Good Mortereve, everyone!
First things first (I suppose that's why it's the 'first thing', right?), Happy Birthday to pogginfan!!! I hope you have a wonderful day, and many, many more!
*takes a seat under the same tree as last time, and proceeds with her ketchup*
*sigh* Let's agree to disagree, shall we? Since we apparently won't be coming to any other agreement any time soon.
Ah, that sounds right.
If you insist, I suppose that would be fine. We don't seem to be making any progress by saying the same things over and over again.
(We don't seem to be making any progress by saying the same thin-- Oh, never mind. )
Hi Flam! Thank you for the welcome (late or not

Hey all! How are you all doing this fine and lovely day today? Hope Everything in WONDERFULLY Great!
Last Night I watched Amazing Grace the movie by Michael Apted. WOW That is a great Movie! I had watched it once before but that was when I was pretty young and I did not understand it very much, but now that I'm older and can understand it I LOVE IT!
*Waves to Flambeau* How do you like my Avvie and Sig? A friend of mine made them for me and I love them!
What do you think of the 3rd Robin Hood season? Do you think it is worth watching?

Well I'm tired today. Yesterday was a crazy field trip and today wasn't much better. I guess the key in life is to never slow down, to forgive and forget the wrongs done to you, but never forget what your purpose is here on earth.
Nooww...for catch up!!!
First things first...HAPPY BIRTHDAY POGGINFAN!!!! I'm not exactly sure how old you are , but I hope you have a great birthday all the same!!!
Wow sounds like you have been doing a lot lately!
You're telling me!
Well I just got back from Florida and that was a blast! and now it looks like we will be moving out of the house that we are in right now by the end of March if not before. We will either be moving to Florida permanently or will just be working down there for a while.... So thats what has and will be happening with me
That's cool! I'm glad the trip went well. I've never been to Florida before. I hope the move goes alright and everything gets finished. Moves can be very stressful and usually are...
@ Ruby. Hello there! How are you doing?

I've been pretty good, doing this and that. I'm a tad tired, but that's no surprise for anyone who has a normal life.
I'm intrigued with your avatar. Who exactly is in it?
*waves to NG, Ruby, and Ben*
*waves back* What have you been up to lately?
Gotcha. You're probably right.
I'm glad we agree!!
flambeau!!! Good to see you on the square! Oscar is sooo beautiful!! Thanks for sharing the picture.
How are lessons coming by the way?
RubyGamgee, have you read Nicholas Nickleby? I've only seen the movie. But after looking at how thick the book is, I don't believe I'll be reading it anytime soon.
I haven't read the book yet, but I really want to. Lol, I've avoided it for a long time for the same reason. I'm not a huge reader. Not to mention, my eldest sister took her copy (which happens to be the only copy we had in the house) with her to college. But we recently got another copy of the book and I'm going to try to read it this summer.
My other other sister (I have a lot of sisters ), JMoon, encouraged me with the fact that she thinks it's her favorite Dickens book.
Aaand! I think that's all for now! I'll be popping out of the Square now to go play some games and then off to dinner!!!
God bless, all!!

Mortereve all! I trust everyone has had a good day? Mine has gone very well. Mom had a doctor's appointment today (nothing serious), so she took the day off from work. When she got home, we went into town and had lunch out and then stayed a good part of the afternoon at our favorite little coffee shop.
"A splendid time is guaranteed for all!"
All in all, we had a fun time.

Alright, now for catching-up:
---------------------------------
@ Ali. Thanks! Very well... *rummages through the cooler and pulls out a kombucha for Ali*
Well, I finished Emma on Monday night. While it's not my favorite Austen book, it was still a fun and enjoyable read. I'm glad Emma's perception of everything finally changed after almost ruining most of her friends relationships.
@ NN. Ah well, "to each their own soundtrack's".
Exactly. It does seem quite strange, but when you think about it, it makes sense. It takes X amount of time to edit, compile and print the LP's/CD's and most soundtracks come out a few days or even a week before the film is released. So it makes sense to get what there is of the score in advance and compile an album together, even if the whole score is not fully recorded and thus not available for a complete album. It's still frustrating, though....
Most definitely! Especially with film. Digital video makes the finished product look like a cross between a soap opera and a very well done computer game. There's something about the way it makes all the colors so bright and everything too sharp that makes it annoying.
Film on the other hand makes a movie look like a movie. Just compare the Prequel Trilogy to the Original Trilogy (Star Wars). The original's just have that great look to them that you can only get with actual film. [ end rant]
@ Flam. "That was nicely handled..." Susan, LWW.
That's good to hear. Didn't want you losing it while she was gone.
@ Rose. Hello and goodbye Rose! It's nice to see you at least pop into the Square.
@ Pels. Hmm, interesting. The scenes I picked were not necessarily the ones that looked cheesy, but the ones that the situation or dialogue were cheesy.
@ Ruby. Sounds about normal then. Same here. Just doing the usual stuff mostly.
You don't know? It's the Fab Four! The Beatles!!!
From left to right: George Harrison, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr and John Lennon.

I'm glad you liked Emma. It isn't my favorite Austen either (she annoyed be a bit too much ) but it was still very enjoyable. It's just that it feels you are telling too often "no don't say that!" or "wait don't do that!" or "will you stop talking so stupidly?!" lol jk

Ok,catch-up time...
Ali: I'm so glad you like the books! I'm going to see the movie Saturday.
How've ya been lately? (btw,I have forgotten about sending those devotionals to you. It's just a lot to type.
Hopefully I'll send the first one soon.

Dani: True, and at least I didn't have to drive. I actually recognized Mike's shirt at the show, but I didn't say anything because once again, I was being teased because of my TAN obsession. *sighs* But I didn't care as much about that.
One of my friends asked me which one I had a crush on. I said,"Well, they're all married. But I don't know about Ruben. So,I don't have a crush on any of them."
But then she wouldn't stop teasing me about Ruben(who,I discovered, has a girlfriend). Oh,and when I was talking to Mike,he told me that they were going on tour again in the fall for their new cd!
That's cool. I'll check out the movie, soon hopefully. What's your new av and sig about?
I really like Morgana. And Mordred.
And of course Merlin. He rocks. I don't like Uther at all though. Also
Hey,how come under "Friends from near and Far" on your blog I'm listed as "Lark"? I mean,I am Lark, but did you list me under that name or was it automatic? btw,I love your layout!
Where'd you get it?
PrinceCor: I've only read Pride and Prejudice. Unfortunately, I really don't have much time for pleasure reading nowadays because I'm working on a project about C.S. Lewis in english. BTW,I love your avy!!
I've been listening to The Beatles since I was about five.
Hello,Djaq! It's lovely to see you as well. How are you?

Yup!
I can see how that would be an advantage to the studios, but it does seem quite frustrating. So, it's nice when they release a complete recordings type of thing like for LotR. Have they done that for any other movies? I think people would like it if they did that more often, but I'm sure it's more work and money than they want to put into it.
Hmm, interesting. I've also heard that film has much more of a lifelike quality that digital video loses. I don't know enough about it to have an opinion, so I shall agree with you once again! So, isn't VDT being filmed in digital?
While we're on a similar topic, what do you think of 3D movies?

Hello all! *Waves*
Winter, ah, I see. So how are you liking playing the piano so far?
I like it pretty well, but we really need to get our piano tuned. Not to mention, half the keys stick, meaning I have to hit it repeatedly before it plays.
@ Winter. Thank you, thank you! *bows* Well, I can now watch Lord of the Rings or Lawrence of Arabia if that is any indication.
Yes, that's something I've noticed as well. *shrug* I sometimes/most of the time disagree with the score that the judges give. (granted, this depends on the sport and how well I like the athlete)

You're quite welcome. Yes, I would say your attention span has lengenthed a little bit.
Yeah, I often disagree with them, especially when I really want someone to win. Or I don't want someone to win, like the Russians in the ice dancing. Did you se their "Aboriginal" (not sure if that's the right spelling) dance? Creepy!
It's a deal.

;)) Wanna PM me the details ... or tell all in the Square: that's fine with me too.
Well, I actually mentioned it earlier in my post there, but I didn't give many details.
Pretty much, you and Jojo were there, and I was taking pictures of you both together... I can't remember any dialogue..
But for some reason I thought you two somehow looked slightly similar, though--you of course were a very tiny bit older.
Both of you didn't look identical to your real-life-selves... but in my dream I knew it was you.
That's about all--I mean, nothing super exciting happened. I just took pictures of you, that's all.
Usted habla español muy bien

Winter and PC004: You both asked how I was, I figured I would answer you both at once. I'm doing well, thank you! (and PC, I saw a "Bennett Avenue" when we were in town today and thought of you.

Sí estoy, gracias. Mi mamá es nicaragüense. Ella immagrated aquí de Nicaragua cuando ella tuvo diez años.
"Doing well, thank you. My mother is from Nicaragua. She immigrated out of Nicaragua when she was a teenager."
I'm sure I'm not getting this. But it's fun to try.
Veo. ¿Y tu papá es de aquí? ¿Habla español tu papá?

I wonder how horribly I'm messing up here.
