ugh! I don't think Dakota Blue Richards would make a good Jill,
two resons:
1. she was in the golden compass, and if any of you don't know, in the golden compass they people plot to kill GOD! and Narnina is a CHRISTIAN
series, we need someone who is a christian to play her, so they can appreciate it more
2. she looks nothing like a Jill to me

From someone who's actually read the His Dark Materials series, I find your misinformation on the series to be disappointing but not surprising. The main characters don't try to kill God, they try to kill an angel who sets himself up to be worshipped as God. Finally, this is relevant to the second and third book, not the first - Northern Lights (The Golden Compass). The first book is actually pretty good.
