Stacey suggested, "Lets go out to eat and see the new Narnia movie!"

"Um, okay," Rosamunde glanced at her alarm clock. It was almost lunch time. "I'll meet you at the pizza parlor in 15 minutes, 'kay?"

She stood and grabbed her Converse from beside her door. They were bright pink with drawings done in Sharpie all over them. It was the work of her own hands and boredom put together.

Kahlynn entered the room cautiously limping. "So how are you feeling, Justin?" She asked, trying, but failing to supress another cough. She was deeply concerned, he didn't look to good, but she was sure he'd recover...

Groggly from the pain, medicine and loss of hair, Justin said, "I'll manage. I think. I don't regret trying to protect everyone. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. I just am scared...it sounds so stupid..but I'm scared that I will never look the same again. Don't get me wrong, though. I would do it all over again if it would save anyone."

Peter tried to chuckle, "You won't be going on any heroic adventures anytime soon. You need your rest."
Jen looked at Peter, "And if you do follow your cousin's footsteps, try not to get yourself killed."

Stacey met Rosemunde at the pizza restuarant. "So..what all you do today?"

Rosamunde arrived at the pizza parlor after Stacey. "Sorry, I'm late. I had to do some last minute stuff."

They found a booth and Rosamunde immediately opened her menu. She was hungry; why waste time? "Well, I went to church and then I was playing around with some new paints and brushes. You?"

Susan didn't know what she needed. She looked at Johnny, strangely for a minute, wondering why he was even here. When was the last time her family had rallied at the plea of another? She couldn't recall a time. Tears spilled down her cheeks, tracing white lines down her ivory skin. But suddenly there was a certain bitterness to here eyes. A gleam of resentment. "Why are you even here Johnny!?" she suddenly cried, turning away. "None of you ever came when I needed you! Why are you showing up now!?" she let out a sob, into her hands.

Maralyn awoke at the sound of others in the hospital room. Sarah cooed softly in very small crib that sat next to the chair. The nurses had brought it in, knowing that the small only month old child could sleep in it's Mother's arms. with a start Maralyn sat up, seeing Kahlynn in the room, speaking with Justin. "Good morning" she whispered, then turned to Justin concern glazing her eyes over.

Everything happened in a blur. Ian was suddenly aware he was in the cop's car, in the front seat while Alex rattled off something about being innocent. Ian shook himself awake when the officer asked him what had taken place. "Well....there was a gang, sir, who were after my cousin. My cousin, and his friends were in the park, and the dudes chased after them and shot at them. Before I could help though another car pulled up, and several thugs got out and kept me rather busy, until he" he jerked a thumb back to Alex "Picked me up"

When they arrived at the hospital, the three boys were taken to Justin's room. Brian waved a 'Hi' to Jen, then looked apprehensively at the door into the hospital room. Such trauma went on in this large, white walled building. Such terrible things as sickness and disease. The air was thick with a thousand different smells, and he recalled the time, a year ago, that he had,had to spend several weeks in the hospital after being shot. He really had no desire to be here again. He even recalled the room number he had been in. Shaking the memory from his mind he turned to Peter "Sure. We can go in....only if it won't disturb him of course"

Right now his mind was all on their current subject, and he had tried to completely forget Logan even stood in the same hall.

Nate walked down stairs to his basement, it was no longer a studio, well on the outside it appered it was. He then proceeded to enter a small closet where multiple flatscreen computers were set up on the walls.

He sat down in the chair and picked up a CB Radio mike. Then he proceeded to call Buck's CB "Buck, I need to talk with you. Please pick up your mike"

Miley made her way over to Maralyn's side and whispered in her ear, "Will he be the same person?"

Stacey said, "I did my nails!" She showed Rosemunde her pretty pink fingernails with sparkles on them.

Rosamunde smiled. "Very cool." She looked at her own hands, which were covered in Sharpie ink and some leftover paint. "Much prettier than mine." Ro chuckled, setting her menu down.

"Ready to order?" Ro asked, catching the attention of one of the waiters.

Stacey flipped a long strand of hair behind her shoulders. "TOtally! Do you like pepperoni pizza?"

Rosamunde grinned. "I'll eat anything from kalamari to animal crackers."

She smiled at the waiter. "We'll just get a medium pepperoni. Extra cheese and sauce. And two Cokes?" She looked at Stacey for approval.

Grinning, Stacey agreed and waited eagerly for her food and drink. "Rember that test we had to take in Spanish friday? (let's say they are in teh same spanish class) That was so hard! I hope I passed."

"My Dad never encouraged me to study Spanish. He told me Italian was a much better language to learn, so I didn't study Spanish until I started highschool..." Rosamunde said, grabbing the saltshaker. She tapped it on the wooden tabletop a few times.

"I," retorted Alec with a snort. "Saved you, in case you didn't notice." He rolled his eyes and mouthed something sarcastic to Buck before turning back to Ian. "And anyway, it's not like you have the cleanest alibi in the world, genius."

Alec flicked one of Ian's ears, or at least tried to with the cuffs on. "Though I bet that this will make a really cool story when it's all over with, huh?" He grinned at Ian hopefully. "Like, you know, in a few years. Five years...hm, maybe twenty?"

Johnny blinked and his mouth popped open as Susan burst into more sobs, ones that shook her entire body. Her face was dirty, the only clean parts where tears were now streaking down.

"Um," said Johnny. "Last time I checked, you weren't exactly welcoming me with open arms."

He squinted at her. Wasn't she supposed to be weak from all this cancer stuff? She looked pretty mad. "Hey, if you need me to leave, I can go right now. Seriously. Do you want me to leave, Susie? Because currently, you sort of look like you want to kill me."

(OOC: Sorry this took so long I've been busy with college. Kahlynn's still in Justin's right? I'll edit her's in as soon as I remember where she was and what she was doing. )

"Alright! That's enough!" Buck yelled at the top of his lungs. "We can talk about what happenned at the station, until then quit the sarcasm!"

Jackson rushed into the office. He just got a call from his boss, telling him to come in.

"Yes sir?" he asked.

"You're needed as a sub, someone else got tied up an couldn't make the court date, but the kid needs a lawyer and we can't move the trial. Here's the folder." He shoved it across the desk.

"Thank you," replied Jackson and he started flipping through as he went out the door.
