She will possibly make a cameo appearance on Dark Island as Lucy's nightmare. I know it was said that Lucy still had nightmares of the night she killed Aslan. The main reason that my sister and I kept thinking about as we saw the banner is that WW is only on it to put a familiar face to get crowds to come back to see the movie but yes I believe that she will have a 10-30 second cameo.

Paul Martin on narniafans confirmed that the White Witch will be in the film for a "dream sequence." We can only assume that would mean Dark Island or something similar.

That is Tilda Swinton on the right side, appearing again as The White Witch. I can tell you right now: do not be alarmed. It’s not a big deal. She doesn’t appear for very long. I’m not sure the screentime but it’s likely to be shorter than in Prince Caspian. It’s for a dream sequence and nothing more.

Yes I wouldn't mind a few second cameo of the WW in VDT, I didn't really mind it in PC either. Just as long as she doesn't come back as LOGK then I'm fine with this.

I'm excited to see how they will do the dream scene... I have a vague idea of what it will look like, but I'm looking forward to how it will really be in the movie. I can't wait for the movie!

I still hope the dream is with Lucy, I wouldn't mind if Edmund had it but Lucy seems to be an easier target because she is one that was already described in still having nightmares of the WW.

All joking aside, I am joining the discussion. I just listened to Focus on the Family's Radio Theater version of VDT, and I loved how they subtly played back part of the Stone Table scene during the Nightmare Island sequence. Something like that would be good, I think - subtle, yet chilling.

There is, of course, the possibility that she will not come into the movie at all. The movie poster looks a little cheap--if you notice, Aslan's face is exactly the same as the one on the cover of LWW, and Peter and Susan are not cut out too well. I think that the poster could be just a quick slap-together, and that a real, better one will be coming out later. Maybe they didn't have enough cool pics from the movie to make a better one, so they put together a bunch of other cool pics. It's just a supposition...that's the first thing I thought of when I saw the poster.
