Zach nodded and stepped to the side into the hallway. "Do you think she'll actually come into the room?" he wondered, facing Peter.

"Well, that's good to know," Johnny replied to Justin. "At least half of my relatives don't loathe me..." he paused. "How's Miley?"

Johnny shook his head and turned around again. "Tell me later," he called to his brother as he walked out.

If Justin and Peter were going to tear the family apart with silly grudges, he wasn't going to watch it.

Peter followed Zach to the hallway. "I imagine she will." He rolled his eyes, trying to think of another plan to appear invisible to Ally. Well, if the couldn't hide from her, they could stop her. "Let's guard the door so she doesn't come in."

Miley was walking with Chloe (yes, NG we are taking her out of the attic), when she almost bumped into...Johnny! Excited, she gave him a big hug and kiss on the cheek. "You're back!" It had been six months without her oldest brother. Sure, Justin was awesome but Johnny was...Johnny! "Oh my gosh! Can you believe you're going to be an uncle? I am so excited! Peter won his soccer game last week! It was incredible! Justin helped rescue my friend Kayla, who was kidnapped. He's friends with a military dude named Kevin." Her speech grew faster and faster. "Oh Johnny! I missed you! I was hoping I would grow another two inches taller, but don't think I will. Oh...I can't believe you're really here!"

Meanwhile, Amanda, Diane and Abigal were in the car with Andrew. Hinting that she would like to be invited, she asked, "Who all is going to the wedding?"

"Or we could just stand here until she leaves," Zach suggested, but Peter was all action.

"Or we could paint our faces and jump her," he suggested, knowing Peter wouldn't really listen.

"Miley!" The corners of Johnny's mouth dared to move up half an inch. "Someone's a little excited, huh?" He tried to decipher what she was babbling about. "Slow down... slow down!" he laughed.

Earlier today

Earlier this moring Levi had brought Nate to Christ after one of their squad members had been killed... Now Nate crawled under machine gun fire Levi next to him. He peeked his head over the edge of the bunker to scan the enemy defenses for a week point, he and Levi had been sent out as scout... The problem is; they couldn't find a week point.

"We can't find anything sir, over" said Nate into his radio "Fall back, over" the man replied and Nate motioned for Levi to creep back with him, he turned around and began crawling back to their lines when machine gun fire opened on them. Nate cursed silently and began running back to the lines with Levi beside him again, fire scrapping the land behind and around him.

A bullet caught Levi in the back and sent him slamming into the ground Nate slid down next to him and picked him up, then carried him back to the front lines, dove in a trench and laid him down. Levi struggled for every breath, Nate checked his pulse "No, Levi, stay with us" he said shifting over to look in his eyes "Nate... Tell everyone back... Home... I... Love them..." he said before passing away. His eyes were not seeing Nate anymore.

Chloe giggled and nudged Miley, who was apparently VERY excited to see her brother again ( ) then stepped forward and smiled at Johnny. "Hey, it's great to see you again!" she said. "How are you doing?"

Peter laughed at Zach's suggestion about painting their faces. "Yeah, too bad we don't have any paint." He shook his head, knowing Zach was being sarcastic. " He looked into the arcade room, seeing that she was facing them. "Uh, let's step back inside the basketball room."

Slowly, Miley explained everything she had said earlier. "So, how was your time in Ronia?"

Now
A black car pulled into the the Charleston house and Nate as the Sargeant of the squad that lead Levi had to tell them the painful news so he steped out in full military uniform, his dress greens and all. Went to the door and explained what happened then turned away and went back to the car and got in the passenger seat.

The car pulled up Nate's driveway and Nate got out and walked up to the door way.

Brian watched as about everyone who was supposed to be playing soccer mulled away. He sighed, and made a face. Shaking his head, he shoved his hands into his pockets andwalked away to leave.

Andrew looked back for a brief second, "Well....we aren't too sure yet. We have to work the date around my working and the money too"

Abigal, who was sitting in the front passengers seat sighed, and said reassurringly. "We'll get it, don't worry"

Andrew nodded and leaned over and kissed her. "Yeah..."

Nate walked into the door to be greeted by a big hug by Angie and a handshake slash hug from Greg "Mom, dad!" he said, forcing a smile "Its so good to be home, even if it is only for the weekend" he said as he sat his bags down then sat down at the breakfast nook "I heard what happened..." said Greg while sitting down... "Can I get you anything?" Angie asked.

Eventually, Peter got home, when he saw Nate was back. Since he didn't watch the news, being too cool to do that at the age of 14, he got excited. "Nate! You're home!" He rushed behind Nate to hugtackle him, when he noticed the sadness on Greg and Angie''s face. "What happened?"

"Levi's dead" said Nate pulling away from Peter and shook his head, his eyes glistening.

Shock hit through Peter like bullets. "What?" He felt his legs weaken as he sat down. Reality hit him. Here he was all upset over his lack of hair and Nate had to lose his best friend in a war. At least Peter's hair could grow back, since it was allowed to. Levi was dead and Nate would not be able to bring him back on this earth. Even in death, Levi proved to be the better man. "Oh man." That was all he could say. It's not like he and Levi were friends. They were rivals and all Peter could think of was Levi being better than him. "So, you here for the funeral? Is it a good idea for me to go? You know, since the only thing we have in common is sports and interest in Jen?" He sounded lame, but the words were already said. It's not like he could take him back. "Or whatever I'm supposed to say," he spoke aloud, not thinking of his words.

"I really don't care" said Nate whiping the tears out of his eyes "Where's Lyn?"

Peter wondered at Nate's coldness towards him. "She was at the gym, maybe she's hanging out with Jen." Deciding it would not be a good idea to ask Nate if he waas mad at him, he slipped away to his room. Looking in the mirror, he was relieved his hair was starting to grow back, then was frustrated at himself for being happy about anything. He stuffed his face in his pillow and started to cry. Still crying, he sent Jen a text.

Jen was walking to Nate's house with Lyn, when she received a text She gasped. "Lyn, Levi is dead!" Part of her wanted to go to his funeral, then wondered if his parents would be mad at her. What if Levi died because he was thinking abou ther dumping him and wasn't paying attention? "Ugh!"

Nate stood up and went to the fridge to get a drink before saying "I'm taking a walk..."
