Peter groaned when he saw the picture of Mr. Pole. "I really want my hair back now."

"It'll come back sooner or later," Lyneya said to him sympathetically. 'I just won't be here to see it,' she added in her own thoughts. She was glad they were private.

Peter ran a hand through his hair. "I hope sooner." He sighed. "I guess later is better than never." He had a flashback of that man's angry face, directed towards hi. He shuddered. "Yet, i still want to eb with Jen. Am I a glutton for punishment or something?"

Amanda interupted the conversation and asked Lyn and Nate if they could go to her party.

"I'll be there" replied Nate happily... Then glumly "It'll also be my last holiday before I go"

Lyneya shrugged. "I don't know. It depends on... never mind. I'll see if I can't make it." She smiled at Amanda and hope she didn't question her.

Amanda was confused at what Lyn said. SOmething in the girl's eyes looked a little dazed. "Okay." She was happy to see Jen walk inside the church. After telling Nate she was looking forward to seeing him, she invited Jen.

"Absolutely!" Jen answered. Then she whispered, "Is Peter going? No, don't answer. I'll ask him myself."
She walked over to Peter. "Hi Peter (Pete, Scrubb. *giggles). Are you going to Amanda's party?"

Peter smiled at the sight of Jen. Just the sound of her voice re,minded him of why he liked her and wanted to be with her, no matter what the cost. "I am. It's going to be fun!"

That afternoon, Peter and Ryan were shooting hoops. Peter took the ball and pushed it into hte basket. "I think I will try out for high school next year," he said with a smile.

Miley picked out a pink sparkly dress at the mall and turned to Chrissa. "Isn't this pretty?"

Justin asked Brad and Kevin if they wanted to go to the newspaper's office with him, to ask why they put Peter's picture in there.

"Sure I'll come" replied Kevin "Hey you want to fill me in on what Nate has been through the last couple of months? he told me about everything leading up then but he said I had to ask someone else" added Kevin.

Justin said, "Well, he is going to go to war and has been avery good friend to my cousin. He has stood up for my cousin and defended him against bullies. He's been comign to church and youth group. He has been writing really good songs , you should hear him sing and play guitar. It's awesome."

Stacey arrived at Zach's house, to work on teh project. She had styled her hair in a clip and curled it. She was wearing a very skimpy dress and lots of eyeshadow. "ZACHIE!"

Zach threw open the door. "In," he muttered. "Take off your shoes." He turned on the kitchen lights. "Look," he spun and faced her, looking at her curls to her dress and back. "We have a few minutes here. So we just throw the poster together, okay?" He said it slowly, as if Stacey wasn't able to keep up. (maybe she wasn't after all anyway).

Stacey balanced herself on her sihlettos and walked in following Zach. "Since we are doing Romeo and Juliet, wouldn't it be better if we act it out?" Playing it cool, she said, "We don't have to kiss or anything." She batted her eyelashes.

Amanda called Brad and Jubne to invite them to the party.

"Uh, a poster would work fine," said Zach, taking a step back. He wondered if knocking her out and making a run for it was a good idea.

Kevin replied "Yea ((LOL! INSIDE JOKE!)) I kinda knew he was going to join. So he's been going to chuch eh? Now thats supprising" he added.

Stacey plopped on a couch. "I really need an "A". I'm not taht good at drawing on posters and they always come out messy."
