*enters square looking for a bag of cough drops*
I can't find any around our house and I don't seem able to stop coughing!!

*cough, cough*

Well, let's see...where to start and what to begin with. First, an apology! I'm sorry for disappearing yet once again. I don't think I'm going to do any catch, however, seeing that my last post was millions of pages back and I already am sick and don't want to go digging for it. ;) :P

I will, though, say a big HIIII!!! to everyone out there on the square!!!! I know, I know I've been terrible about keeping up with the square this week...

Speaking of this week, this week has been horrid. Not all together horrid. Every mushroom cloud has a silver lining, you know. But, for the most part it's been horrid. Aside from being sick on what was supposed to be my break from online classes, I've been running around and have been so busy every other day that I'm not sick at home. But I haven't seemed to gotten anything done. I have a whole Saturday to myself, though, and I'm hoping to catch up on everything I didn't get done while I was sick and hopefully finish everything that I need to have finished for next week.

Yes, I've been sick. Again. I've gotten sick like three times in one school year now. It's mostly just a cough, but it's gotten worse in the last couple of days. At first it was just a really bad sore throat, but now, after five days, I'm still sick and I can't stop coughing and my nose is all stuffed up and I'm sore from dance practice yesterday. :(

But, like I said, there are always bright spots on rainy days. For instance, the weather has been absolutely beautiful for the past few days and I have enjoyed (despite the couhg) going out into our yard and picking flowers. Our yard is covered in spring beauties, shepherd's purse, and those funky purple flowers of which I cannot remember the name now. Our apple tree is blossoming so well this year! I don't think I've ever seen so many blossoms on it! I'm sure it's due to the fact that my sister pruned it in the winter. :)

So the weather is beautiful, which means I get to sit out in our Dining Room on my mom's computer and watch the beautiful world blossom around me. And I get to sit here all day. Mind you, I won't be on the computer all day. I have home work. :)

Speaking of home work, I have to be going now.

*glances back at post*

Winty would call this post rubbish. And I think she'd be perfectly right in calling it so. I can't remember the last time I wrote such a worthless post! Ah, well.

I hope you all have a good day!
God bless!

Mortereve! :)

I know I haven't posted in a few days :p

Oh, of course it does!

And know he's back! Hopefully... :-s :p

Well, they weren't in the Square were they? Last year, several people in the Square did it. That's mostly the reason I don't come around; when people do that it's way too confusing!

hmm no they weren't. But the mods were :p . That was pretty confusing.

No, I don't have a Netflix account. I assure you, I if did, that's how I'd be watching Robin Hood. Anyway, someone on YouTube has been uploading all the episodes, so I'm all set! :D

Lol. Ok, as long as you get to watch it :)

Aha, I see. ;)) Yeah, I've seen your posts in the favorite music thread. :) ;))

Wow, 10 lbs is a big baby! ;))

Haha ;)) . So what do you think about my music taste :p ?

Yeah it is :p . We knew someone who had a 12 lbs baby :-o :p .

HEY ALL!!!!!!!! I have been missing you all a lot! Glad to be able to get on here and talk with you all!

yay you're back! :D

lol yes it does remind me of that! So what episode are you on?

I actually haven't started season 2 yet . But I'm done with season 1! Hopefully I'll get to start it soon :p

Haha!

hehe ;))

Oh I see.

yeah...I get carsick too so traveling isn't fun for me :( . But I still like going to other places :p .

Good Mortereve all! I hope each one of you is having a splendid Sunday! :)

Yeah. We're not allowed to have trampolines either :( .

Well I'm done with The Iliad so now I'm writing an essay on it. So I'm glad I'm almost done with that, then I'll have to start reading The Odyssey. :)

I got All the Houses Look the Same by Deas Vail and Until My Heart Caves In by Audio Adrenaline. :) Have you heard of either of those bands? Deas Vail is one of my favorite bands but I haven't heard much music by Audio Adrenaline. I haven't even listened to the CD I got yet :p .

Aww! :( Ah well...

How did/does the essay go? Did you enjoy The Iliad?

I have heard some Audio Adrenaline songs, and I've heard of Deas Vail as well, although I haven't heard much of their work. They're pretty good, though.

The question is....of all the people that come in this town square (which is a ton) How many people do RP's?

In answer to your question, I don't do the RP's here. I guess I've always been rather busy to do them. ;))

Fanny, how fun your relatives dropped by! I'm glad you enjoyed basketball. I, myself, was never good at it.

To tell you the truth, I'm not so good at it either. ;))

That Creation Museum sounds fantastic! I'm heading to Ohio in late July, but unfortunately where I'm going is a bit too far from the museum for a day trip, I think.

Alas! Where is the Museum exactly? I doubt we'd be going close enough to it either for a visit when we're in Ohio this summer. Ah well. Someday!

*waves to F2*

*waves back* And how be you? :)

Thank you very much! :) She and my sister are doing very well! She is a very healthy baby!

Hurray! :)

I'm glad to hear it! :) Do you have a favorite song of the ones that you've listened to? :)

How have you been doing lately? :)

Hmmm, I can't say! All the ones I heard I liked, but I don't think I've heard enough to pick a favourite...

I've been good, thanks! :) Busy- I don't think I mentioned it here, but I have two jobs now. One is house cleaning (which I've had for a couple of months now) and the other is working in the kitchen at a local restaurant (I just completed my first month there). Both have been fun, especially the latter job. But it's been keeping me busy. ;)) How have you been?

Ruby: Ack, I'm sorry to hear that you've been sick! :( I hope you feel better soon! Praying for you!

Hmm, not much to catch up on. Twas nice!

Hello all! *Waves*

Sorry, I haven't been around in a while, I think my catch-up will begin around page 120. (When I actually write it, that is) I've been dreadfully busy, lately. I've had school, a retreat, a baby shower (to plan and attend!), script frenzy, etc. to do. Hopefully once MeadowMaid and I get caught up on SF I'll be bale to do a catch-up post.

Just wanted to let y'all know I'm alive (Plus, I've missed being here.)

See ya!

I don't think I'm going to do any catch, however, seeing that my last post was millions of pages back and I already am sick and don't want to go digging for it. ;) :P

Aw, but what about our interesting debates? Actually, I guess we were just finished talking about music and we were going to stat talking about creation vs. evolution.

And know he's back! Hopefully... :-s :p

Right, no wonder the Square's been picking up a bit! ;))

hmm no they weren't. But the mods were :p . That was pretty confusing.

Well, still, there were fewer things this year than last year.

Lol. Ok, as long as you get to watch it :)

Yup! Since Season 2 hasn't been uploaded yet, I'm going back and watching Season 1 again, which is very helpful since it's hard to get everything until you watch it again.

*waves to F2* Have you finished Get Smart yet?

Have a good day, all!

Greetings all! :) How is everyone? I've been good- I just finished reading a Nancy Drew book, from the Girl Detective series (the book was called High Risk), and interestingly, it looks like the plotline, title, and, not to mention main characters, were almost completely the same as another Nancy Drew book- but from a previous ND series. Odd, eh? ;)) Ah well.

*waves to F2* Have you finished Get Smart yet?

Almost! :D We have three episodes left- last night we watched the episodes Shock it to Me and Leadside. Both were pretty good, I think. :) Have you been able to see Season 5 yet?

Well, this was a short post. But anyway. ;)) Cheers all! :)

WHOAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH! Good gosh! I must have...*calculating* 50 pages to catch up on! Yeah, don't think I want to read all 800 of those posts.

What have I been up to? A LOT. School (of course!), reading a lot, writing a lot, working a LOT, playing guitar, doing loads of research on computers and I eventually decided to get a brand new MacBook Pro (yes!), a little NarniaWebbing when I can find the time, and lots of other stuff!

I just thought I'd pop in for a sec to inform everyone that I, like WinterStar, am alive and doing okay!

Looks like a lot of new people have shown up in the Square in the past...2.5 months! Hello, new people ;) !

Well, spring break is past and summer break in on the horizon! Only 33 school days left! Cheers !

Maybe I'll be back in a week or five, yeah, more like ten weeks!

I met Georgie and Skandar AND saw the film in one evening.

*coughs and slowly slides back into the room pretending that she hasn't left since her last post on page..... (flips through the thread) page 12. :p *

So, how is everyone this wonderfully cloudy evening? :) I'm pretty good I guess. REALLY bored though. I'm currently at home alone since my mom and sister are at dance class. I'm not allowed to dance for the next week or two. Possibly more, idk. So i'll try to post more on here since I have more time now. :)

So... catchups.... I don't know where to start! I've been so busy with so many things since like, literally January. My family's has kind of been having a hard time lately. Illnesses, injuries, crazy recital schedules. :p I don't really know where to start...... hmm. :|

Well, since I don't know where to start, (and since i'm not going to go back over 150 pages :p ) I think i'll just leave my post as it is and let you all now that I am back in the square and hopefully for awhile again! :) So, hello again everyone! :)

Mortereve all! Sorry for being gone for about a week. It's been a little hectic around the castle for the last few days (nothing major, just stuff), so I've been preoccupied for the last 4 or 5 days.... :p

Oh yeah! Legends of the Fall arrived in the mail on Thursday!!! :D :D/ I must say, I think it's one of James Horner's best scores. I'm quite pleased with the CD. :D

Alright, time for catching-up:

*The Prince and Dragon take their seats at the fountain as Cor begins writing his post*

----------------------

@ NN. I never got around to looking at it last week, but I'll be sure to check out an episode or two sometime this week. :)

@ Fanny. Ah yes, they are great when they are all put together and running properly. :D It's just getting them there that can be.... taxing. ;))

Life's been good. Like I mentioned, been pretty busy for the last week, but everything has slowed back down now which is nice. :) How are things your way?

@ Becca. Of course I was acting strange! It was April Fools! Everyone was a little off that day! :p

The Royal Couple is doing very well. Staying busy with matters of state and the like, but doing well. :)

To answer your poll: I'm a part of UI and "A funny thing happened...". So yeah, I RP a little. :p

@ Jo. It's actually quite easy to keep that from happening: just tell Vern not to breath on the drink. ;) No, actually we use straws* (long straws) to keep from bumping heads too much and also to keep the drink from boiling.

*Lady A's bright idea. ;)

@ Lark. Thanks! :D It's the album cover to Rubber Soul. :)

Yes, I like several of the Beach Boys songs. Not as much as I used to, but I still like their music. :)

Heh, well that's one benefit of me being an only child then. :p Sounds like it was fun, though. Except for forgetting about the first aid kit....

*It's actually not as bad as it sounds. It comes in handy when you eat raw meat, as most dragons do, though I have acquired a taste for cooked meat. :) *

@ Mel. Thank you. *bows*

@ Djaq. I think I know how you get such long posts.... you quote everyone. ;)

I noticed. ;)) I really like all of my titles so far. :p ;))

Yay! :D I'll try n ot to give you any offending titles, then... ;)

I do?? Well, then I guess people are just catching on to my personality. (completely kidding!)

"I'm afraid so." :p

Great! Now I really, really want to see it!

I think you would really like it. The only aspect that I disliked/did not understand was the dragon. Maybe I'm missing something since I did not see it from the beginning, but the dragon just came across as unnecessary. :-

I certainly hope not! ;))

Are you sure about that? ;)) ;) Yeah, I'll be sure to do that! ;)

*Ah, I doubt it will cause any permanent harm. Maybe a fear of a young lady asking a dragon to push him into a fountain, but nothing major. ;) ;)) *

Well, we're looking into that... ;) Good. :) :p

*laughs at the Capt. Cor posts and all of the April 1st fun* That was a fun day!

Aye, indeed! :D This year I was actually prepared to join the fun. The last two years it's always caught me by surprise.

@ Sweeet.

You guys are awfully intense with your catch-up posts! Seems almost like a serious commitment, the way you go. O_O

Well, it prepares us for long term commitments. ;) Also, it's a lot of fun. :D

@ Ruby. Yikes! Sounds like you've had rough lately.... :( Hope you get over your illness ASAP! *sends a Ruby's way*

@ TGW. Greetings and welcome back! :D

------------------------

Alright, I think that's gets everything. *waves to everyone in the Square*

Well, I'll be off now. Goodnight all!

*Cor and Vern exit the Square with the Prince humming bits of Legends of the Fall*

You remind me of a celebrity, but I'm not sure which one.

PC004 looks like Westley from "The Princess Bride"---In my opinion.

And you played on a Steinway Grand? That's a dreeeaaamm ...
Safe traveling in your upcoming trip.*hint*=Ohio is kind of near Ontario.

I know. :D :D It was pretty awesome. :) Best piano I ever played on. *laugh*
Really? I never thought OH was near Ontario. ;)) Too late anyway. :p

DJ, Ruby, flam, FF:

Well, I don't have anything specific to reply to from each of you, but I still want to say something. :p So I'll tell you all at the same time about my trip. :p (And some of you asked. So.) :)
We've visited the Creation Museum in Ohio--yesterday actually. Quite interesting, a lot of fun. They have some gardens there as well which we visited--very beautiful!!
Right now we're in Georgia--tomorrow we're going to a "Medieval Times" thing, which is somewhat of a re-enactment I guess. We'll also visit Stone Mountain... So all of that sounds really fun to me.. ;))

How have all of you been?? Any plans for summer vacations or anything?

Mortereve!

Aww! :( Ah well...

How did/does the essay go? Did you enjoy The Iliad?

I have heard some Audio Adrenaline songs, and I've heard of Deas Vail as well, although I haven't heard much of their work. They're pretty good, though.

I finished the essay in three days, which is shorter than I usually take :p . So now I have two out of three essays done. I'm upset b/c I would have been able to skip one of the essays b/c I wrote the an essay about the exact same thing last year for the same subject but I didn't print that essay and the computer I wrote it on crashed so I don't have it :( . Now I'll have to write it again ...

Audio A is ok. I listened to the CD the other day and wasn't extremely happy with it, but at least it was only $3 :p . I'm glad you think Deas Vail is good, I love them alot :D . You should watch this vid :)

NN95: My favorite Creation Museum place--hm. I enjoyed the gardens and petting zoo. ;)) And the Planetarium where they have you lean back and look at the ceiling was pretty neat too. Though I was wearing my hair up and it was rather hard to lean my head back against something. :p You probably don't know what that's like. ;)
