very-Long-Or-at-Least-I'll-Think It's-Long-When-I-Start-But-Will-Realize-When-I've-Finished-That-It-Is-Actually-Not-One-Wit-Phenomenal-Catch-Up Post at some mythical point in the future. But for now I will assure you that I am alive, and like the New Narnia Web (which I call in my head NewWeb... and did even before I knew about the NewWeb), even though I haven't spent 1/47th of the amount of time I should do form an educated opinion.
I, for one, could not understand that. But oh well... Welcome back. 😀

Agreed Plus he had a cold, and now I have one, and I can't help but consider the possibly that I got it from him, even though I'm pretty sure I didn't.
Wow, your cover of the song is so pretty! You remind me a lot of David Sides. (If you haven’t heard of him, look him up on Youtube. He does piano covers of a lot of Rihanna’s stuff.) It’s so much fun to see how many talented people Narniaweb has. Just keep practising and getting better girl!
Ahh, I've never heard of David Sides... I'll look him up right now! Edit: I just watched a few of his videos. His style does rather remind me of myself. Thanks for telling me about him! It's cool how he puts The Lord in his influences on his youtube channel page.
That is so awesome that you got to meet TAN!!! I hope you'll be playing with them next time!
*can't wait until Thursday*
HOW WAS THE CONCERT!??!?!?! You gotta let me know! I'm guessing it's happening sometime about right now!
Wow, I wonder how he does that?!
One of my friends went to another of their concerts where Scott played, and he sort of switched back and forth, and would still be holding the bass even while he was playing the keyboard. Talk about talented.
Oh, that's really neat! You got a sneak peek. Does that mean the new CD will be coming out soon?
I'm not sure how soon; I heard a couple months ago that Jason said it would be sometime like around February, but Jeff just twittered today saying that their album was basically just finished (like all the editing and stuff, I guess) so I don't see why it should take so long.
Wow! That's awesome!!
Just let me know the time, place, date and I will be there when you play with them!
Hehe, will do..
Oh, and I hope you don't mind, but my mom requested to be your friend on Facebook. (if you're wondering who on earth it was )
Ooh, I thought that's who it was, but I didn't add her because I have this rule now where I don't add narniawebbers. I used to add them, but I got in trouble, since technically, I haven't met them. I'm so sorry!!
Laugh out loud! A few years ago, I shook President Bush's hand.
No way! Haha, well he's just slightly more famous than Mike...
OH MY GOSH, Kat! That is absolutely incredible! Wow, you got there at 1:00pm? He's watched your YouTube videos?!?! That is CRAZY!
Lol, yeah, we were the first people there and we all felt like idiots, but it was so worth it I agree, it is rather crazy... even though I sent it to him, but still, I just can't believe he remembered who I was.
Hullo Aunty Jo!!

Image Hey, it worked: see my Old Forum Smiley there? Image And there! Are you going to in to something to do with computers, NN?
*is going to get Lazarus on her computer this weekend* Cool name, too! Very apropos!
Thank you, but I'm sure someone with greater talent could have made it more creative.
*is not surprised* We don't have TV, so I wouldn't know anything about the new 'uns anyway. What are some of your favorite oldies?
No problem! It was rather long and lengthy for something that's rather simple, but I was glad to explain. Yay, it works! Hrm, when I copy your post, the old smilies just say Image, and I'm too lazy to fix them.
Well, I don't rightly know for sure.
Yay, you'll love it! Yes, it is that.
Wait, I've lost track, NN: are your braces off yet? Or is that still to come?
I'll go back and explain in case you missed any part of the story. I was about to get them off several months ago, and I was, obviously, excitedly anticipating the day on which it would finally happen! Well, I showed up to my appointment, and, as it turned out, the ends of my front bottom and top teeth were touching, and there was no overlap. But! The orthodontist didn't discover this until my braces had come off. Sooooo.... I got a temporary retainer for a month and then had to get my braces back on. Now, they've been on for several more months (not sure exactly how long), but they'll be coming off at the next appointment. You'd think I'd be really excited, but during the month I had the retainer, I realized that it's a lot more annoying than braces. I'd much rather have braces. So I'm actually not looking forward to having them off. Anyway, I suppose the sooner I get them off, the sooner I don't have to wear my retainer, and then I'll be free of dental appliances crowding my mouth. Sorry for the long ramble!
*loves the BBC Narnia movies
Spoilermuch better than Adamson's films*
I'm not surprised. Why is it that you like them so much?
Oh wow, THANKS, Mel! N²/NN/Aiden, take note! (Later: ah, he did.) So, what's subscript? I tried a few numbers around that, but they all did other weird and wonderful things instead. *will continue to experiment OR she could look it up*
I did. Like I said, it's better than nothing. But I especially like superscript for things like 3rd, 4th, etc. Unfortunately, there aren't any codes for subscript. If your ever curious about that sort of thing, press Windows > R and then type in "charmap". That'll bring up the character map through which you can browse for different characters.

Mortereve everyone! *waves* How have you all been today? I've been pretty good, lawn mowing went well, and through a strange and unexpected twist of fate, someone lent us Fireproof! (Okay, so it wasn't exactly through a strange method, it was unexpected). Sooo...we hope to watch it tonight.
Mel: Yes, that's true. Although, I must say, when we first watched it, (knowing in advance the uber-strangeness of those scenes) we mainly skipped them. I remember there was a couple lines from that film I liked in particular, but I can only remember the jist of it and not the actual lines. Oh well.
WinterStar: That is true- I'm sure in a few years they, and myself, will grow more wise and mature, learning from our mistakes. (I am so glad God gives us second chances!)
pogginfan & Narnia Girl: Thank you so much for your prayers! I really appreciate them!
@ pogginfan: Ahh, jean shopping. I used to dislike it too, because that meant I actually had to go into the stores and try jeans on. But I'm glad you didn't have to spend too long on it. (Unless, of course, it's something you enjoy, then the proper response would be to say that I'm sorry it was over so soon. )
Aiden: I believe it's a different episode you're thinking of...Hoo Done It, perhaps? I wonder how many times Hoo appears in the show, I thought I read somewhere that he only appears twice, but I'm not sure. Hmm.
Oh, I keep charts about the usual stuff. You know- stock exchange, international currency rates, gas prices, NASCAR, that sort of thing.
Oh! A couple posts ago you commented on the Free Play Music site, and I keep forgetting to reply to it. Anyways- yes, that was me who sent you the link, or posted it. I'm glad that you've gotten some good music off it! I sometimes just listen to the bunch I've downloaded, instead of actually using them in projects and such.
Mrs. Jo,yes, I suppose one could say it was cute. It was rather small, poor thing only had three paws, so I guess that was what evoked our sympathy. (Although, some sympathy, as we never exactly did anything for it, it being a bear, of course. )
Hmm, well, I guess this it is. Cheers!

If "Hoo Done It" is in the second season, then that's the one I'm thinking of. That also took place on an island, right? Probably why I got it confused. *should re-watch* Well, I've only seen him it two episodes, so it would make sense if he didn't come back any more. "That present two possibilities!"
Oh, I keep charts about the usual stuff. You know- stock exchange, international currency rates, gas prices, NASCAR, that sort of thing.
I figured you had some charts on the stock exchange. International currency rates, too, eh? Good thing to keep tabs on, to be sure. NASCAR? You mean, winners?
No worries! Though, I had wondered why you hadn't commented.
Yeah, same here. I've actually used very little of it in stuff I've made, I just like to listen to it. What sort of albums do you mostly download music from?
Well, I'm off. Mortereve all!

Lol, that sounds nice, Lady Arwen. Ours was good, thanks! We went bike-riding for a couple hours with some friends. We had a great time, it was nice and cool out and perfect weather for being outside.
Oo, you make me envious. It is too hot (IMO, I'm a very cold weather person, so hot is relative. ) to go biking around here unless it is really fall or in the spring, so my bike is upside down attached to the inside of the garage roof.. It sounds like you and your family (and friends) had a really nice time!
It's a very rainy Wednesday here, but I didn't have any plans, so it's not bad.
Not a rain person, eh?
Aw, that's not fun. Did you take lessons?
My mum is a music therapist, so I had it therapeutically implanted as a young child. I'm hoping to pick up the guitar again, since it is the more easily transported of the three I've done the most with (piano, guitar and violin).
I was going to throw in a few more flourishes, like a tu-wit-wit-to-jug-jug, but I'm not sure how to write out bird calls in a way that they're recognisable as bird calls. Hehe.
I wouldn't have gotten it unless you told me so.
That makes me think of the RP character Joey, the Jedi Ewok. Except I don't think he'd appreciate being called Joey-poo.
No, he wouldn't!!! But, now that you mention it...it may be fun to try at some point.
Oooh, I think I like paratha already. I should get a recipe and give it to the sister who cooks dinner.
lol, handing it off to a sib? It is really good, but I've never managed to make it as good as when my Indian friend made it.
*waves to Wren* I love your nickname.
Thanks! I'm starting to fall in love with it too. Mel came up with it.
All done. Anyone around? EDIT (two hours later): Guess not! Wow, the Square is slow today! EDIT (another hour later): The Square really is going slowly today. EDIT (another hour later): EDIT (another hour later):Wow, this is very rare for the Square to be this vacant! EDIT (another hour later): *is going loopy all by himself* Fortunately, I haven't been here staring at the vacant Square all day. Just so happens that I check about every hour. Very shocking that no one has shown up all day!
Slightly addicted, are we?
It [SquareOnions] came about (oh, I wish I had the time to find the original posts) because people from Toronto (the big city near me) are called Torontonians and the people from my province are called Ontarians, so one evening I was wanting to say Good Night to everyone in the Square, but didn't know what singular term to use, so I said "Squareonians". Well, that didn't look quite right, so I changed the second "a" to an "o" and ... voila! And it sorta stuck.
Yep. That is Lexicon worthy. I like it!!!
Okay, Lady Arwen, I will call you either your proper username, or Wren, or Arwen, but not Arwy-poo.
Translation: "Don't call me Joey-poo?"
I promise, I won't. You are safe, O Auntie.
Btw, was your dad's party a surprise?
No, he asked for it. He's celebrating that he's not (quite) 50, so he threw his own...which means we'll have to do a surprise for next year. Buahahahaha!!

Good mortereve all!
Pebbles!!! You have been missed! How are you?
Just "Hey!"
"Quiet, Riley! Your job's finished here!" *loves being the bad guy*
Haha, yes it is.
*sigh* I just can't get it right.
*Ben grabs a flare and lights it* "Look where you're standing. All that gun-powder. You shoot me, I drop this, we all go up."
Oh, wow! You did it the hard way!
Well, it's only all-blue because I'm too lazy to do otherwise. Glad it looks good anyway. (My "holy" blue posts? )
I did it the only way that it really let me. It's not too bad. I've gotten used to it, and it has improved my typing speed.
Meh, no worries, they're fine. (Just a play on words )
True, true!
Thank you!
Indeed!
You are most welcome.
No worries!
"No, that's ridiculous!" NT2. Something like that. See, neither of us is perfect.
"It is kind of funny." A TV show. That's very good to know.
Reckon so. Probly cuz I been watchin Andy Griffith lately.
Well, you ain't been down South enuff ta see what we is really like. That thar show don't quite do us justice and sech, ya know?
Ah, cool. Does it remind you of the movie when you hear it?
Yes, it does. I want to see it again, there are some scenes that I only remember part of.
Well......I supooooose I could forgive you.
Right!
Thank you, thank you!
Well, alright. I suppose we can still be friends.
See my above statement.
Yeah, I suppose it's not that bad. But there's nothing wrong with me extending my condolences to someone who is about to undergo extreme mental and physical trauma. (Perhaps a tad bit of an exaggeration? Nah! )
*sigh* You're doing it again. I agree that they do hurt at times, and make you want to rip them out, but in the end, it's worth it.
How long have you had your braces?
And Djaq... You're the only NewWebber whom I think of as looking like Queen Susan. Tons of people have her as their avatar, but I never think of them as looking like her. And I've seen you're picture. Crazy, isn't it?
Haha, really? That is a little crazy. Where have you seen my picture?
I have to take the Nickel Creek CD back tomorrow. *tears*
Aw, I'm sorry. Which one is your favorite? Is it still The Fox (was that one your favorite, or just one that you liked?)?
Yay! I'm confusing! *checks off a goal on her "Things to do in life checklist"* Yep, that's much better. I knew you'd mentioned both sisters (but not necessarily multiple sisters which is probably why I was confused) expecting and a miscarriage. So, yeah.
Aren't you proud of yourself?
I'm glad that it's clearer to you know.
Djaq!! I love you new avy! How are you doing?
Thanks! I'm doing really good! How have you been lately?
Djaq- that's funny you mentioned the 09/09/09 thing- that was one of the first things I thought of today, and for some reason, have been looking forwards to this day for months. No idea why, it's been an ordinary day, but I think it was the 09/09/09 thing. (Odd, yes).
Haha, I'd noticed that it was coming up, but didn't realize that it was here on the actual day until later in the afternoon.
Oh, ok. Smart thinking. Starting on five would be like learning the alphabet and then trying to read Shakespeare. *nods*
I thought that you would agree with me. After all, I need to be good at it before I can teach you.
Yeah, same here. I really miss the blushing face this one looks too...I dunno, i just don't like it.
You and Aiden pretty much described that particular little guy correctly.
I like all of the options, but I don't think that they're as "classy" as the old ones.
That sounds like a fun day, Djaq. Nothing better than spending time with your family!
Very true! Family is great! I'm glad that I didn't get to choose my relatives..I couldn't have picked better.
How are you?
Djaq, yesterday I told my little brother that it was 9/9/09, and he didn't get it at first, so I explained that there were three 9's, but he still didn't see anything special about it. I think it's cool though.
A lot of people don't see much significance it the date. Come to think of it, it doesn't really have any.
Ooh! 5 times? Sounds like fun, Djaq! Haha, I know what you mean! The pictures on rollercoasters always turn out funny.
Yeah, it's a fun ride.
In a lot of the pictures, you can't see my face because my hair was in the way. (which is fine )
*laughs at Aiden's updates when no one came in* (I was gone all day, or I would have been here sooner )
Hi Djaq! How fun that you watched the Anne of Green Gables movies! I not only love the stories (well, I haven't seen the third one yet), but I love the soundtracks.
Hey Jo! It's always so fun to have you around the Square!
I hadn't watched the movies in quite a while, so I enjoyed seeing them again. I only saw the third one a couple of times, but it wasn't very good, and it wasn't like the books at all.
Ooh, yes, the soundtrack is gorgeous! I have the sheet music for "Anne's Theme", it's sooo pretty!
Hm. I'm not quite sure what we were talking about. Me calling you DJ I think? But I'm not quite sure what age has to do with it? Sorry, not being around for a few pages does this to you I guess.
We were talking about you calling me "Aunt DJ". Yeah, just plain "DJ" doesn't have anything to do with age.
Hehe, will do..
Good!
Ooh, I thought that's who it was, but I didn't add her because I have this rule now where I don't add narniawebbers. I used to add them, but I got in trouble, since technically, I haven't met them. I'm so sorry!!
No worries!! It's not a big deal, and I totally understand!
No way! Haha, well he's just slightly more famous than Mike...
Haha, just a little.
Not a rain person, eh?
Actually, I really like rain.
My mum is a music therapist, so I had it therapeutically implanted as a young child. I'm hoping to pick up the guitar again, since it is the more easily transported of the three I've done the most with (piano, guitar and violin).
Ah, I see. Yes, a piano isn't very easy to transport. I've always thought that it would be neat to learn how to play the guitar.
Wow, a lot of posts while I was typing this up. I guess that people are making up for not being around this morning, huh, Aiden?
Mort'reve!

Hello all! *Waves*
Aw, that stinks! I wonder why the new NW hates you so much. Anyway, it sounds like you need the nifty Firefox add-on Lazarus!
I don't know, but it does! I probably do. I think I'll try and install it later, do I need to install the latest firefox? I have something along the lines of Firefox -1. No, seriously it's ancient.
;)) That's not true at all! In fact, I'm very appreciative of you informing me that I had a clean slate once the new NW started up.
Now you're laughing at me!!! Oh, ok, nevermind.
:p
Ten points?! Awesome, thanks! .....uhhh, ten points to what? Do I get a prize if I rack up enough points? Or, maybe I take you too seriously. You think? ImageImage (I'm not too mean? Aww, thanks! )
How mature.
You're welcome! I dunno. I guess once you get a hundred you can feel very smart and be proud of the fact you got an A+. Yes, you are taking me too seriously. I meant the same way you'd say: "give so-and-so a gold star" when they've taken a very long time to figure something very basic out. I said "ten points" because in context of the conversation a star would've been kinda weird. (You're welcome! )
Lol, yeah. In fact, he looks like someone told him he did a really good job, so he's happy but blushing at the same time. Whereas, the old smiley was kinda like "oops!"
Yeah! Sorta like someone told him he played really well in the concert, whereas the old one looked like they just missed a note.
WinterStar!!! How be you? I seem to recall you began a new school this year? How doth it fare?
Jo!!! I'm good. Well, sorta. I'm homeschooled but I'm taking three homeschool classes: Biology, Algebra 1, and Composition. They're going ok, I guess. don't tell my mother, but I'm warming up to the composition class and might actually enjoy it!
WinterStar: That is true- I'm sure in a few years they, and myself, will grow more wise and mature, learning from our mistakes. (I am so glad God gives us second chances!)
True, that! I am SO glad He give us second chances, otherwise we'd not be able to do anything! We don't always learn from, our mistakes, though: No matetr how many times I walk into a wall, I always do it again... Maybe I'm just clumsy like that.
I thought that you would agree with me. After all, I need to be good at it before I can teach you.
I do, especialyl after having "Mr. Drill Sergeant" for a PE teacher last year. I'm not joking, he expected us to be able to run 2 miles without stopping, without any training.
You and Aiden pretty much described that particular little guy correctly.
I like all of the options, but I don't think that they're as "classy" as the old ones.
You like all of them? Really? Even the devil face? The old one wa stwenty times better.
See y'all!
