Thanks, Narnian-at-Heart, - although this is the same interview we have had up for several days now - the ComingSoon.net one:
http://www.narniaweb.com/2010/10/comingsoon-net-interviews-georgie-henley/
There, shining in the sunrise, larger than they had seen him before, shaking his mane (for it had apparently grown again) stood Aslan himself.
"...when a willing victim who had committed no treachery was killed in a traitor's stead, the Table would crack and Death itself would start working backwards."
Oops, sorry. I didn't know that.
I love how she has a similar look on her face that she has in LWW
Georgie's face is so expressive!

Actually this LWW moment reminds me of the scene where Lucy opens the magician`s book. The snow flutters all around her. Lucy has an expression that mirrors the one shown above. It looks like the film makers are trying very hard to recapture the magic of LWW. Lucy shouldn`t really be so mystified by all of this. She has lived as a queen in Narnia for many years. An occurrence such as this should seem almost common place to her now.
True, but it makes more sense cinematically for Lucy to be in awe of the magic snow, then to be rolling her eyes in boredom.
Winter Is Coming
Good point, Josh. Also, I don't think that opening a Magician's book and having it snow indoors (among other magical things) was a daily occurence at Cair Paravel.
Add that to the fact that Lucy had been in our ordinary world for a while, I think it would be more odd if she didn't react in a wondrous way in the magician's room.

There is definitely no "a" in definite.
The Mind earns by doing; the Heart earns by trying.
^^ Exactly. And judging by the longing expression she gave when leaving Narnia in PC, it probably was killing her inside to be away so long. If I was finally able to come back to Narnia after a year, and was able to see all the magic again, I'd probably cry...

True. Although I didn`t mean for it to be taken to that extreme. I don`t except Lucy to act bored. All the other comments are true as well of course. Being away for lengthy periods of time and never knowing when you will return makes you appreciate things more. I guess you could never really view such things as common place.Maybe recapturing the spellbound awe Lucy had in LWW isn`t a bad thing. This element seemed to be lacking a bit in PC. So I suppose they would want to usher in the child-like wonder in this movie since PC was a bit dark.
I kind of liked that she was in awe of the snow and everything. i thought it was a pretty cool idea. The only thing I'm a little annoyed with is that they are carrying that little bit of snow to all their marketing.

They all look so happy. The previous pictures were too big & poor Ben, who's on the right, got cut out. Here are a couple more pics with just Ben & Georgie. They look adorable.
I love her long hair! And her coat! Gosh, with her heels she's nearly as tall as Ben! Anyone know how tall he is?

I have made you and I will carry you;
I will sustain you and I will rescue you.
