I always imagined Digory like Cainan Wiebe. Always!

For some reason I've always imagined Digory with brown hair so I for one wish they get an actor with brown hair and between the ages of 11-14.

One of the most important rules on casting Digory is that he needs to look very similar to his older self in LWW. I'd find it hard to imagine that someone's looks (like nose, hair, eyes, etc.) could change so much.

I'm also with DamselJillPole on the age and hair. Digory needs his blues eyes (LWW looks again), but I love the thought of him having very dark brown hair. Blonde hair would work too, but I'm more for the other choice.

I do not have much of an idea of what he looks like, but young Digory could very well Cainan Wiebe, but maybe with lighter hair.

I actually had no idea who Cainan Wiebe was untill someone said he looked like Digory so I looked him up and agreed that he did indeed look like Digory.

A possibility but 3-4 years from now may be too old. Depends on what film is next: The Silver Chair or The Magician's Nephew. (If any more)

I disagree I don't think Cainan Wiebe looks anything like Diggory. I think having a picture of Jim Broadbent as the Proffesor would be more helpful as that is what people are seeing as him.
I agree that the actor should be about ten or at least look like that as Polly is certainly very young "If Polly had have been very much younger she would have wanted to put on of the [Uncle Andrews] rings in her mouth." and they're friends.
Yes in the books Diggory is Blonde but in the books Lucy is blonde, the white witch is 7 feet tall with black hair and Eustace is younger than Lucy. They haven't followed any of this in the films. It is the older proffesor we need to work from, not the books.

Susan actually had black hair in the books, it was Lucy that had blonde hair. Everything else you said sounds about accurate

I wanted Asa Butterfield to play Digory but he turns 14 this year he could have been a fantastic Digory.
