In The Silver Chair Puddleglum was loyal to Eustace and Jill in their journey to find the Lost Prince Rilian. The Lady of Green Kirtle tried capturing
What are your thoughts on what his knighted name should be in Narnia? Rilian is bound to give him one.
(example: Peter got his knighted name in LWW after slaying Maugrim, Sir Peter Wolfsbane, Knight of Narnia.)

I think, honestly, Puddleglum deserves to be knighted more than Peter was. After all, Peter eventually became high king. In my opinion, Puddleglum is such a brave character and deserves more recognition.
I think if SC is made there probably will be a lot of alteration to the storyline to made the plot more eventful. (Not that it isn't, it's just that PC was altered quite a lot)
'For when they tried to look at Aslan's face they just caught a glimpse of the golden mane and the great, royal, solemn, over-whelming eyes; and then they found they couldn't look at him and went all trembly.'
^ Yes I completely agree with everything that you've just said Lilliandil. Although the knighting of Peter was a very beautiful scene in LWW of how Aslan and Peter were connecting like that.
Yes this discussion was brought up in the costume forums about the alteration to the storyline of The Silver Chair and that Jill and Eustace should have a coronation alongside Rilian and thought, well what about Puddleglum?

I never thought about Puddleglum being knighted. Its so...not marsh-wiggle, though I suppose Puddleglum is quite an unusual marsh-wiggle. I don't know how he'd take it. He'd probably complain.
"He'll use that sword to accidentally near cut off my head, I shouldn't wonder. An unsteady hand, that prince."

Sir puddleglum the Respecowiwiggle?
LOL Love it!
Yes, Puddleglum should definitely be knighted.
Do you remember the part where Jill kisses him on the cheek? They should put that right after he's knighted, instead of where it was in the book.
lol Boy Scout! That is funny and I love it!
I agree with you Damsel and with Eustace+Jill. Puddleglum really deserves to be knighted, along with the kids as well and that would be a perfect part for Jill to kiss puddleglum on the cheek. I remember that well from the book and the BBC's SC.

"Sir Rilian the Faithful" - because he never stopped believing?
There, shining in the sunrise, larger than they had seen him before, shaking his mane (for it had apparently grown again) stood Aslan himself.
