((Oops, I completely forgot about the story--regardless, I'm more or less up to speed))
Who was he? Where was he? The one formerly known as Justin came back to clear thought. What had happened? Then he remembered: a psychic shockwave that had washed over him, nearlydestroying what was left of Justin Farro. He vaguely remembered details--waking up, stealing a ship, following the dark side. It was all a blur.
Now he found himself on a planet crawling with the dark side. He listened and heard--"Orran . . . your kingdom . . . your empire. A battle raged above and around, yet Venator--for that was who he was--did not care. A power was drawing him. Another presence threatened him--even more than the boy who all wondered at or the empress who fled in terror. Something far greater--more worshipful. A darkness that he could embrace and strangle. Even the greatest Sith in their power--Revan, Malak, Exar Kun--even they never knew such power. The holocrons were gone, but he no longer needed them. He was drawn--below the surface of this world his power waited for him . . .

Allyn staggered out of the escape pod, totally disoriented. He looked around, trying to figure out where they were and what mess they had landed in. There were fires and bodies and monsters everywhere. To his surprise, Allyn spotted Brutus and the whole gang gathered around the Orran Fountain. He drew his lightsaber, prepared to leap into battle, but then remembered Juriel. He needed to make sure Juriel was okay before doing anything.

Ordana was pinned down and extremely irritated by that fact. Muttering a string of particularly foul expletives, she rummaged through her gear, trying to find an ion grenade. Unfortunately, she was out of them.
"I can use Force Lightning, but I'm not close enough. She'll pick me off before I can get her," Ordana yelled back at Corvus. "It's up to you. Maybe you could use the kid as a decoy?"

Enyo lunged toward the Fountain, but Brutus intercepted her with a quick lightsaber strike. Their blades clashed rapidly as Enyo pushed her former master to the limits of his saber skills. Corvan reached out with the Force and raised every scattered blaster within the Fountain courtyard into the air and began firing them at Enyo. Unfortunately, Enyo kept deflecting the blaster bolts at Brutus, making it even harder for the Dark Lord to battle his former apprentice.
"Whose side are you on anyway?" Brutus yelled at Corvan after he was forced to jump over the Fountain to escape a wave of blaster fire.
Aleena was busily chanting and gesturing at Enyo, working some magic that was making the air around her buzz with unseen energy. Myrddin was kept occupied fighting off another wave of monsters that had emerged from the wreckage, all single-mindedly heading for Aleena. The wizard wasn't certain if it was her magic attracting them or if Enyo was somehow dominating their minds even while in the midst of mortal combat. He just wished they'd find something else to try to eat.
Juriel thought the ride would never end before the escape pods landed on Orran, but then he noticed that the pod he was in had not been moving for a while now and realized that they had indeed landed. He must have blacked out or something from the impact, and that would explain why he was seeing black spots in weird places.
Through the hissing steam Juriel climbed out of the escape pod slowly, stumbling until he collapsed on the ground a few feet away. He wondered what the noise was that was all around him, but he didn't get a chance to look around to see what it was before he was taken into darkness.
When he came to the ruckus had not died away and he found something was dripping into his eyes. As he tried to raise himself he touched his forehead, looked back stupefied as he saw blood soak his fingers. What had happened to make him bleed so profusely? Still on the ground and not getting anywhere with standing up, he rolled over where he laid to see the escape pod he had vacated. He blinked in shock. It looked like a crumbled piece of paper, metal fragments tightly wadded into a ball with angry vapors blanketing it. He was surprised he was able to pass through the hole he had crawled through, even though he was young and lean.
Flabbergasted, the thought crossed his mind that it was a wonder that he survived with nothing serious than a gash on his head, that he could tell. He touched the side of his head again, pressing it now to help stop the bleeding as he looked around for something to bandage it. He found nothing really except his own clothes, so he tore the hem of one of his pant legs and started to, a little clumsily, wrap his head with it. As he did Juriel glanced back at the mangled pod, wondering absently who else was in there and if they were dead. He couldn't remember who had been in there with him . . .
Frowning, he tried not to think about that consequense.

Solarflare decided against helping take on Enyo and instead focused his firepower on keeping the rampaging creatures at bay. Among the horde, he saw a small group of Creeplings, and he froze. He remembered the battle of the previous day (or was it only that morning? Time had become a blur to him), and all the friends he had lost battling the army of those creatures. And he remembered saving Mek.
Mek.
If only he had been able to save him from Gothmotron! If only he was some great warrior like Warpath or Orion Prime! His frustration and pain that had been building up since his friend's death finally erupted and the Autobot leaped at the Creeplings with a savage yell. He landed on two, flattening them beneath his metal feet with a sickening crunch, and held down the triggers of his pistols, not releasing them until the Creeplings were little more than smoldering, twisted piles of grease. Solarflare had more pain to spare, and continued to pour it out on the other creatures.
VACS reactivated and staggered to his feet, looking around in bewilderment at the scene around him. He was suddenly peppered by blaster bolts deflected wildly by Brutus, and with a yelp ran and sought shelter behind the Fountain. He wasn't a coward, it was just that full scale battle was way outside his function.
Corvus glanced over at the swinging cable that Astri had pointed out.
"Good eye, kid," she said, rather reluctantly since she hated being one-upped, especially by someone younger than her. A toddler was no exception. With lightning speed, Corvus dove under the barrage of blaster shots and snatched up the cable, spinning around and jamming it into Kasandra's side.
P.S."Brooklyn!"
Kasandra stared down in shock at the power cable jammed through her human disguise for less than a second before the electricity blasted through her body, shorting out most of her circuits. The former Empress of the galaxy collapsed to her knees, most of her disguise burnt away.
"I'm melting!" Kasandra gasped out and then went still as another blast of electricity passed through her.
Corvus nudged the former Empress with the toe of her boot.
"Ding, dong, the wicked witch is dead," she deadpanned. Stooping down, she picked up the blasters and expected them.
"That was almost too easy," she said. "Either we have amazing luck, or something bad is going to happen in the next few minutes." She added the blasters to the belt around her waist.
P.S."Brooklyn!"
Astri shuddered as the Empress "melted". "I think maybe we should blow this up and get out of here or something." Astri offered.
"Let the music cast its spell,
give the atmosphere a chance.
Simply follow where I lead;
let me teach you how to dance."
The universe proved Corvus right as sirens started blaring and lights started flashing within a few seconds of the Empress' demise.
Ordana emerged from behind the workstation she had taken cover behind and began frantically working controls.
"We've got a bit of a problem. The station's self-destruct just started and I can't shut it down. We've got about two minutes to get out of here."
Deep below Orran, to dungeons that had never seen the sun, descended the Dark Lord Venator. His destiny lay below.
Greetings, my lord. We have been expecting you.
"Have you indeed?"
Your coming was foretold--the coming of the chosen one who would work on the behalf of Melko. We are here to do your bidding.
Venator felt with the force--the domed room had no light save the light of the burning altar in the center, yet to one attuned to the dark side, the very stones of the place glowed with power--power that could be harnessed. Dark rituals suggested themselves. He bent his will toward the cultists and perceived: they were deluded. They worshiped a being more powerful than they, nay had been working on his behalf. And now: what did he perceive? A threat. This being, sensed earlier, could destroy him. Yet this room contained the solution.
"Very well," said Venator, igniting his saber, "I wish you to die."

Aboard the Star Forge, there were more beepings and other ominous sounds coming from the workstations in the control center. The exits leading from the command deck had sealed off and the trio of assassins were trapped, along with the robotic corpse of their prey. Ordana was doing her best to try to stop the countdown or find a way out of the Star Forge, but she wasn't a computer expert by any stretch of the imagination. But then she got lucky.
"Okay, there's a nearly-completed ship being worked on right now," Ordana told the others. "I think Kasandra was trying to escape on it. I'm rushing it to completion, but we've got to board it as soon as it's done or we won't have time to escape the explosive destruction of the Forge."

Unable to do any good with his weapon of choice, Corvan abandoned his blaster and seized a fallen lightsaber to do battle with Darth Enyo. He briefly reflected on the fact that he could hardly believe he was actually taking up arms against the second-in-command of the empire he'd chosen to serve. But Brutus wanted Enyo dead and he was willing to teach and knew a great deal more of the ways of the Force than Corvan did. Corvan was far more interested in becoming more powerful in the Force than in maintaining loyalty to a crumbling political system.
Unfortunately for Corvan, he really wasn't any match for Enyo. With an almost mocking look on her face, Enyo swatted Corvan's lightsaber away and blasted him with Dark Side energy from one of her amulets. He flew backwards and crashed into the Fountain, lapsing into unconsciousness.
Aleena saw what Enyo did to Corvan, but was unable to intervene. Her spell was nearing completion and holding back the amount on power she needed was taking all the concentration and willpower she could muster.
Brutus took advantage of Enyo's momentary distraction to blast her backwards with a powerful lightning attack. Enyo stumbled and fell under the assault. Brutus pressed the attack, forcing Enyo back against a large hulking piece of rubble.Enyo easily blocked Brutus' further attacks and then slapped his saber right out of his hands.
"Get her!" Joni yelled, grabbing a rock from the rubble. She threw it at Enyo as Enyo prepared to decapitate Brutus.
Without even looking up, Enyo raised her hand and caught the rock.
Enyo blasted Brutus halfway across the courtyard with a Force Push. Then she spun to face Joni and Jayne and unleashed a Force attack that neatly bisected the wannabe cult-leaders.
Enyo looked around the courtyard with a pleased smirk. The elves were occupied with monsters and most of the Dittopians were as well. The only people left in her way were Myrddin and Aleena.
Myrddin saw Enyo heading his way and shifted the Variform into the Spear. He blocked Enyo's saber attack with the Spear and gathered magic for an attack.
"X'ephure tells me your the entity formerly located under Ditto Town. Not sure why I was ever afraid of you. You don't seem terribly dangerous to me."
"Sorry to disappoint," Myrddin said with a shrug. He nearly stabbed Enyo with the Spear, but she dodged backward, losing a chunk of her robes to the Spear.
"Interesting weapon you have there. I can feel the power radiating off of it. What is it exactly?" Enyo asked curiously, as she kicked Myrddin in the ribs.
"As if I would tell you," Myrddin replied. Enyo's attack were coming to quickly to cast spells and his combat skills were rusty at best. If it weren't for the protective power of the Spear, the wizard would already have been killed.
Astri screamed in fright. "Shouldn't we...um, go?" She asked urgently.
------
Emere raced towards the center of the action along with Arin.
"Let the music cast its spell,
give the atmosphere a chance.
Simply follow where I lead;
let me teach you how to dance."
"Enough of this already!" Enyo snapped, sounding decidedly petulant. She levitated into the air and extinguished her lightsaber. The Dark Lady raised her hands and blasted Myrddin with Force Lightning emitted from both hands.
Myrddin was driven to his knees as his body was ravaged by pain from the lightning strike. He'd felt the pain of Force Lightning before, but never this powerful and never so much of it. Enyo was generating enough power to run a city, but seemed to do so effortlessly. It was all Myrddin could do to keep a tight grip on the Spear and hope someone did something before he wasn't able to hold on any longer and the lightning consumed him.
But just as Myrddin could hardly stand the pain any longer, Aleena completed her spell, shouting out the last syllables triumphantly. There was the required boom of thunder, the sudden gust of wind, and then Enyo fell to the ground, seemingly dead.Myrddin also collapsed to the ground, fighting to catch his breathas Aleena walked toward the body of Enyo. The sorceress cautiously nudged the fallen Dark Lady with her foot, only to yelp in surprise as Enyo's hand snapped up and grabbed the prodding appendage.
"What did you do to me?" Enyo rasped, tightening her grip on Aleena's leg to painful levels.
Despite the pain Aleena was experiencing, she couldn't help but gloat," I used a spell from one of the legendary Pages of the Darkhold. An ancient spell that kills an enemy slowly and painfully, destroying their midi-chlorians first, and then causing their cells to rupture one cell at a time. You'll live for days, weeks, months even, but every moment will be an exquisite agony. By the time it's over, you will beg for death. And if you're thinking of hurrying the cloning project, the spell is bound to your genetic material. Each and every one of your clones will suffer midi-chlorian loss at the very least. It's over, Enyo."
But Enyo would not go quietly into death. With a small shriek of pain, she called upon her failing Force powers to rip the Spear from Myrddin's grasp. When it reached her hand, she thrust it upward, stabbing through Aleena's torso and out her back.
"I'd be gone in a jiffy if it wasn't for the fact that I've got to wait for this chick to finish whatever it is that she's doing." Corvus looked over at Ordana.
"Is it done yet? I think we just lost about half the Forge by now."
P.S."Brooklyn!"
