He too a deep breath, as he sat next to Nate. "It's just that, all the things I said to him and the fact I almost kissed Jen while they were dating...WHat if he was thinking abou tthat and lost track of his surroundings?"

"Levi was a good soldier, he wouldn't of let something like that bother him" he said grimly.

Peter nodded. "I've been way too caught up in myself lately." He shook his head sadly. Then, he paused. "Think I should try out for football?"

"Go for it pete" he said with a smile "You'd make a good tight end..." he added.

Ian stepped into Kevin's car and sat. "I can't exactly call myself lucky in any way. I'm going to jail for five months, and I don't even have a chance to explain what happened. I wasn't the only one who stole that neckalce, another kid name Jimmy Canil did too, but he wouldn't take the blame for it in a million years" Ian sat back and looked down at his hands, cuffed together. "I don't want to go to jail.....I want to visit church.....I want to do something right for a change" he said in a choked voice wondering if Kevin was even listening.

Brian chuckled a bit. "Yeah I think the young ones are the most sane. And Peter about the football, I'd think you'd do great at it if you really put your head into the game. Did you reach the coach yet? Some times my cell doesn't have the best signal"

The Orphanage director looked up at them through a pair of tight brown glasses that sat on the end of his nose. "You want to help out here?"

Peter smiled, the paused. "But what about basketball? Think I could go to tryouts for basketball and football practice the same day?" Then, asnwered Brian"I couldn't reach him yet, because I heard my cousin yelling. So, I couldn't complete the call."

Miley smiled, her heart warmign a tthe sight of the orphan. "Yes."

Kevin sighed "We've been tracking him down and you just gave me the info I need to nail him" he said then added "Its to late bud... You can change after you change your attitude"

"Change my attitude!? I've had a changed attitude for three years! I'm sorry!" he exclaimed "I've been sorry I stole that necklace for three years, alright?" he said leaning forward. "Or do you even care?" he sighed flopped back wishing he could cry.

Brian smiled "Alright, he sounded pretty urgent though. I think it had something to do with Amanda"

"Alright...well...I think I could arange that" he said flipping through some pages of notes and papers "what day? and what time?" Suddenly he looked past them at the small orphan girl "Natasha none of that!" he snapped at her.

Natasha and been playing a pillow fight with another child. She dropped the pillow and hid from his view.

Kevin turned to look at the kid in his back seat "I don't make the rules kid, I enforce them" he turned around and began driving again.

Miley's heart broke, seeing that Natasha was the only one who got in trouble. "May I speak with her?"

Justin ran a hand through his short locks, which reached the back of his neck. He really wante dto visit Ian, but did not want to see anybody associated with cops or FBI. What was he going to do?

"I'm not a kid, I'm 19." he said in a offened but upset voice. "You would be upset too if you had to go to jail" he said sighed and closed his eyes, sitting up knowing he would get no where with Kevin.

"I don't know, he wanted to talk to you Pete" Brian then gasped, he realized he had just called him Pete

"Go ahead" The director snapped "She is forever trying to do that" he growled under his breath

She avoided giving the man a dirty look by taking Natasha's tender hand. "Hey Natasha. I'm Miley."

Peter chuckled at the fact he finally had two friends calling him Pete. Last year he didn't really have any friends, until he and Jen became friends last Spring. The coach answered, "Hello?" Peter asked, "IS Amanda okay?"

Natasha look up and sat on the edge of her small bed "Hi...I'm Natasha." she said kicking her legs against the egde of the bed. She seemed shy "I just want to have fun" she said quietly

"The Hospital called my Peter" he heard the coach's voice. "They told me that Amanda wanted you over there. I don't know why" he said

"What ever kid" added Kevin and "I would... And I've been captured by enemy forces, tourtured and spat in Ronia's dictators face, so I've been through much worse"

Miley smiled at the sweet girl, with a blonde ponytail. "Well, what do you liek to do? Think the director would let me take you somewhere?"
