Miley groaned and got her mirror out of her purse and slammed it to teh floor. "How can i not think about him? He's been my anchor, Peter's anchor. Now he's gone!" When she saw that her mirror broke form her throwing it on the floor, she sat on the couch and sobbed. "Seven more years of bad luck. How can you guys even stand me?"

Chrissa pulled Miley into her arms and hugged her. "Stop saying things like that, Miley. We love having you around. You know that."

Kevin sat up "I'm fine" he said "You should really check om justin though, he's still devistated by what he did" he said with as grim smile.

Amanda touched Kevin's hand, licking her lips. "I'm glad you're okay. You should tell them you're in teh military and he was trying to save your life and that you were only protecting your brother who si joining the military." She paused. "They have to believe you Kev!"

Miley sobbed into Chrissa's shoulder. "I have to call Peter. I have to see what he's doing, if he's okay."

Peter had gone to Nate's house and so had Nate. Lyn was also there. He was about to go to bed, when he heard his cell ring. "Miley?"
Miley started talking fast. "Thank goodness you're there. Are you okay? Make sure your not taking any pills. Do not spend anytime alone, get it?"
Peter was about to answer, when she hung up. THen, he heard Nate's home phone ring.

Miley was the one calling Nate's house, after talking to Peter.

Kevin blinked at the nickname then said "You'd be surprised by the amount of men who come home from war and do bad things, they make us look bad so if I told them I was in the military I'd be under even more suspicion than I already am"

Angie picked up the phone "Hello Miley..." she waited for teh torrent of a worryed mileys words.

Miley panicked. "You have to check on Peter! This year has been so bad for both of us! Make sure he is not overdosing on any meds and don't let him out of your sight!"

Amanda was confused. "But you were just doing what was right? You had to protect your brother!" SHe looked at him with a confused expression. "I don't understand."

"Okay, okay Miley calm down its alright!" she said with a soothing tone "Peter will be just fine and we never ever let a child in our care out of our sight"

Kevin sighed and muttered something like "Civilians" then said "I was but the cops don't know that, for all they know me and Justin could be paid killers. But we arn't and thats why they are giving this an investigation"

Peter was still shaken at Miley's last call. Why did she call and hang up like that? That was strange. He texted Ryan, telling him to take care of Miley, then turned in for the night.

Miley said, "Okay. Are you sure? Are there cameras around your hows to record what he's doing?

"No" said angie almost sarcasticly "Our house is not a prison" she said with a tone in her voice she hardly ever uses.

Realizing she may have annoyed the women, Miley said, "Oh, I'm sorry. I just am really concerned about him. Would you mind checking on him for me, just to see if he's okay?"

Lyneya sat on her bed, still dressed. This was the night she'd do it. It would have to happen sooner or later, and she had to do it sooner before she could change her mind.

Peter was tossing and turning in his sleep. It had been a year since his hair was pulled out and he looked in the mirror to find none of it had grown back. He was crying "No! I'm going to be bald!" Peter snapped back up, to a wet pillow, probably from crying. He asked God to let his hair grow back, then laid back down and went back to sleep.

Lyneya crept down the hall towards the stairs. She held a flashlight in one hand, but that was all she would need. She didn't have to go far to get to her fosterparents.

Peter was awakened by footsteps, so he ventured out of his room to see what was going on. He turned the light on and was suprised to see Lyn. "Lyn what are you doing?"

Lyneya whirled around. "Shhhh!" Lyneya looked around to make sure they hadn't wakened anyone else. She turned back to Peter. "I.. I'm leaving."
