Ian raised an eyes brow and shook his head. "Well I'm sorry, I didn't know. But just becuase all that's happened to you doesn't mean you need to ruin and hurt other poeples lives becuase of it" He said "I'm sorry"

"Alrigtht...can I come...Pete?" Brian asked slowly

Peter answered, "I would love for you to come." He turned to Nate. "Want to come with us?"

Miley walked up to the director. "Mind if i take Natasha for a day?"

"Look buddy, I'm not doing this to ruin your life, I'm doing this because the military would take me back, I have a bum arm that won't work... I'm doing this to protect the law" he said angerly.

"sure" said Nate.

Peter said, "It's settles." The three of them wlaked up to Justin, only to hear him leaving a message for Kevin. Peter glanced at Nate. "What does he mean they need to talk?" Justin must have heard or seen them, because he quickly hung up.
Justin asked, "Hey, you three."
Peter asked, "Could you drive us to the hospital to see Amanda?"
Justin said, "Sure, I can drop you off, but I can't stay. Let's get in the car."

"I don't know" Said Nate with a sigh then added "Come on lets go"

Ian felt his lip quavering and he didn't want to cry in front of Kevin, but he knew he was going to soon. "I don't want to go to jail! But your such a hard case you don't care! Do you!?? You just care about the law and what they say, what if they aren't always right. I'm not saying I'm innocent, yes I stole the neckalce and i'm guilty for it. But i'm not the only one, I didn't break into the store Jimmy did and I didn't smash that case Jimmy did, he just ran away and left me with all the blame!" a tears trickled down his cheek.

"Natasha....I don't know. She's not supposed to leave the building or even go outside in the yard, becuase she is in detension for something she did" he said, meanily

"Okay." Brian said "I'll just deal with the wrath of my Mom later" he said following Peter to the car

When they got in, he asked, "Is everyone buckled? I'm not going anywhere unless everyone is buckled."
Peter spoke up. "We are all buckled, Justin."
As they were going down teh road, Justin saw a police car. He quickly turned the other way.
Peter asked, "Justin, what is going on?"
Justin loved his cousin deeply but did not want to answer questions and didn't want to ruin Peter and Nate's friendship. "Don't talk."

Puzzled, Miley asked, "What did she do?"

Kevin looked forward but in the rear view mirror anyone in the back could see his eyes were glistening "I'm not heartless, thats why I caught you before the cheif did because you possibly wouldn't have made it back to the jail alive"

"What? The police chief wouldn't be that brutal....would he?" he said wiping the tear from his cheek. "It's just your acting pretty heartless"

Brian was suprised and Justin and looked at Peter. "Is he okay?" he whispered to his friend quietly

"She broke two pillows just yesterday becuase she was trying to pillow fight with another boy. And in class the day before she disobeyed her teacher"

"No I didn't....I just didn't get the problem right and he slapped my hands" Natasha said in a small voice behind Miley

Peter shrugged. Whispering, he siad, "I think he's jsut mad because Ian got caught instead of turning himself in. I don't know why he did that when the police car came up. What if he's having flashbacks?"

Miley's heart broke for the tiny voice in her ear. She turned to the director. "Maybe the teacher shouldn't have slapped her hands."

"Its what a police man does" he said "We are not supposed to be nice" he said grimly.

Nate sighed "What went on between you and Kevin?

Busted Justin closed his eyes for a second, then opened them to see someone cursing at him form the other car. "Don't worry about it. Okay, Nate? Let Amanda be your top concern." As soon as they to teh hospital, Justin quickly said, "Okay, get out. "Hurry!"

Peter stared at his cousin, then jumped out the car. "Come on guys, you heard him." Then, he turned to his cousin. "Bye Justin." He looked into his cousin's haunted brown eyes that had mirrored his own earlier. Then, he turned to his friends, "Come on guys." He gave them a look that said "he will leave wiht you hanging out the car. he's in a daze."

Nate waited till the others were out and said to Justin "You can't go through war and not know when someone is lying" then hopped out.

Justin gritted his teeth. "Why does everybody think I'm lying?" With that, he took off.

Peter drew in a deep breath, eyes wide, "Oh my gosh." He turned to Nate. "I am so sorry. I...let's go in." He tried to take what jsut happened out of his mind, then led them to Amanda's room. "Okay, let's try not to upset her."

"Why can't police be nice? Police are human's too, not robots to the law, controlled by everything they say" he said in a choked voice

"Are you questioning my authority over these children?" The director said and stood. He took a deep breath and sighed. "You may take her out...but only got an hour" he said and waved her off

Brian just followed his friend without question. He didn't know justin well, and if something was wrong he would stick with Peter.
